Abstract

The recent modern healthy lifestyle is influenced by the selection of food ingredient such as organic vegetables. Organic vegetables are well known in community. But, the purchase of organic vegetables has decreased in the last few years because price has been high, packaging and quality have not been interesting, and low priority on organic vegetables than conventional vegetables. This research was conducted by the Theory Planned Behaviour (TPB) approach with 6 variables. Those are price, packaging, quality, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control to analyze the effect of factor to the decreased purchase attitude and intention buy organic vegetables with Structural Equation Model (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that the following factors are price, quality, attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have an effect to the decreased purchase attitude and intention buy organic vegetables. So, it can be a strategy for selling and consuming organic vegetables in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) describing and analyzing the significance of the simultaneous influence of entrepreneurial orientation and internal resources on the business performance of home industry emping melinjo in Pojok Village, (2) describing and analyzing the significance of the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the business performance of MSMEs home industry emping melinjo in Pojok Village, (3) describing and analyzing the significance of the influence of internal resources on the business performance of MSMEs home industry emping melinjo in The Corner Village. This research was conducted in Pojok Village, Ngantru Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency with a sample number of 55 people. The results of the study There is a significant influence simultaneously entrepreneurial orientation and internal resources on the business performance of MSMEs home industry emping melinjo in The Corner Village, Ngantru Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency. There is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the business performance of MSMEs home industry emping melinjo in Pojok Village, Ngantru Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency. There is a positive and significant influence of internal resources on the business performance of MSMEs home industry emping melinjo in Pojok Village, Ngantru Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penerapan program Corporate Social Responsibility memberikan kontribusi positif bagi perusahaan. Sebagian besar responden bersikap potif terhadap penerapan program CSR. Dan sikap yang terbentuk tersebut berhubungan sangat nyata dengan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk perusahaan.   Kata Kunci : Corporate Social Responsibility, Sikap, Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to analyze several factors that affect cattle rowing patterns as well as their costs, receipts and contributions to the household income of livestock farmers in Taebenu Subdistrict, Kupang Regency, NTT. The research sample of 100 people was grouped into two groups: group I (50 row cattle farmers) and group II (50 non-row cattle farmers). Determination of the number of farmer samples follows slovin formula with random sampling method. Data on factors that influence the decisions of farmers' households are analyzed with binary logistics regression analysis. Meanwhile, the income of cattle farmers and non-rowdy cattle was analyzed by household income analysis. The results showed that the analysis of binary logistics regression using simultaneous tests showed that independent variables (X) namely X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6 significantly influenced dependent variables (Y). The average household income of cattle farmers rowdy pattern is Rp 13,327,080 with the contribution of income from the business of cattle rowing by 21.93%, while the average household income of non-rowdy cattle farmers (privately owned) Rp 12,820,488 with the contribution of income from non-row cattle businesses amounted to 22.93%. From the results of household income shows the household income of cattle farmers row pattern higher than the household income of non-row cattle farmers (privately owned).

Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan komoditas unggulan perkebunan Indonesia. Indonesia memiliki potensi yang besar dalam pengembangan usaha kelapa sawit Indonesia baik dari segi produksi, ekspor maupun perluasan areal kelapa sawit karena masih banyaknya lahan tersedia untuk pengembangan perkebunan kelapa sawit di Indonesia. Menurut penelitian Departemen Pertanian lahan kelapa sawit pada tahun 1968 adalah seluas 120.00 hektar, tahun 2005 luas areal perkebunan kelapa sawit menjadi 5,16 juta hektar dan pada tahun 2006 mencapai 6,046 juta hektar. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pasar kelapa sawit Indonesia dan (2) menganalisis dampak perluasan areal kelapa sawit terhadap pasar kelapa sawit Indonesia. Kebutuhan akan produk-produk kelapa sawit khususnya CPO (Crude Palm Oil) semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Hal ini didasari pada semakin berkembangnya industri baik pangan maupun non-pangan yang menggunakan kelapa sawit sebagai bahan bakunya. Untuk dapat memenuhi tingginya permintaan kelapa sawit ini maka dibutuhkan peningkatan produksi. Peningkatan produksi dapat dicapai apabila luas areal lahan kelapa sawit juga semakin meningkat. Mtode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Model ekonometrika yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan simultan. Hasil persamaan simultan ini dianalisis menggunakan metode Two Stages Least Square (2SLS). Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa luas areal mempengaruhi tingkat produksi dan ekspor kelapa sawit Indonesia. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil simulasi kebijakan dan peramalan kebijakan terhadap pasar kelapa sawit Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun mendatang (2008-2017). Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perluasan areal kelapa sawit Indonesia berdampak sangat baik terhadap perkembangan pasar kelapa sawit Indonesia. Dan perluasan areal yang terbaik adalah sebesar 5 persen setiap tahunnya.   Kata kunci: kelapa sawit, luas areal, pasar, Indonesia

Abstract

In running farming system, farmers not only have a role important as owners who land they farm. But also they are as farm managers to make any decisions to face their farming problems under risk and uncertainty. These problems are categorized as internal and external factors related to price fluctuations of agricultural commodities. For that reason, farmers need to consider some strategies to overcome their farming problem for instance by choosing the best commodities that would give them an optimal profit. The maximax, maximin, savage, and laplace criterions were used to analyze decision making of horticulture farmer in determining which best horticultural commodities to plant according to their behaviour and attitude toward farming risk. Thus, horticulture farmer will be able to make a choice whether or not it is potato, cabbage, or, scallion that will be cultivated in the next planting period. Potato farmers are categorized as the optimistic farmer who loves farming risks and they are cautious. While scallion farmers are pessimistic farmers and they are risk averse. In addition, cabbage farmers are the ones who have the least regret.

Abstract

Understanding about dynamics of the price and volatility of a variety of food has gotten enough big attention in life Public because experience fluctuation sharp price consequences of turmoil economies. Crisis finance COVID-19 is one of the conditions crisis economy big problems experienced by Indonesia which triggered happening fluctuation the price is not stable (volatility) at producer level and also at consumer level. one ingredient food that has fluctuation price moment the COVID-19 pandemic is ingredient food egg chicken race. The study analyzed the volatility egg chicken race in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The study used weekly egg chicken race price data at the producers and consumers level from March 2018-March 2022. The secondary data was obtained through Sistem Informasi Pasar Online Nasional-Ternak (SIMPONI-Ternak) by the Ministry of the Agriculture Republic of Indonesia. The analytical methods used in this study were Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) and autoregressive conditionally heteroscedastic approach (ARCH). The findings showed that the price of egg chicken race at producers and consumers level before the COVID-19 pandemic is categorized as a low volatility category and also at producer level during COVID-19 pandemics, while at the consumer level during COVID-19 pandemic is classified as high volatility category. Thus the research this has contributed is as follows. First, useful for designing policies with intervention to help food to the right community and provide regulation prices as an effort to repair prices price in reach stability price egg chicken race post the COVID-19 pandemic is good at the level of producer nor consumer. Second, evaluate the implication performance sector egg chicken race before and during COVID- 19 for destination development sustainable.
