Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian (1) Dapat dianalisa berkaitan strategi pembelajaran daring (online) (2) Menemukan kendala pembelajaran online dan (3) Menemukan faktor dukungan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring (online) di masa pandemi covid-19 untuk siswa dengan hambatan intelektual atau tunagrahita ringan di SMP N 6 Tuban. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah studi kasus (case study). Teknik pengumpulan data diantaranya meliputi: wawancara, observasi dan rekaman arsip. Proses yang di amati meliputi aktivitas peserta didik tunagrahita ringan melalui pembelajaran online mata pelajaran IPS, Agama, PPKN dengan subjek guru kelas, dan orang tua di sekolah inklusif SMP Negeri 6 Tuban. Hasil temuan strategi pembelajaran online untuk anak tunagrahita ringan di sekolah inklusif SMP Negeri 6 Tuban bahwa, guru menggunakan strategi pembelajaran melalui HP/Laptop dan menyediakan aplikasi via online melalui Whatsaap/Google Classroom. Sumber belajar yang digunakan GWK, GPAI,GPAK, GPKN,GIPS yaitu menggunakan Youtobe, Google, dan buku paket ataupun LKS. Selain itu lebih mudah jika di jelaskan melalui power point. Kendala GWK, GPAI,GPAK, GPKN,GIPS yaitu tidak mengenal ABK secara langsung. Perlunya wawasan baru dalam mengendalikan teknologi seperti HP/Laptop. Dukungan ketika pelaksanaan pembelajaran online saat pandemi covid-19 yaitu, respon siswa regular peserta didik tunagrahita ringan, dan partisipasi orang tua di sekolah inklusif.

Abstract

Learning the vocational skills of children with mild mental retardation today has encountered many difficulties which resulted in the limitations of children in mastering the vocational skills of making bags from batik cloth. This study aims to produce a product for developing vocational skills learning for mild mentally retarded children towards making bags from batik cloth at the SMALB level. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D) research to produce a certain product, and tests the effectiveness of the product to perfect a product that is in accordance with the references and criteria of the product made so as to produce a new product through various stages, validation, and testing that includes a learning video tutorial that makes it easier for mild mentally retarded children to understand and develop vocational skills in making bags from batik cloth. The conclusion of this study is that with the development of vocational skills learning for mild mentally retarded children, it is hoped that mild mentally retarded children at the SMALB level have vocational skills to make bags from batik cloth which can be used as life skills to prepare them for entering the workforce after graduation and these vocational skills need to be trained so that the vocational skills of mild mentally retarded children can develop optimally. The results of the expert validation test are in the form of learning video tutorials and bags from batik cloth which are categorized as valid and effective. The conclusion of this study is that with the development of vocational skills learning for mild mentally retarded children, it is hoped that mild mentally retarded children at the SMALB level have vocational skills to make bags from batik cloth which can be used as life skills to prepare them for entering the workforce after graduation and these vocational skills need to be trained so that the vocational skills of mild mentally retarded children can develop optimally. Abstract

This study aimed to investigate and analyze the effects of firm size on profitability, capital structure on the profitability of firm value, the firm size on firm value, and capital structure on firm value. This study also examined whether profitability can mediate the effect of firm size on firm value and whether profitability can mediate the effect of structure on firm value. The population in the study were manufacturing companies in the Automotive and Components sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2013-2019. The sample selection was carried out by a saturated sampling method using certain criteria to obtain seven companies as samples. The manufacturing company was chosen because it is one of the sectors experiencing rapid development in Indonesia. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and Sobel Test. Based on the classical assumption test result through the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and Sobel Test, this study indicated that all variables did not violate the specified conditions. While the result of the feasibility test on the model through the F test and the coefficient of determination (R2) test stated that the regression model was feasible to use in this study. The result showed that firm size had a significant and positive effect on profitability; the capital structure had a significant and positive effect on profitability, profitability had no significant effect on firm value, firm size had no significant effect on firm value, the capital structure had no significant effect on firm value. In addition, the profitability variables did not mediate capital structure on firm value.

Abstract

Proses dalam mengelola pembelajaran pada sekolah inklusi ini tidak sama dengan sekolah regular. Hal ini disebabkan bahwa peserta didik yang berkebutuhan khusus pada sekolah inklusi ini menjadikan proses pembelajaran yang ada dalam kelas ini wajib dilakukan pengelolaan dengan khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah agar dapat menggambarkan pengelolaan kelas terhadap siswa yang berkebutuhan khusus, dan aspek sistem dukungan untuk pnegelolaan kelas inklusi pada SD Muhammadiyah 3 ICP dan SD Islam Terpadu Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif self-report. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas pada sekolah inklusi SD Muhammadiyah 3 ICP dan SD Islam Terpa dalam aspek interaksi siswa regular dengan yang berkebutuhan khusus, semua guru telah dapat menjalankan interaksi dalam mendengarkan, berbicara serta non-verbal, sementara itu, masih belum diimplementasikan dengan secara tertulis. Sementara itu, dalam hal pengaturan keadaan fisik kelas ini telah layak, walaupun hal ini, sarana-prasarana ini masih banyak ditemukan beberapa sisi yang wajib untuk dinaikkan, terutama media untuk peserta didik yang berkebutuhan khusus, yakni ruang stimulus rendah dan tinggi yang masih belum ada dan juga ruang sumber yang juga masih belum ada.
