Abstract

Data from IARC in 2012 as many as 1.7 million women were diagnosed with breast cancer. Breast cancer is catastrophic, high-cost and life-threatening complications. The claim data for INA-CBGs for cancer is one of the diseases that absorbs the biggest costs. The factors that influence the real costs of breast cancer patients are length of stay, severity, class of care and age. The aim of the study was to determine the factors that affect the real costs of breast cancer chemotherapy patients hospitalized JKN participants in Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital. The study is a pharmacoeconomic analysis study with a hospital perspective on direct medical costs, data taken retrospectively. The study sample was a hospital financial file and a medical record of breast cancer patients at JKN participants for the period of January-October 2017 in Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital with 259 episodes of treatment. To find out the factors that influence the real costs using multivariate linear regression correlation analysis. The results showed that the factors that influence the real costs of chemotherapy patients in breast cancer hospitalized JKN participants in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin were severity (p = 0,000) and treatment class (p = 0,000). The total cost of medicine from 259 episodes of care is Rp. 669,577,809, average real costs with chemotherapy treatment episodes at severity level I amounted to Rp.4,502,210, II severity level Rp.8,239,624 and III severity level Rp.7,403,713.

Abstract

A prescription is a written request from a physician or dentist, to a pharmacist, both in paper and electronic form to provide and deliver medicine for patients, based on the regulation of the Minister of Health RI number 73 of 2016 concerning the standards of pharmacy services in pharmacies that in the service of prescriptions must perform administrative services that include the patient's name, age of the patient, patient's gender, weight of the patient, doctor's name, doctor's SIP number, doctor's addres, doctor’s phone number, doctor’s signature and recipe date. The purpose of this research is to know the percentage of the prescribed parameters of the administrative completeness in Banjarmasin X Pharmacy in 2019. Research conducted in Banjarmasin X pharmacy using non experimental design methods that are descriptive analytical. The population used in this study was 13,947 recipe sheets, with a sample of 389 prescription drugs at the Banjarmasin X Pharmacy in 2019. Sampling uses a randomized and propotional technique. The results showed from samples of 389 prescription sheets 0.26% that meet the administrative completeness of the recipe with the details of existing patient names 100%, doctor name 95.10%, doctor's address is 94.60%, doctor phone number 93.30%, recipe date 77.40%, doctor’s license number 66.80%, age patients 50.90%, doctor signature 31.40%, patient gender 7.50% and patient weight 2.80%.
