Abstract

Research to determine the effect of product variant and price with simulthan and partial on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI products at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The population in this study were all consumers at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City in 2019, amounting to 1.244 consumers and based on the Slovin formula it is know that the number of samples in this study is 100 consumers at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The sample collection technique is using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan and partial test results, the variable of product variant and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for HNI-HPAI products at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City. The closeness of the relationship that occurs between the atractiveness of product and price on purchasing decisions at the Khaira Islamic Healthy Home Medicine Clinic in Bangkinang City is very strong with a correlation coefficient R of 87,3%. While contribution the variable of product variant and price to the purchasing decisions variables is equual to 75,7% while the remaining 24,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what the most efective marketing strategy in vape marketing at the OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data in the form of data collected directly during the research and secondary data in the form of data collected by tracing documents, files and records that have been published. Data collection techniques using interviews, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and mapping with strength maps, weaknesses, opportunity and threats to determine the advantages of an effective strategy. The key success factor og marketing vape products at OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City lies in its strengths, namely sklilled OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City shop owners, with weaknesses in the form of promotions carried out by business owners at OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City which are less intensive. Meanwhile, business opportunities are the form of consumer behavior oriented to the vape brands being offered, with threats in the form of an unstable local economy. Based on the research results, it shows that the map of the strength position of the vape product marketing strategy at OWL Vaporizer Store in Bangkinang City is in quadrant I as a market leader, namely a strategy to support aggressive growth.

Abstract

A person with a high level of satisfaction has high positive feelings about his job. Satisfaction is determined by several factors, and one of them is work motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation (X) on Job Satisfaction of employees of PT Coca Cola Pekanbaru (Y). This research is a quantitative study using simple linear regression analysis. The t test results show that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT Coca Cola Official Pekanbaru. The relationship between motivation and employee job satisfaction is very strong.

Abstract

This research was conducted at UD. Bulan Bintang, which is located at Ranah Air Tiris Village, Kampar Regency, starts from March 2020 to completion. The type of data used consists of primary data and secondary data with a sample size of 50 people. The sample was conducted by using the census method. Meanwhile, to determine the magnitude of the independent effect (X) on the dependent variable (Y), Multiple Linear Regression analysis is used with the help of SPSS version 16.0. From the results of the normality test using the one sample Kolmogorovesmirnove test, the significance results of the normality test were 0.351, where the results were greater than the 0.05 significance level, so it can be concluded that the test tests on the normality test in this study were normally distributed. The Heteroscedasticity test shows that the dots are not randomly spread, and form a certain pattern, and are spread over the zero on the Y axis. So, it can be concluded that the regression model in this study is free from heteroscedasticity. The independent variable does not have a significant effect on the dependent variable. This can be seen based on the results of the t test and f test, where the significance value is 0.451> the α value is 0.05, this indicates that the hypothesis test is not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Department of Communication, Information and Encoding, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees at the Kampar Regency Communication, Information and Encryption Service using census techniques in determining the sample to be 33 employees. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and research files. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level (α) of 0.05. The results of this study concluded that the work environment has a significant partial effect on employee morale, with a significant value greater than 0.05. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that organizational culture and work environment influence the morale of employees at the Department of Communication, Information and Encryption, Kampar Regency. There is a very strong relationship between the variables of organizational culture and work environment on employee morale at the Communication, Information and Encryption Office of Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine brand trust and store atmosphere on customer loyalty at PT. The rotte is like the taste of the Pekanbaru Panam Pomegranate Branch. the types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, on the other hand the method of retrieval of this information is by using questionnaires, file research, observations, and interviews, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with the number of respondents as many as 96 people, The hypothesis is carried out with and t. Based on the results of the study, it can be opened if simultaneously brand trust and store atmosphere affect customer loyalty, while partially testing brand trust and store atmosphere based on customer loyalty, the closeness between the variables independently of the variables ensures that it is very strong with the contribution of the independent variable to the variable is 67.5%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) Bangkinang Hospital. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Bangkinang Hospital which were known to be 124 employees. The sampling method in this study was the total sample method using the saturated census technique so that the number of samples in this study was 124 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression models. Based on the test results simultaneously and partially, the variables of discipline and work motivation proved to have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) Bangkinang Hospital. The close relationship that occurs between the variables of discipline and work motivation on employee performance is strong. The contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 63.6% while the remaining 36.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Trust and price on purchasing decisions, the analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The population in this study is all consumers, totaling 96 people at Liza Toserba Bangkinang City. unknown population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, research files and interviews. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the F test and t test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously Brand Trust and Price affect purchasing decisions, while the partial test of Brand Trust has an effect on purchasing decisions, the close relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable is very strong with the contribution the independent variable to the dependent variable is 63.5%. The results of this analysis indicate that Brand Trust and Price have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on purchasing decisions for The Celup Prendjak Case Study of Liza Department Store Bangkinang City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service and price on customer satisfaction at PT.Putri Midai in bangkinang. The population in this study are all consumers who have received services by consumers at PT.Putri Midai in Bangkinang using the solvin formula so that 94 consumers can be determined to be samples. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significant level ( 0.05. The results of this study conclude that service quality and price affect customer satisfaction at PT. Putri Midai in bangkinang, with a significance value of less than 0.05. The results of this analysis indicate that service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Putri Midai in Bangkinang.

Abstract

This reserch aims to determine the effect of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction of employees at the Department of Transportation, Kampar Regency. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The number of respondents in this study to be used as a sample is 37 employees. Hypothesis testing conducted in this study is the F test and t test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the work environment and motivation simultaneously have an influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the partial test results, the work environment has a greater influence on employee job satisfaction because the significant value is smaller than the alpha level of 0.5.
