The existence of the false hadis is a real fact in Islamic history. There are some motives why one made the false hadis addressing to Prophet Muhammad. Thus, it is hard to differenciate between the false hadis and the true one. Therefore, ulamas have made the basic rules in determining the true hadis, hasan and weak hadis. To know the quality of hadis can be identified from its sanad and matan.

This study aimed to examine the influence of the variables of knowledge, experience, profes-sional skepticism, and intuition government’s internal auditor on the ability to detect non-compliance.Research carried out on all of the government’s internal auditors who are at NTB Provincial Inspec-torate and the District/City in Lombok Island in 2015 with a number of 124 from 130 people auditors ofthe auditors that serve as a sample. The results showed that the ability of the government’s internalauditor is influenced by experience, professional skepticism, and intuition auditor. While the auditor’sknowledge which is defined as the level of education and formal and non-formal training does not affectthe auditor’s ability to detect non-compliance. This is because the formal education degree (S-1) is aformal requirement for a candidate to serve as auditor, other than that there is no specification ofspecial education requirements, the latter because of the difficulty of an auditor to keep abreast ofcontinuing education and training due to lack of budget and lack of training participants quota oftraining institutions. The implications of this research contributed to the development of science in thefield of public sector audit as a form of adoption agency theory, provide input for the Provincial Inspec-torate and district/city to improve the competence of auditors, and contribute to the Regional Govern-ment in formulating policies related to supervision over the Regional Government.Keywords: knowledge, experience, professional skepticism, intuition government’s internal auditor

Based on assumption that is politics and administration does not differents, this paper will be analyzed interrelation between politics and bureaucracy. This is a classical themes in public administration. But, after Indonesian government carrying out decentralization policy under UU No. 22 Tahun 1999, it is very interesting to elaborate this themes. Why? Because of decentralization policy have several impact to local political process. For example, legislative institution have more power than before. In this case, we can say that - in the hypothetic manner - legislative institution (as a real manifestation of politics) tend to donimated decision making process. For bureaucracy, it is not a good news. Under New Order regime, bureaucracy institution was very stronger than legislative institution. According to this change, this paper will be examined what it's the meaning of this change, especially when we search for the better understanding on politic-bureaucracy nexus. This paper will be focuse on three questions: (1) what is the implication of these change to bureaucratic reform of local government; what is the imperative process for bureaucratic government reform; (2) deal with to justice values, how to carrying out these reform?

This article presents an empirical study on quality control in a manufacture industry to determine level of quality control. Case study conducted in a manufacture that produce many concrete products with different specification and size. Paving block product is the main focus on this study. The industry faces problem related the defective product that influence to low performance and high production cost. Therefore, it is crucial to address the main problem and map the level of quality process using Six Sigma approach. Six Sigma is one the most used structure and systematic tool in defining problem, determine the key factors, map the level quality process, and improvement opportunities. The results show that most defect is dominated by Cracks with the percentage of 94,43 % , fracture with 3,91 % and Broken with 1,67 % which will be classified as Critical To Quality (CTQ). Sigma level that obtained from the production process is 4,23 with the level of defective to 3.198 units per million opportunities (DPMO).

At this time the development of science leads to the development of technology whose aim is to facilitate all activities and human work. In the medical field even the technology used is increasingly developing more practical, effective and efficient. In the medical world a physical examination or clinical examination is a process carried out by a medical expert to examine a patient's body so that it can find clinical signs of the disease. The use of technology in the medical field today requires a technology that can automatically record the condition of one's blood pressure and body temperature. With the technology that can automatically show the value of clinical examination results are expected to make it easier in the examination. By using NodeMCU which converts the voltage to a digital value and displays it on Android and the MPX5050DP sensor to measure blood pressure and the DS18B20 sensor to measure body temperature, the value sent by the sensor will be processed and displayed on Android. The measurement results are in the form of quantities corresponding to the measured unit such as mmHg (Millimeter of Mercury (Hydrargyrum)) for blood pressure and ˚C for temperature. Results are displayed on the android display. Tests on the device resulted in an error rate from the MPX5050DP sensor of 1.13% for systolic blood pressure, 0.95% for diastolic blood pressure, and at a temperature sensor of 0.5%.

Wheelchairs are mobility devices that are often used by people who have difficulty walking on their feet, due to illness, injury, or disability. Most of the wheelchairs that exist today are still using the manual system. Ideally, a wheelchair is needed so that users feel free and comfortable in adjusting the wheelchair movement according to their wishes. This study aims to make an innovation in the form of designing an electric wheelchair based on the internet of things (IoT). In this tool, there are several integrated electronic components such as NodeMCU, voltage sensor that is connected to the android smartphone application. Delphi XE8 software functions to create control applications that can be controlled via a smartphone. The control system on a smartphone uses an internet connection to process the wheelchair control system. This tool is very dependent on the connection and stability of the internet network. Design of electric wheelchair based IoT, has the performance that a wheelchair can carry a maximum load of 30kg at a speed of 0.79m / second, plus an accumulator / battery load and a 6.4kg DC motor, so that the total load can be under of 36.4kg.

-Service provider anggkutan common ground (PO), expeditionary passenger land transport executive, in data processing is still done manually. Therefore, when entering and finding data still requires quite a long time. Therefore we need an application system that can simplify and speed up the search or passenger data collection. Ticket Sales Information System Bureau of LandTransport (PO) is a desktop-based applications. This application is created using Visual Basic programming for database processing. Ticket Sales Information System is composed of 3 (three) main menu, the menu is the menu Master, transactions and reports. Menu Master has a submenu that is menu data driver, route fare menu and a menu list of cars. Tansaksi menu consists of 2 (two) sub-menus namely passenger ticket booking and ticket delivery ordering menu. On the menu reports 4 (four) sub-menu that is based on the date of filling the manifest, passenger manifest persopir, perpriode manifestn certain passenger and the passenger manifest month. Report menu is designed to be able to store data to be viewed at any - time and can print the tickets of passengers and passenger manifest.

The design of this IoT (Internet of Things)-based post-stroke patient monitoring tool was built to monitor patient progress remotely. Flex sensor hardware was used to retrieve data from every movement of the patient's finger muscle strength, then processed by the NodeMCU ESP32 after that the data will be sent to the web server via the IoT platform using a local wireless network. The results of research on the development of post-stroke patients can be displayed to a web server in the form of a table plot of data values for the index finger, middle finger, and ring finger. The post-stroke patient monitoring system can be accessed on PC and Android devices. The results of the sample test from the device obtained the highest value of 3.26 MMT and the lowest value of 0.2 MMT so that the patient's finger muscle strength was declared unstable and frequent changes in muscle strength.

ABSTRAK Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa dan orang tua siswa. Adapun teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik penarikan sampel secara Porposive Sampling yakni sampel diambil secara langsung yaitu kelas I, II, III yang berjumlah 134 siswa dan sampel pada siswa dikhususkan kepada proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam sehingga langsung kepada guru yang mengajar Pendidikan Agama Islam. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan di lapangan diolah dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa, pengaruh pendidikan agama islam dalam keluarga terhadap sikap beragama siswa di Madrasah Aliyah Darunnajah Botong Kec. Bungaya Kab, Gowa adanya kompetensi kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan keluarga, siswa dapat belajar dengan efektif dan suasana yang kondusif, bersikap baik terhadap guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dan orang tua, siswa mampu menerima pelajaran dengan baik sehingga siswa bisa menambah pengetahuannya terkhusus dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang berpengaruh terhadap akhlak dan tingkah laku siswa di dalam keluarga. Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Agama Islam, Keluarga dan Beragama siswa ABSTRACTThis type of research was a survey research and was a descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study were all students and parents of students. The technique used was sampling technique in Porposive Sampling ie the sample is taken directly that is class I, II, III which amounted to 134 students and the sample on the students was devoted to the learning process of Islamic Religious Education so directly to teachers who teach Islamic Religious Education. Further data collected in the field is processed by quantitative descriptive analysis. From the research results prove that, the influence of religious education in the family of religious attitudes toward students in Madrasah Aliyah Darunnajah Botong Kec. Bungaya Kab, Gowa presence of personality competencies owned by teachers of Islamic Religion and family, students can learn effectively and conducive atmosphere, be kind to teachers of Islamic Education and parents, students are able to receive lessons well so that students can increase their knowledge especially in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education which affect the character and behavior of students in the family.Keywords: Islamic Education, Family and Religious Students

ABSTRAKSikap Al Qur’an terhadap Pluralitas agama begitu jelas dan merupakan sunnatullah. Pluralisme agama merupakan kenyataan historis yang tidak dapat disangkal oleh siapapun. Pluralitas agama dalam Islam itu diterima sebagai kenyataan sejarah yang sesungguhnya diwarnai oleh adanya pluralitas kehidupan manusia itu sendiri, baik pluralitas dalam berpikir, berperasaan, bertempat tinggal maupun dalam bertindak. Oleh karena itu konsep pluralisme agama menurut Al-Quran apakah dapat di implementasikan dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini dikaji dalam bentuk kajian Pustaka (Librari riserch) dengan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Tafsir tematik. Di dalam Al-Quran bayak ayat yang membenarkan tentang pluralitas Agama namun Pluralisme Agama tidak dibenarkan karena pemahaman Pluralisme Agama menurut orang Orientalis adalah semua agama itu sama, namun konsep Al-Qur’an Pluralitas adalah membenarkan adanya agama yang lain tetapi konsep kebenaran menurut Al-Qur’an Agama yang paling benar adalah Islam. Namun implementasi pendidikan Islam menurut Al-Qur’an, islam mengajarkan konsep Ukhuwah Islamiyah, dimana didalamnnya ada Ukhuwah Al- U’budiyah dan Ukhuwah Al-Insaniyah yaitu persaudaraan sesama Makhluk dan persaudaraan sesama manusia. Kata Kunci: Pluralisme, Al-quran dan Implementasi Pendidikan Islam ABSTRACT The attitude of the Qur'an to the Plurality of religion is so clear and is the sunnatullah. Religious pluralism is a historical reality that no one can deny. The plurality of religions in Islam is accepted as a historical reality which is actually colored by the plurality of human life itself, whether plurality in thinking, feeling, living or acting. Therefore, the concept of religious pluralism according to the Quran can be implemented in Islamic education. This research is studied in the form of literature review (Librarian research) with qualitative method with thematic Tafsir approach. In the Qur'aan there is a verse that justifies the plurality of Religion but Religious Pluralism is not justified because the understanding of Religious Pluralism according to the Orientalists is all the same religion, but the concept of Al-Qur'an Plurality is to justify the existence of another religion but the concept of truth according to Al- Qur'an The most true religion is Islam. But the implementation of Islamic education according to Al-Qur'an, Islam teaches the concept of Ukhuwah Islamiyah, where therein Ukhuwah Al-U'budiyah and Ukhuwah Al-Insaniyah are the brotherhood of fellow Beings and brotherhood of fellow human beings.
