Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance at the ocean kendari fishing port office, (2) to determine the effect of transformational leadership influence on employee performance at the kendari ocean fishing port office, (3) to determine the effect of motivation work on employee performance at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port Office. The object of this research is the employee at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port Office. The population in this study were employees at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port office, amounting to 80 people, because the population was less than 100 people, the sample of this study was 80 office employees at the Kendari Ocean Fishing Port as respondents. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, the research data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression through SPSS 21 software. The results of this study (1) Simultaneously transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the ocean kendari fishing port office, (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the kendari ocean fishing port office, (3) motivation Work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kendari Ocean Fishery Port Office.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine simultaneously the effect of transformational leadership and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. (2) To determine the effect of leadership on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. (3) To determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. The total population in this study is all employees as many as 60 people who are also used as research samples using purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) transformational leadership and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya. (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya (3) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Merbaujaya Indahraya.

Abstract

The research objective is to find out; 1) To examine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the organizational commitment of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 2) To examine and analyze the influence of the work environment on the organizational commitment of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 3) To examine and analyze the effect of employee competence on the organizational commitment of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 4) To examine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 5) To examine and analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 6) To test and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of the employees of the KPU Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 7) To test and analyze the effect of employee competence on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 8) To examine and analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of work discipline on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 9) To examine and analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of the work environment on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. 10) To examine and analyze the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of employee competence on the performance of the KPU Secretariat employees of Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research design is included in the survey research category because the main data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Survey research is research that takes a sample from a population and uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study were all Civil Servants (PNS) at the Secretariat of  the General Election Commission of Southeast Sulawesi Province and the Secretariat of the KPU in 17 regencies and cities totaling 279 people, so the determination of the number of samples for this study was determined using the Slovin formula (Sekaran, 2003). ). The type of data used in this research is quantitative. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data analysis method of this research is SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The results showed that; 1) High work discipline has an impact on work discipline. 2) A high work environment will have an impact on organizational commitment. 3) High employee competence will have an impact on organizational commitment. 4) Good work discipline will have an impact on improving employee performance. 5) A good work environment cannot have an increasing impact on employee performance. 6) Good employee competence will have an impact on improving employee performance. 7) High organizational commitment has an impact on improving employee performance. 8) Work discipline has an impact on employee performance through organizational commitment. 9) the work environment has an impact on employee performance through organizational commitment. 10) Employee competence has an impact on employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze work discipline, self-efficacy, work environment and organizational culture simultaneously on employee performance in BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency. The research analysis unit is an employee at the BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency. Respondents who were sampled were 39 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in testing the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis with the calculation process using SPSS 21. Qualitative information is used to explore additional information related to the results of hypothesis testing.The results of this study indicate that: Work discipline, self-efficacy, work environment and organizational culture in simultanously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline, self-efficacy, work environment and organizational culture partially significant influence on employee performance in BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency. Suggestions for BKPSDM of Konawe Islands Regency can provide good motivation and create better disciplined innovations, maintain friendship with leaders, and provide job training that can support employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) examine the effect of emotional intelligence on teacher performance, 2) examine the influence of spiritual intelligence on teacher performance, 3) examine the influence of emotional and spiritual intelligence on teacher performance. The object of this research is the Ibn Abbas Muna Foundation Educational Institution. The population of the study was the permanent teachers of the Ibn Abbas Muna Foundation Educational Institution totaling 60 people. The size of the sample determination using the census technique or the population as a sample, thus the research sample amounted to 60 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire, the measurement scale using Slovin. The research data were tabulated and analyzed using the SPSS ver 22 software application to determine the results of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 2) spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 3) emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

 The purpose of this research is: 1) to know the influence of education on the performance of family planning extension in Wakatobi District; 2) to know the effect of training on the performance of family planning extension in Wakatobi District; 3) to know the impact of the working environment on the performance of the family planning extension in Wakatobi District; and 4) to determine the impact of education, training, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of the family planning extension in Wakatobi District. This research is categorized as research survey, where the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study is the entire KB extension at DPKKB in Wakatobi Regency which amounted to 30 employees with the determination of the census samples. Data analysis In this study used multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS software. The results showed that : 1) education was significant and in direct response to the extension performance at the District DPKKB Wakatobi; 2) the training is significant and is in direct response to the extension performance at DPKKB, Wakatobi regency; and 3) the working environment is significant and is in direct direction to the extension performance at DPKKB District Wakatobi. Keywords: education, training, work environment and employee performance

Abstract

This research intends to empirically examine and analyze the effect of job aids on the performance mediated by the satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. This research is explanatory which intends to explain the position of the researched variables as well as the correlation and the effect among one variable and another. The result shows that: (1) Job aids has positive and significant effects on teachers satisfaction in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. (2) Job aids has positive and significant effects on teachers performance in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. (3) Satisfaction has positive and significant effects on teachers performance in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan. (4) Satisfaction can mediate the effect of job aids on teachers performance in Elementary Schools in Wangi-Wangi and Wangi-Wangi Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to find out the effect of remuneration, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the performance of members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit, 2) to determine the effect of remuneration partially affecting the performance of Kendari Police Traffic Unit police officers, 3) to find out organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. partial effect on the performance of the members of the Traffic Unit of the Kendari Police, 4) knowing that job satisfaction has a partial effect on the performance of the members of the Traffic Unit of the Kendari Police.The object of this research is the Kendari Police Traffic Unit. The population of the study was police officers who served in the Traffic Unit of the Kendari Police with a total of 63 personnel. Determination of the sample using population data. The research data was collected using a questionnaire, the research data was analyzed using SPSS ver 22 to determine the results of the regression analysis of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.The results of the study: 1) Remuneration, organizational culture, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit, 2) Remuneration has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Kendari Police Traffic Unit members, )3 Organizational culture positive and significant effect on the performance of the Traffic Unit Police members of the Kendari Police, and 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the members of the Kendari Police Traffic Unit

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Biddokkes personnel either simultaneously or partially. The approach of this study is quantitative using a survey method. The data was collected by cross section by using a one-line questionnaire via the link: https://forms.gle/xXS8ShLBhmbJxBBx5. The population of this study were all 49 members of the Biddokkes Police of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police and all of them were used as research respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment simultan eously had a significant effect on the performance of the Biddokkes Police personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police. Furthermore, the partial test results of work motivation have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. Then teamwork proved to have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. A good non-physical work environment contributes significantly or significantly to the improvement of personnel performance. This means that the better the implementation of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment, the performance of personnel will increase significantly. This result is also reinforced by the respondent's statement based on the description of the variables of work motivation, teamwork and non-physical work environment and personnel performance.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of testing and explaining the effect of compensation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. This type of research is a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The population in the study were all employees of the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital, totaling 60 employees, not including the leadership. the sampling technique was carried out randomly based on strata (stratified proportional random sampling, meaning that the object of research was all employees of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. Analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS version 3.2 program packageThe results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees. The direction of the influence of this relationship is positive, which means that the better job satisfaction, the performance of Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital employees will also be better.
