Abstract

Every individual has different manners for making choices, including choosing a need and desire. In the modern world of today has come a wide selection of products both local and international standards one of which is a food product. Namely food production in the country for food products imported from abroad, as well as processed food products such as cottage industries. Existing halal label on food products would have been very impact and influence for consumers, particularly Muslim consumers are encouraged to consume Thayyib food and halal. For this study will focus on the effect of consumer behavior and halal label food products by household to consumption decisions in Palangka Raya (Student Association of Islamic Economics at IAIN Palangka Raya) to determine the effect of consumer behavior and halal label food products by households to consumption decision analysis techniques Correlation Product Moment using SPSS 18.0. This research is quantitative descriptive research type ex post facto, and perform data analysis with multiple regression test. Data collection methods the authors used observations and questionnaires. From the test result perfomed on the instrument 20 respondents to the question number 40 items declared valid and can be used to collect the data in the study sample. The population in this study were all students of Islamic Economics at IAIN Palangka Raya in force from 2012 to 2015. While the study sample were 75 respondents students of Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, Departement of Islamic Economics at IAIN Palangka Raya, and from the number of respondents were given a questionnaire to be answered. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. The result of this study indicate that obtained from the F test (simultaneous) amounted tp 7.132, then in accordance with the F test criteria then Ho is rejected. This means that there are significant effect between consumer behavior and halal label together or simultaneously on consumption decisions, the results obtained from the value of R Square of 0.165 which means that the consumer behavior variables (X1) and label halal food products household (X2) 16,5% have influence on consumer decision variable (Y). while the remaining 83,5% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Islam as a religion has been placed as an option and at the same teachings that provide guidance in human life adherents. Islamic economic development in Indonesia is progressing very rapidly, characterized by the emergence of sharia based financial institution. Financial institutions in practice cannot be separated from the financial statements or called in the language of business is accounting. This study focused on mentation of Iwan Triyuwono about the concept of sharia accounting, as stated in this theory that sharia enterprise theory and synergy binary opposition. The formulation of the problem in this study are (1) how the concept mentation of Iwan Triyuwono about sharia accounting? (2) how the relevance mentation of Iwan Triyuwono about accounting institutional of Islamic economics? Therefore the purpose of this study were (3) to describe the concept mentation of Iwan Triyuwono about sharia accountting (4) to describe the relevance mentation of about acoounting institutional of Islamic economics. This type of research is the library research using hictorical research aproach, namely research conducted by collecting data or scientific papers aimed at the object of research or data collection is literature, or the study undertaken to solve a problem on basically rests on a critical and in depth study of the materials relevant book. The subjects used in this study is Iwan Triyuwono. The results of this study indicate that the mentation of Iwan Triyuwono with shariah enterprise theory and the theory of binary opposition synergies already very relevan to formulate theories that previously exsited in modern accounting theory. But in practice has not been able to be applied fully in the Islamic economics institutions. Because of the needs of the industry if sharia accounting concept he put forward can be realized with either the creation of a network organization with the realities if divine power.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource capacity and organizational commitment on the application of cash internal controls at the Regional Work Unit in the Banda Aceh City Government. The population in this study amounted to 36 SKPD and 108 respondents who were self from the Head of Service / Head of Agency / Head of Office as Budget Leaders and Users, SKPD Financial Administration Officers (PPK-SKPD) who examined payment request documents and made books on each SKPD cash expenditure , Treasurer of expenditure, Treasurer of receipt if there is cash receipt in the SKPD. Because of this research population, the nature of this research is census. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate simultaneously and partially the variable capacity of civil servant resources, organizational commitment and utilization of information technology affect the implementation of internal cash controls

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, maka dalam penelitian ini tidak dikenal adanya sampel melainkan informan. Hal ini dibutuhkan untuk dapat memperoleh informasi yang lebih jelas mengenai masalah penelitian. Informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang yakni Kepala Desa, Sekertaris Desa, Kepala Pengelolah Irigasi dan 2 (dua) orang tokoh masyarakat/petani.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pembangunan Irigasi Lebih berdampak Positif. Hal ini terlihat dari berbagai indikator yang digunakan untuk melihat Dampak Pembangunan irigasi. Dampak Positifnya yaitu, Sistem irigasi bisa dibuka tutup sehingga sangat memudahkan petani pengguna air serta meningkatkan produktivitas padi dibandingkan petani non irigasi. Meskipun ada warga/masyarakat yang mengatakan berbagai dampak negatifnya tetapi hal tersebut bisa di minimalisir atau diatasi sehingga tidak menjadi penghambat masyarakat untuk menggunakan/memanfaatkan Air irigasi tersebut.. Selain itu, sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan irigasi pertanian terjadi kenaikan pendapatan, hal tersebut juga mempengaruhi tingkat Daya Beli Masyarakat dibandingkan sebelumnya. Kegiatan Simulasi Mengenai Pola Hidup Sehat sudah dilakukan oleh pihak Puskesmas dan dibantu oleh perangkat Desa, sehingga masyarakat sudah mengerti akan pentingnya kebersihan meskipun masih ada sebagian masyarakat yang membuang sampah di saluran/jaringan irigasi.Kata Kunci: Dampak Pembangunan Irigasi, Kesejahteraan Petani

Abstract

COMPARISON OF RUBBER MILLING PROCESS TO PRODUCE NATURAL RUBBER COMPOUNDS USING MODIFIED AND UNMODIFIED LOCAL CLAY FILLER. Many researchers have studied the effect of modified clay as filler on rubber compounds for both natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Various chemicals are used as clay modifiers. In the rubber milling process, modified clay is directly used as filler after pretreatment with clay modifier. However, clay modifiers can also be milled together with original clay during the rubber mastication and milling process. Thus both of these methods certainly produce different physical properties, so the comparison of the two rubber milling processes is the focus of this research. The analysis of the curing characteristics and physical properties of vulcanized natural rubber was carried out with a rheometer and physical properties test units. Thermal analysis was carried out using TG/DTA and dispersion of filler on the rubber compound was analyzed by SEM. The results of the curing characteristic of the rubber compound and the physical properties of vulcanization showed that there was an effect due to the comparison of the rubber milling process. Modified clay using JH-S69 is better than JH-S69 milled with original clay and vice versa occurs in PEG 4000 which is used as clay modifier. PEG 4000 which is milled together with original clay produces curing characteristic and physical properties of vulcanization better than pretreatment of clay to be modified clay. This analysis is in line with the analysis using SEM.

Abstract

Pembuatan kompon karet agar dihasilkan barang jadi karet yang layak digunakan terlebih dulu karet mentah dicampur dengan bahan kimia lainnya seperti bahan pengisi, bahan pelunak dan bahan pewarna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi optimal variasi bahan pewarna alami dan mengkaji karakteristik kompon karet yang dihasilkan.Penelitian dan pengujian laboratorium dilaksanakan di Balai Riset dan Standardisasi Industri Palembangdan PT. Kobe Internasional Mandiri Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsentrasi pewarna 5 phr dan 4 (empat) variasi pewarna yaitu Formula A : Tepung kulit manggis, Formula B : Tepung kunyit, Formula C : Tepung kayu secang dan Formula D : Pewarna sintetis sebagai kontrol. Parameter yang diamati modulus (%), ketahanan usang dengan parameter Kekerasan, Shore A, tegangan putus, kg/cm2), modulus %, perpanjangan putus (%),parameter ketahanan retak lentur dan analisa warna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlakuan yang baik adalah formula C : Tepung kayu secang dengan hasil uji Modulus sebesar 29%, Ketahanan usang untuk parameter kekerasan 43 shore A, tegangangan putus :171kg/cm2 , modulus : 29%, perpanjangan putus : 943%, , ketahanan retak lentur menunjukkan kompon karet tidak retak dan hasil tingkat kecerahan warna ?L* : 15,0, ?a* : -15,4 dan ?b* : 26,74.

Abstract

Catch verb refers to something being brought into such position. All verbs are transitive verb and specification of locus is obligator and other it is optional. The aims of this research were (1)To identify related Verbs of English “Catch” Verb in Buginese Language. (2) To explain the similarities and differences of English Verb, “Catch” and Its Related Verbs in Buginese Language in terms of semantical and grammatical construction. English data were collected from Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA), while data of Buginese were obtained from field research through process of observation and in depth interview. Both of the data were analyzed with description and qualitative analysis. The result of this research shows that (1) there is one kind of “Catch” verb that use in English. While, in Buginese language there are eight kinds of “Catch” verbs that different in semantic aspect. They are mattikkeng, mattimang, majjaleppa’, mattado’, marrippung, majjala, mattada, and massero’ (2) The main differences of Verb “Catch” in English and Buginese Language can be seen from clause structure and movement to brought something into such position. From clause structure, In English a NP is followed by VP, while in Buginese is permissible that VP is followed by NP that marked by suffix –I in VP. From movement aspect, divided into three; normal movement, medium movement, and hard movement.
