Abstract

This article discusses the mediating role of motivation to training transfer as mediation in the relationship between supervisor support and transformative learning on lecturer performance. Survey methods and purposive non random sampling techniques were used with the help of a questionnaire based on a 7-point Likert scale. The number of fit samples was 199 to test the hypothesis. Amos and structural models are used to test the statistical significance of the path coefficients. The findings of the study explain that supervisor support and transformative learning can encourage lecturers to make intense efforts in utilizing the skills and knowledge learned during the training process. The study also highlighted the motivation of training transfer as the key to successfully improving lecturer performance. Training plays an important role in the HRM strategy in an effort to renew the HRM competencies needed by the organization today. Therefore, motivation for training transfer is an important problem faced by professionals in developing HRM. This means that positive transfer training motivation requires that trainees can effectively apply what has been learned to the job, which leads to meaningful changes in performance.

Abstract

The development of the creative economy is in the context of overcoming the problems and challenges of regional economic development and reducing the dependence of the national economy on the extraction of natural resources (mining, minerals and plantations), the problem of poverty. There are 16 types of creative economy in the city of Tangerang, namely: Fine arts; Architecture; Games & developer applications; Publishing; Performing Arts; Visual communication design; Craft; Film, Animation and Video; Photography; Product Design; Television & radio; Culinary; Advertising; Music; Fashion and Interior Design. The existence of all creative economic activities in one regional locality shows the growing spirit of the local economy and the quantity of demand. Within the conceptual framework of strategic needs, there are 3 (three) things that must be considered in the creative economy development of Tangerang City, namely: (1) locality characteristics, (2) micro-meso-macro level performance, and (3) demand factors, technological factors, tourism factor.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to explain of the effect of the concept of optimal distinctive open innovation as mediation in relation to Person-Job Fit and employee engagement on innovation work behavior. The research uses quantitative methods with primary data and lecturers from private universities as the object of research. Data were collected using google form facility with a sample size of 190 lecturers. Measurement of variables using a likert scale of 1 to 7. Through structural equation modeling analysis it was concluded that the mediating effect on the hypothesized relationship was statistically significant. Thus the success-oriented way of thinking requires the expertise of employees to always create creative, superior and unique ideas. Higher Education must always pay attention to the principles of industrial management and professionalism in human resource management, in order to survive and develop. Superior skills produce superior performance, and superior skills are distinctiveness competences which are one of the assets for organizations to achieve positive advantages. The company's positional advantage is expressed by performance outcomes which include customer satisfaction and loyalty

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan paper ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model teoritis hubungan dari anteceden pembelajaran organisasi terhadap budaya berbagi pengetahuan. Hasil review literatur menghasilkan konsep professional altruistik dan kualitas pengembangan diri yang diturunkan dari teori RBV, teori manajemen pengetahuan, teori organisasi pembelajaran dan teori pertukaran sosial.  Berdasarkan kajian teori dan hasil-hasil riset terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran organisasi dan keunggulan bersaing akan membentuk kualitas pengembangan diri. Selanjutnya kompetensi individu mampu melahirkan kinerja superior karena memiliki keahlian dan ketrampilan, dukungan kemampuan interpersonal serta motivasi intrinsik akan melahirkan professional altruistik.  Konsep kualitas pengembangan diri dan professional altruistik diperlukan dalam membangun budaya berbagi pengetahuan. Dengan demikian Perguruan Tinggi Swasta  yang memiliki peranan sebagai organisasi pembelajar akan mampu meningkatkan budaya berbagi pengetahuan, sehingga perguruan tinggi sebagai budaya akademik dapat optimal serta mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci: kualitas pengembangan diri; profesional altruistik, berbagi pengetahuanAbstractThe purpose of this paper is to develop a theoretical model of the relationship of organizational learning anteceden towards a culture of sharing knowledge. The results of the literature review resulted in the concept of altruistic professional and personal development quality derived from RBV theory, the theory of knowledge management, organizational learning theory and social exchange theory. Based on the theoretical study and the results of previous research indicates that organizational learning and competitive advantage will shape the quality of self-development. Furthermore, individual competencies could produce a superior performance because it has the expertise and skills, interpersonal skills as well as support the intrinsic motivation will bear altruistic professional. The concept of self-development and professional quality altruistic required in building a culture of knowledge sharing. Thus private universities which has a role as a learning organization will be able to improve knowledge-sharing culture, so the university as an academic culture can be optimized and able to improve the performance of the organization. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap komitmen organisasi, menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Chem Semesta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan sampel jenuh (sensus) dengan responden karyawan PT. PT. Indo Chem Semesta sebanyak 150 orang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract

Perkembangan di bidang internet yang begitu pesat menyebabkan perubahan dalam gaya hidup. Hadirnya internet tidak hanya pada usaha retail tetapi berkembang juga pada transportasi online (moda online) seperti Go-jek dan Grab, yang memberikan layanan transportasi secara online kepada konsumen. Kondisi ini perlu diperhatikan sebagai penyedia jasa untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model untuk mengeksplorasi anteseden dan konsekuensi dari e-Loyalty, serta menguji seberapa besar pengaruh e-loyalty konsumen melalui variabel e-satisfaction serta menganalisis pelayanan dan kepuasan berbasis elektronik membentuk loyalitas konsumen. Analisis data menggunakan metode Kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian menggunakan random sampling dengan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22.Sampling sebanyak 101 orang konsumen Go-jek dan Grab di Kota Semarang. Penyebaran daftar kuesioner dengan Google form. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara e-Service quality secara langsung terhadap e-loyalty. Hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Service quality terhadap e-loyalty melalui variabel e-satisfaction, sehingga dengan analisis jalur e-satisfaction mampu menjadi variabel intervening. Serta ditemukan pelayanan non elektronik juga berperan dalam loyalitas konsumen. Penemuan beberapa indikator baru untuk non elektronik diharapkan dapat dijadikan indikator dalam penelitian mendatang.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand awareness, brand Association and perceived quality on customer loyalty ABC soy sauce brand in ADA  Siliwangi SemarangThe population is consumers who buy soy sauce at ABC Sports brand ADA Siliwangi Semarang where the amount is not known for certain. The number of samples taken will be rounded to 100 respondents by the method  of sample collection is nonprobality sampling. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the implementation of the recruitment and selection ofemployees of PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). To investigate the factors, goals and alternatives that should be considered in the preparation of employee recruitment and selection models PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). This research was conducted at PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). The data used consists of primary data alone .Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and interview.This research uses descriptive qualitative research method based on case studies. Based on this study concluded: Implementation of the recruitment and selection of employees of PT. SemarangAutocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI) comprised of several stages, namely, a request from the staff, find alternative sources ofemployees, conducting selection and ending with the placement process.The main factors that influence the management informulating models of recruitment and selection of employees grouped into two parts : internal factors comprising of sevenfactors, namely, the needs of employees, company policy, company resources, the requirements of the position, as well as the vision, mission and objectives of the company,while the external factors consist of labor regulations and industry competition. The company's main objective to design models of recruitment and selection is to get a suitably qualified employees and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, who will works and joint the company for long time. Keywords: Implementation of Recruitment, Selection, Employee   ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). Untuk mengetahui faktor, tujuan dan alternatif yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam penyusunan perekrutan karyawan dan model seleksi PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI). Data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer saja. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan studi kasus. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan: Pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan PT. Semarang Autocomp Manufacturing Indonesia (SAMI) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu, permintaan dari staf, mencari alternatif sumber karyawan, melakukan seleksi dan berakhir dengan proses penempatan. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi manajemen dalam merumuskan model rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan dikelompokkan menjadi dua bagian: faktor internal yang terdiri dari tujuh faktor, yaitu, kebutuhan karyawan, kebijakan perusahaan, sumber daya perusahaan, persyaratan posisi, serta visi , misi dan tujuan perusahaan, sedangkan faktor eksternal terdiridari peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan persaingan industri. Tujuan utama perusahaan untuk merancang model rekrutmen dan seleksi adalah untuk mendapatkan karyawan yang memenuhi syarat sesuai dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan, yang akan bekerja dan bersama perusahaan untuk waktu yang lama. Abstract

Tegal was once dubbed Japan's Indonesia, but the presence of the disruption era caused turbulence for Tegal metal SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). Many SMEs are not ready to face the changes that occur so that the bankrupt. Facing this situation, efforts are needed to maintain it. Efforts are made, among others, through the company's dynamic ability to manage the organization's internal resources. This study aims to examine the role of strategic flexibility and innovation performance as a mediating relationship between organizational learning capability and business performance. The objects in 224 SME’s of metal smelting and casting in Tegal were randomly selected. The tool tests the hypothesis using the structural eqution model (SEM). The results of the study concluded that strategic flexibility reinforces the positive effect of organizational learning capabilities on innovation performance and business performance, so that when strategic flexibility is high, business performance will increase higher, when associated with high innovation performance. Strategic flexibility is a source of competitive advantage that is supported by the role of management, and is driven by superior employees as organizational assets. So the company has the ability to be responsive and adaptive to changes that occur. This finding is a mechanism for navigating to face market turbulence and competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify a model of relationship between novelty seeking based tourism, service quality and destination image toward tourists' satisfaction and tourists' revisiting in the Ketep Pass area of Magelang Regency. Data collection used a survey through questionnaires, observation and interviews of 249 domestic and foreign tourists with purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by structural equation model to test the hypothesis. The results of the study prove that novelty seeking based tourist attraction, service quality and destination image give significant influence on tourists' satisfaction and revisiting. This condition explains that the diversity of potential tourist attractions in the Magelang Regency Ketep Pass area can be developed as a new tourist destination (novel atraction) on the Solo-Selo-Borobudur (SSB) route with the characteristic of the mountain tourism namely Mount Merapi. This new tourist attraction is able to provide meaningful benefits for tourists in the form of enrichment values, self-development, challenge or adventure, as well as new knowledge or insight even though sometimes full of risks.
