Abstract

ABSTRACT : CORRELATION BETWEEN SERVICES AND HEALTH FACILITIES WITH PATIENT SATISFACTION ON INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF CHILDHOOD ILLNES (IMCI) SERVICE AT KARYA TANI’S PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER DISTRICT  Background : The Purpose is on integrated management of childhood illnes (IMCI)  significantly reduce the mortality and morbidity associated with the most common diseases in infants. Contribute to the growth and development of children's health. Achievement indicators of health care of children under five in 2016 amounted to 75.82% do not meet the Strategic Plan targets by 83%. The achievement of this indicator also decreased compared to 2015, which amounted to 70.12%.Purpose: To know correlation between service and health facility patien satisfaction on integrated management of childhood illnes (IMCI) At Karya Tani’s Public Health Center District East Lampung 2018Methods: Quantitative research type, analytic research design with cross sectional approach. The population is all mothers with toddlers who perform the examination with average visits per month as many as 63 people. The statistical test used was the statistical test Chi-Square.Results: Frequency distribution of patient satisfaction, with dissatisfied category as many as 34 respondents (54%). Distribution of service frequency, with less good category as many as 36 respondents (57.1%). Distribution of frequency of health facilities, with poor category as many as 25 respondents (39.7%).Conclusion : There is a correlation service with patient satisfaction Integrated Management of childhood  Pain (IMCI). The results obtained (p-value 0.0001 <α 0.05) with the value of OR 18,229. It is expected that Puskesmas Karya Tani can provide training on integrated management of childhood illnes (IMCI) to health workers as well as providing facilities and infrastructure especially for Integrated Management of Childhood (IMCI). Keyword                        : Service Health Facilities, Patient Satisfaction, IMCI

Twelve out of twenty students (60%) revealed that they applied tepid compress to relieve the dysmenorrhea pain. Four students (20%) stated that they used cold compress to relieve the dysmenorrhea pain. The rest four students (20%) did not use either tepid compress or cold compress.Purpose: This study was to identify the effectiveness comparison of tepid and cold compress toward dysmenorrhea pain on students at Pertanian Pembangunan Public Vocational School of Lampung in Lampung Selatan Regency in 2019.Method: This was a quantitative study. The research design was Quasi Experiment with pretest and posttest approach. the population of the study comprised 48 students from Grade 10 and 11 at Pertanian Pembangunan Public Vocational School of Lampung in 2019. The samples were thirty female students in their period and suffering dysmenorrhea pain. The samples were distributed into two groups; fifteen students in the group of using tepid compress and the rest in the group of cold compress. The sampling technique was purposive sampling.Result: T test statistical analysis found that p value was 0.000 indicating p value < 0.05 that signified the effectiveness comparison of tepid and cold compress toward dysmenorrhea pain on students at Pertanian Pembangunan Public Vocational School of Lampung in Lampung Selatan Regency in 2019. The respondents should improve their knowledge about to relieve dysmenorrhea pain by applying tepid and cold compresses. Keywords: Tepid Compress, Cold Compress And Dysminorrhea Pain    INTISARI :PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIVITAS KOMPRES HANGAT DAN DINGIN TERHADAP NYERI DISMINOREA PADA SISWI SMK PERTANIAN PEMBANGUNAN NEGERI LAMPUNG DI LAMPUNG SELATAN Pendahuluan : Berdasarkan hasil prasurvey yang peneliti lakukan Di SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Lampung, diketahui terdapat 20 siswi yang mengalami disminorea, dimana berdasarkan wawancara diketahui 12 (60%) siswi mengatakan jika mengalami disminorea, mereka menggunakan kompres hangat untuk mengatasi nyeri disminorea, sedangkan 4 (20%) siswi mengatakan menggunakan kompres air dingin untuk mengatasi nyeri disminorea, sedangkan 4 (20%) siswi mengatakan tidak pernah menggunakan kompres air hangat maupun kompres air dingin.Tujuan : Diketahui perbandingan efektivitas kompres hangat dan dingin terhadap nyeri disminorea pada siswi SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Lampung di Lampung Selatan.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimental dengan pendekatan pre test dan post test. Populasi siswi kelas 10 dan 11 SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri di Lampung Tahun 2019, sebanyak 48 orang, Sampel dalam penelitian ini siswi kelas 10 dan 11 di SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri di Lampung Tahun 2019 yang sedang haid dan mengalami disminore sebanyak 30 responden yang dibagi menajadi 2 kelompok penelitian yaitu 15 kelompok kompres hangat, dan 15 kelompok kompres dingin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan purposive samplingHasil   : Berdasarkan uji statistik, Uji T di dapatkan p-value 0,000, atau p-value < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat efektivitas kompres hangat dan dingin terhadap nyeri disminorea pada siswi SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Lampung di Lampung Selatan Tahun 2019. Diharapkan kepada responden agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang cara mengatasi nyeri disminorea yaitu dengan cara memberikan kompres hangat dan dingin Kata Kunci: Kompres Hangat, Kompres Dingin, Nyeri Disminore

Abstract

ABSTRACT : THE CORRELATION BETWEEN NURSE MOTIVATION AND DOCUMENTATIONOF INTEGRATED EDUCATION AT INPATIENT WARDS OF BHAYANGKARA HOSPITAL OF BANDAR LAMPUNG IN 2019 Introduction: based on the pre-survey conducted on 21st December 2018 at inpatient wards of Bhayangkara Hospital of Bandar Lampung, the observation on the ten inpatient documents showed that there was only one document submitted completely with integrated education filled by the nurse. A deep interview revealed that the nurses in charge at the ward was unwilling to perform complete documentation because lack of motivation to fill the documentation. They complained there was much documentation to fulfill whilst they must make some management on the patients. The situation stimulates the researcher to investigate the correlation between nurse motivation and documentation of integrated education at inpatient wards of Bhayangkara Hospital of Bandar Lampung in 2019.Objective: this study was to identify the correlation between nurse motivation and documentation of integrated education at inpatient wards of Bhayangkara Hospital of Bandar Lampung in 2019.Method: the population consisted of 60 nurses in charge at inpatient wards. The samples were 54 respondents. The independent variable was the nurses’ motivation. The dependent variable was the practice of integrated education documentation. The method was quantitative with cross sectional approach. The data collection was conducted by using questionnaires and observation sheets. The research was conducted on April 2019. The data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate through computer program data processing.Result: It is known that in Bhayangkara Hospital Bandar Lampung of 20019, the majority of nurse have the same motivations that are low and high amounted to 27 respondents (50,0%) and most nurse do not carry out documentation of integrated education totalling 29 respondents (53,7%).Conclusion : The statistical analysis found that the p value was 0.102 or p value > 0.05 that indicated that there was a correlation between nurse motivation and documentation of integrated education at inpatient wards of Bhayangkara Hospital of Bandar Lampung in 2019. It is suggested that the other factors should be improved in order to enrich knowledge and understanding about the documentation of integrated education.Keywords      : motivation, documentation of integrated education INTISARI : HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI PERAWAT DENGAN PELAKSANAAN DOKUMENTASI EDUKASI TERINTEGRASI DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN 2019 Pendahuluan : Hasil pra survey yang pada tanggal 21 Desember 2018 Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Polda Lampung diperoleh dari hasil observasi dengan 10 dokumen  pasien rawat inap yang sudah pulang ditemukan hanya 1 dari 10 dokumen edukasi terintegrasi yang terisi oleh perawat. Dari hasil wawancara terhadap perawat yang bertugas diruang perawatan didapatkan mereka kurang dalam pendokumentasian disebabkan oleh ketidakinginan perawat melakukan penulisan dikarenakan perawat merasa terlalu banyak dokumentasi  yang harus dilakukan sementara mereka juga harus  melakukan tindakan terhadap pasien. Hal ini yang mendasarkan penulis untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai Hubungan Pengetahuan Dan Motivasi Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Dokumentasi Edukasi Terintegrasi Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Bandar Lampung  Tahun 2019.Tujuan : Diketahui hubungan motivasi perawat dengan pelaksanaan dokumentasi edukasi terintegrasi di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019 Metode : Populasi penelitian adalah perawat rawat inap berjumlah 60 orang sehingga total sample yang diambil adalah 54 responden. Adapun variabel independen adalah motivasi perawat. Variabel dependen yang diteliti adalah pelaksanaan dokumentasi eduksai terintegrasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional.Pengumpulan dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar Kuisioner dan Lembar Observasi.Waktu penelitian akan dilakukan pada bulan April 2019. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu univariat dan bivariat dengan pengolahan data menggunakan computer.Hasil : Diketahui bahwa Di RS Bhayangkara Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019, sebagian besar perawat mempunyai motivasi yang sama rata yaitu rendah dan tinggi berjumlah 27 responden (50,0%) dan sebagian besar perawat tidak melakukan pelaksanaan dokumentasi edukasi terintegrasi yang berjumlah 29 responden (53,7%)Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik, didapatkan p-value 0,102 atau p-value > 0,05 yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan motivasi perawat dengan pelaksanaan dokumentasi edukasi terintegrasi di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019. Diharapkan agar dapat mengembangkan faktor-faktor yang berbeda guna memperkaya pengetahuan dan wawasan tambahan terhadap pelaksanaan dokumentasi edukasi terintegrasi.Kata Kunci    Motivasi & Pelaksanaan Dokumentasi Edukasi Terintegrasi

Abstract

ABSTRACT Infections that occur in health facilities or are currently better known as Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) are a serious problem that must be handled. This is due to the large number of infections, which occur after coming to health care facilities. The incidence of HAIs in Lampung Province in 2017 reached 37%, and in 2018 it increased to 42%, RSPBA as one of the private hospitals in Bandar Lampung in 2020 it is known that the incidence of phlebitis reached 0,18, Urinary tract infection (UTI) reached 1.14 and Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) reached 2.18. Internal Medicine Room 3.65% and Surgery Room 5.38%. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between motivation and supervision issues in the prevention of Healthcare-Associated Infections (Hais) during the Covid-19 pandemic at Hospital Hospital Pertamina Bintang Amini Kota Bandari Lampung. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population of this study were all 69 nurses at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung City. The sample is 69 respondents. Data collection used in this study was a questionnaire. The statistical test used is the chi-square test with the help of a computer. The frequency distribution of respondents stated that supervision was not good, namely 34 respondents (52.2%), high motivation was as many as 30 respondents (56.5%), the prevention of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIS) during the Covid 19 pandemic was good, namely 40 respondents (58.7%), there is an influence of supervision with the prevention efforts of Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIS) (p-value 0.041. OR 4.3), There is a relationship between motivation and issues of supervision on efforts to Prevent Healthcare-Associated Infections (Hais) during the Covid-19 pandemic Hospitalize Pertamina Bintang Amin Kota Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Motivation, Supervision, Prevention Of Healthcare-Associated Infection (Hais)ABSTRAK Infeksi yang terjadi di fasilitas kesehatan atau yang saat ini lebih dikenal dengan Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) adalah masalah serius yang harus ditangani. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya angka kejadian infeksi, yang terjadi setelah datang ke fasilitas layanan.kesehatan. RSPBA sebagai salah satu RS Swasta di Bandar Lampung pada tahun 2020 diketahui angka kejadian Plebitis mencapai 0,18, Infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) mencapai 1,14 dan Ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) mencapai 2,18. Ruang Penyakit Dalam 3,65% dan Ruang Bedah 5,38%. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan supervisi terhadap upaya pencegahan Healthcare Associated Infection (Hais) padai masai pandemii Covidi 19 di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif sedangkan ini yaitu cross sectional. Populasi di penelitian ini semua perawat di RS Pertamina Bintang Amin Kota Bandar Lampung sebanyak 69 orang.  Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuesioner. Statistik yang adalah uji chi square dengan bantuan komputer. Distribusi frekuensi responden menyatakan supervisi tidak baik yaitu sebanyak 34 responden (52,2%), motivasi tinggi yaitu sebanyak 30 responden (56,5%), 40 responden (58,7%), Ada pengaruh supervisi dengan upaya pencegahan Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIS), Ada hubungan motivasi dan supervisi terhadap upaya pencegahan Healthcare Associated Infectioni(Hais) pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Kota Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Supervise, Pencegahan Healthcare Associated Infection (HAIs)

Abstract

ABSTRACT: EFFECT OF BACK MASSAGE THERAPY TO THE INTENSITY LABOR PAIN KALA I IN DKT HOSPITAL BANDAR LAMPUNG CITY  Introduction: Pain in labor that can affect the birth process. Psychologically can suffer from fear and anxiety, can also be an increase in blood pressure, and can also occur in the fetus that is due to acidosis due to hypoxia. One technique of back massage as an effort to reduce labor pain is a back massage technique. With the provision of back massage therapy can provide comfort, reduce pain and accelerate labor.Objective: Purpose to know he effect of back massage therapy on the intensity of labor pain at DKT Hospital Bandar Lampung Year 2019.Method: Quantitative research with analytical design approach Quasi Experiment, the entire population as many as 56 people, a sample of 30 people sampling with Purposive sampling technique. Retrieving data using observation sheets, data were analyzed using independent t test statistical test.Result: The results of the study showed that the average of labor pain before giving back massage technique is 6,80 with standard deviation 2.07 and after given back massage technique is 4,73 with standard deviation 1,104. There is influence of back massage technique to the intensity of labor pain (t-test> t count, 8,266> 1.725, p-value 0,00 <0,05). It is recommended that the hospital improve the skill to the nurse to be able to provide non-pharmacology pain reduction therapy, such as back massage properly so that patient feel comfortable. Keywords: Back Massage,1st stage labor pain.  INTISARI: PENGARUH TERAPI BACK MASSAGE TERHADAP INTENSITAS NYERI PERSALINAN KALA I DI RUMAH SAKIT DKT BANDAR LAMPUNG  Pendahuluan: Nyeri pada persalinan yang dapat mempengaruhi proses kelahiran. Secara psikologis ibu dapat menderita ketakutan dan kecemasan, juga bisa terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah, juga bisa terjadi pada janinnya yaitu terjadi asidosis akibat hipoksia. Salah satu teknik massage sebagi upaya penurunan nyeri persalinan adalah teknik Back Massage. Dengan adanya pemberian terapi Back Massage dapat memberi rasa nyaman, menurunkan nyeri serta mempercepat persalinan.Tujuan: Diketahui Pengaruh terapi back massage terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan di Rumah Sakit DKT Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatifdengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen dengan one group pretest-postest.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56, dengan  sampel sebanyak 30. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling. Data diambil dengan lembar observasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan univariat dan bivariat(t-test).Hasil: Hasil Penelitian didapati Rata-rata nyeri persalinan sebelum diberikan teknik back massage adalah 6,80 dengan standar deviasi 2,07 dan setelah diberikan teknik back massage adalah 4,73 dengan standar deviasi 1,104. Ada pengaruh tekhnik back massage terhadap intensitas nyeri persalinan (t-test> t hitung, 8,266 > 1.725, p–value 0,00 < 0,05). Disarankan pihak rumah sakit meningkatkan ketrampilan kepada perawat untuk dapat memberikan terapi pengurangan rasa nyeri non farmakologi, seperti backmassage dengan benar sehingga pasien merasa nyaman. Kata kunci : Back Massage, Nyeri Persalinan Kala I

Abstract

 ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP OF NURSES WORKLOAD WITH HAIS PREVENTION EFFORT DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AT PERTAMINA BINTANG AMIN HOSPITAL BANDAR LAMPUNG Introduction: The incidence of menstruation is still high, one of the factors is the relatively high workload of nurses. excessive workload on nurses can trigger stress and burnout. Nurses who experience stress and burnout allow them to not be able to perform effectively and efficiently because their physical and cognitive abilities are reduced which may occur due to an imbalance between the number of patients and the number of nurses working in the hospital. Based on the results of the pre-survey, the comparison of the workload of nurses at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung and dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo by distributing questionnaires to 15 nurses in each hospital. At the hospital. Pertamina Bintang Amin showed that nurses experienced a physical workload of 7 nurses (46.6%) with a score of 27-54, and a mental workload of 8 nurses (53.3%) with a score of > 57. Meanwhile, RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo, the results showed that nurses experienced a physical workload of 5 nurses (33.3%) with a score of 27-54, and a mental workload of 6 nurses (40%) with a score of > 57.Objective: to find out the relationship between the workload of nurses and efforts to prevent HAIs during the Covid 19 pandemic at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung in 2021Methods: This type of research is a quantitative, cross-sectional design. The population and sample were 110.1 respondents, which were rounded up to 111 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, data analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi-square test.Results: The physical workload of nurses as many as 57 respondents (51.4%) experienced a high physical workload. The mental workload of nurses as many as 61 respondents (55.0%) experienced a high mental workload. Efforts to prevent HAIs during the Covid 19 pandemic were 64 respondents (57.7%) with bad HAIs prevention. The results of the analysis using chi-square, obtained P-Value = 0.000 so that P-Value <α (0.000 <0.05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the physical workload of nurses and efforts to prevent HAIs during the covid 19 pandemic. The results of the analysis using chi-square, obtained P-Value = 0.015 so that P-Value <α (0.000<0.05), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the physical mental workload of nurses and efforts to prevent HAIs during the covid 19 pandemic.Suggestion: Hospitals as a place for health services should pay attention to the welfare of nurses by increasing the medical team, and paying attention to BOR to prevent physical and mental workloads. Keywords: Nurse Workload, Efforts to Prevent Menstruation, Covid 19                 Pandemic  INTISARI: HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN  UPAYA PENCEGAHAN HAIS PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 DI RUMAH SAKIT PERTAMINA BINTANG AMIN  BANDAR LAMPUNG Pendahuluan: Angka kejadian hais masih tinggi salah satu faktor nya adalah beban kerja perawat yang relatif tinggi. Beban kerja yang berlebih pada perawat dapat memicu timbulnya stres dan burnout. Perawat yang mengalami stres dan burnout memungkinkan mereka untuk tidak dapat menampilkan performa secara efektif dan efisien dikarenakan kemampuan fisik dan kognitif mereka menjadi berkurang yang kemungkinan dapat terjadi disebabkan karena ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah pasien dengan jumlah perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit tersebut.Berdasarkan hasil Prasurvey perbandingan beban kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung dan RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 15 perawat di masing-masing Rumah Sakit. Pada RS. Pertamina Bintang Amin diperoleh hasil perawat mengalami beban kerja fisik sebesar 7 perawat (46,6%) dengan skor nilai 27-54, dan beban kerja mental sebesar 8 perawat (53,3%) dengan skor nilai > 57. Sedangkan RSUD dr. A. Dadi Tjokrodipo diperoleh hasil perawat mengalami beban kerja fisik sebesar 5 perawat (33,3%) dengan skor nilai 27-54, dan beban kerja mental sebesar 6 perawat (40%) dengan skor nilai > 57.Tujuan: diketahui hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan  upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Bandar Lampung Tahun 2021Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan  Cross Sectional. Populasi dan sampel 110,1 responden, yang dibulatkan menjadi 111 responden, teknik sampling purposive sampling, analisa data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil : Beban kerja fisik perawat sebanyak 57 responden (51,4%) mengalami beban kerja fisik tinggi. Beban kerja mental perawat sebanyak 61 responden (55,0%) mengalami beban kerja mental tinggi. Upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi Covid 19 sebanyak 64 responden (57,7%) dengan pencegahan hais baik. Hasil analisa menggunakan chi-square, didapat P-Value = 0,000 sehingga P-Value <α (0,000<0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan  terdapat hubungan beban kerja fisik perawat dengan  upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi covid 19. Hasil analisa menggunakan chi-square, didapat P-Value = 0,015 sehingga P-Value <α (0,000<0,05) maka dapat disimpulkan  terdapat hubungan beban kerja fisik mental perawat dengan  upaya pencegahan HAIs pada masa pandemi covid 19.Saran : Rumah Sakit sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatan, sebaiknya memperhatikan kesjahteraan perawat dengan cara memperbanyak tim medis, dan memperhatikan BOR guna mencegah terjadinya beban kerja fisik dan mental.          Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja Perawat, Upaya Pencegahan Hais, Pandemi Covid 19

Abstract

ABSTRACT Performance is a world issue today. This happens as a consequence of the community's demands for the need for excellent service or high quality services that are inseparable from standards, because performance is measured based on standards. Inpatient Room Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital by conducting a pre-survey of 15 nurses by conducting free interviews and filling out questionnaires related to leadership and job design, 9 nurses (60%) stated that the leadership and job design at Bintang Amin Hospital were not good, while 6 nurses (40%) of them said it was good. To find out the influence of leadership and job design on the performance of nurses at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung City in 2022. This type of research uses quantitative, analytical survey research design with a cross sectional approach. The population and sample in this study were nurses at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung 103 nurses and used the slovin formula so that n = 81.9 respondents were rounded up to 82 respondents, the sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate using chi square. Most of the nurse leadership in the poor category. Most of the job designs in the poor category. Most of the nurses' performance in the poor category. The results of data analysis using the chi square test obtained a p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05), which means that there is a leadership relationship with the performance of nurses at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital. The results of data analysis using the chi square test obtained p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between job design and nurse performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital. Keywords : Leadership, Nurse Performance, Hospital ABSTRAK Kinerja (performance) menjadi isu dunia saat ini. Hal tersebut terjadi sebagai konsekuensi tuntutan masyarakat terhadap kebutuhan akan pelayanan prima atau pelayanan yang bermutu tinggi yang tidak terpisahkan dari standar, karena kinerja diukur berdasarkan standar. Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin dengan melakukan prasurvey terhadap 15 perawat dengan melakukan wawancara bebas dan pengisian kuesioner terkait kepemimpinan dan desain pekerjaan didapat 9 perawat (60%) pelaksana menyatakan jika kepemimpinan dan desain pekerjaan yang ada di Rumah Sakit Bintang Amin kurang baik, sedangkan 6 perawat (40%) diantaranya menyatakan baik. Diketahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan desain pekerjaan dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin Kota Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin  Bandar Lampung 103 perawat dan digunakan dengan rumus slovin sehingga didapat n = 81,9 responden dan dibulatkan menjadi 82 responden, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi square. Sebagian besar kinerja perawat dengan kategori kurang baik Hasil analisa data menggunakan uji chi square didapat nilai p-value = 0,000 (< α 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin. Hasil analisa data menggunakan uji chi square didapat nilai p-value = 0,000 (< α 0,05) yang artinya ada hubungan desain pekerjaan dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Perawat, Rumah Sakit

Abstract

ABSTRACT In Indonesia, the performance of nurses is still poor and another concern for patients when receiving services is communication with the nurses themselves. In several studies, patient satisfaction was published that, in 2013 it was low in Kenya and India, in Indonesia itself in Central Maluku and West Sumatra it was also low. Nurses are always beside patients during hospital treatment, nurse performance determines the success of patient care and communication helps healing go better. Determine the relationship between nurse performance and communication with the level of patient satisfaction in the surgical inpatient room at the Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The design in this study uses an analytical survey design with a cross sectional approach. The majority of respondents are pre-elderly, the most gender is male, the highest education level is elementary school, and the most jobs are laborers and housewives. The results of the analysis of nurse performance with patient satisfaction levels show a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05 ), The results of the analysis of nurse communication with the level of patient satisfaction showed a p-value of 0.007 (<0.05). There is a relationship between nurse performance and communication with the level of patient satisfaction in the surgical inpatient room at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Nurse Performance, Nurse Communication, Patient Satisfaction Level  ABSTRAK Di indonesia kinerja perawat masih buruk dan salah satu kekhawatiran lain pasien pada saat menerima pelayanan adalah komunikasi pada perawat itu sendiri. Dalam beberapa penelitian kepuasan pasien dipublisikan bahwa, pada tahun 2013 di Kenya dan India rendah, di Indonesia sendiri di Maluku Tengah dan Sumatera Barat juga rendah. Perawat selalu berada di samping pasien selama perawatan dirumah sakit, kinerja perawat sangat menentukan keberhasilan perawatan pasien dan komunikasi membantu penyembuhan berjalan lebih baik. Diketahui hubungan antara kinerja dan komunikasi perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien diruang rawat inap bedah Rumah Sakit Pertamina Bintang Amin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan desain survey analtik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Mayoritas responden memiliki usia pra lanjut usia, jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki, tingkat pendidikan terbanyak adalah SD, dan pekerjaan terbanyak adalah buruh dan ibu rumah tangga (DLL), Hasil analisis kinerja perawat dengan tingkat kepusana pasien menunjukan p-value  0,000 (<0,05), Hasil analisis komunikasi perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien menunjukan nilai p-value 0,007 (<0,05). Terdapat hubungan antara kinerja dan komunikasi perawat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap bedah rumah sakit pertamina bintang amin bandar lampung. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Perawat, Komunikasi Perawat, Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien

Abstract

ABSTRACT Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) are a major problem faced by hospitals. HAIs are infections that are acquired and develop during hospitalization. One of the management functions is organizing, where the head of the room should develop an objective nursing organization so as to facilitate nurses in carrying out nursing care, especially infection prevention and control efforts. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between leadership and efforts to prevent menstruation during the Covid 19 pandemic at Zainal Abidin Hospital Pagar Alam Way Kanan in 2021. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all health workers at Zainal Abidin Hospital Pagar Alam Way Kanan in 2021 as many as 164 people with a sample of 87 respondents using purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted at Zainal Abidin Hospital Pagar Alam Way Kanan in February-March 2021. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate (chi square). it is known that respondents with negative leadership are 17 (19.5%) and respondents with positive leadership are 70 (80.5%) and respondents with good menstruation prevention efforts are 44 (50.6%) and respondents with less menstrual bleeding prevention efforts good as many as 43 (49.4%). There is a relationship between leadership and efforts to prevent menstruation during the covid 19 pandemic at Zainal Abidin Hospital Pagar Alam Way Kanan in 2021 with a value (p-value = 0.003). Suggestion: for the hospital to be able to make efforts to prevent Healthcare Associated Infection (Hais) in accordance with the existing SOPs in order to avoid an increase in the incidence of nosocomial infections in hospitals, such as removing watches or jewelry when taking action, always wearing a mask and wearing gloves, apply hand washing. Keywords: Leadership and Healthcare Associated Infection (Hais), Covid-19  ABSTRAK Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) merupakan masalah besar yang dihadapi rumah sakit. HAIs adalah infeksi yang didapatkan dan berkembang selama pasien dirawat di rumah sakit. Salah satu fungsi manajemen adalah pengorganisasian, dimana kepala ruang hendaknya mengembangkan organisasi keperawatan secara objektif sehingga memudahkan perawat dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan khususnya upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini diketahui hubungan kepemimpinan dengan upaya pencegahan Hais Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Di Rumah Sakit Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam Way Kanan Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam Way Kanan tahun 2021 sebanyak 164 orang dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 87 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam Way Kanan pada Februari-Maret 2021. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat (chi square). Diketahui responden dengan kepemimpinan negatif sebanyak 17 (19,5%) dan responden dengan kepemimpinan positif sebanyak 70 (80,5%) dan responden dengan upaya pencegahan hais baik sebanyak 44 (50,6%) dan responden dengan upaya pencegahan hais kurang baik sebanyak 43 (49,4%). Ada hubungan kepemimpinan dengan upaya pencegahan hais pada masa pandemi covid 19 di Rumah Sakit Zainal Abidin Pagar Alam Way Kanan tahun 2021 dengan nilai (p-value = 0,003). Saran : bagi pihak rumah sakit agar dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan Healthcare Associated Infection (Hais) sesuai dengan SOP yang ada guna menghindari peningkatan angka kejadian infeksi nosocomial dirumah sakit, seperti melepaskan jam tangan atau perhiasan saat melakukan tindakan, selalu menggunakan masker dan menggunakan sarung tangan, menerapkan cuci tangan Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan dan Healthcare Associated Infection (Hais), Covid-19
