<![CDATA[The phenomenon of the absence of moral decadence and appropriate behavior such as violence, brawls, exclusivism, and a lack of tolerance and respect for others in all forms involving students is an ineffective model of education and function. The dysfunction is caused by not conveying the message desired by the teacher. Thus, this study aimed to describe the multicultural values-based teacher communication model in early childhood education institutions in rural areas. This research used a case study approach. This study indicates that the multicultural value-based teacher communication model in early childhood education institutions in rural areas is carried out in the form of verbal and non-verbal communication. In verbal communication, messages are conveyed verbally and in writing. Meanwhile, in the non-verbal communication process, the messages conveyed are in the form of persuasive power, coercive and reward power, personal imitation, and educative interactions vertically and horizontally]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out what are the new roles that Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid does in increasing consumer confidence in the services provided by Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid. This research uses a qualitative approach with this type of case study research. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews supported by observations of some of the activities in the study subjects. The results of this study found that the role of quality improvement carried out by Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid began with monitoring changes through change management, identification of improvement formulations, fulfillment of completeness of infrastructure improvement facilities, optimization of cooperation performance between teams, in-service training, environmental analysis in evaluation, identification of goals and targets, gap analysis, input, and output identification, monitoring improvements. So it can be concluded that the new role in increasing consumer confidence in Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid shows success in attracting its consumers to continue using the services provided by Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand the strengths and abilities of leaders in increasing the obedience of their subordinates through the study of figures, namely KH. Moh. Zuhri Zaini is the caretaker of the Nurul Jadid Paiton Islamic Boarding School. This study uses a qualitative approach to character study. Data were obtained from a collection of biographies about KH. Moh. Zuhri Zaini and interviews with his subordinates who act as administrators at the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School Paiton, Probolinggo, East Java. The results showed the strength of KH. Moh. Zuhri Zaini, in making his subordinates obedient, is charismatic, authoritative, inspiring, and humble. The goal is to understand the character of a person KH. Zuhri Zaini about his strength and ability to make his subordinates obedient by recognizing his subordinates. This research is also an additional insight and reference for leaders in influencing the compliance factor of their subordinates.]]>

<![CDATA[Historically Islamic Education has formulated two currents of thought which both take different forms either from the aspect of material, educational system, as well as in the institutional form. The two models are 1). models of Islamic education that has traditionalist pattern (easting) which in its development more emphasis on doctrinal-normative tend exclusive-apologetic . 2). Modernist Islamic education model (Western) which then in its development is considered losing its transcendent spirits. The emergence of current thinking on the duality model of Western-style Islamic education can not be denied as a result of the heat of the globalization and information era.Based on this condition, it takes a strong foundation for the study of the implementation of Islamic education in the form of integrative epistemology. Epistemology results logical consequences in the form of eliminating a paradigm of dichotomy between religious and general science, changes patterns of indoctrinated Islamic education into participatory patterns between teacher and pupil, substitutes ideological paradigm into a scientific paradigm which is based on the revelations of Allah, reconstructs secular and free spiritual values curriculum into curriculum based on monotheism, and change the approach from a theoretical or conceptual approach to the contextual approach.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper present the Kiai in an era of disruption who is required to be involved in the world of politicians without having to reduce the counterproduction of a Kiai. This study uses the Library Research method which is based on the philosophy of postpositivism and emphasizes the ethnographic model which aims to describe cultural characteristics. Furthermore, the authors explain the implementation of the model in various disciplines. The result showed that Kiai Politicians who have great potential to bring pesantren's environment to the realm of politic's world without damaging the reputation of a Kiai himself. By this role as a politician, Kiai is required to be able to influence the community with a sincere spirit who adheres to Islamic law. This is where the role of a politician Kiai requires a circle-C formula in a Kiai Politician Personal Branding. Competency, able to improve the society's paradigm towards politician Kiai. Connectivity, the strategic rule in media education, is better monitored. Creatifity, understanding passion as an action, and Contribution is being able to control the reputation of the keys that have been built.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper describes the management of early childhood mood in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic through qualitative research approaches and types of case studies. Covid’s-19 pandemic that hit the world has changed most of human activities. This pandemic anables everyone to do their own work by staying at home, studying at home and working at home. It was requested that the government had appealed. This research aims to learn how to regulate early childhood moods so that they can be disciplined in the midst of this pandemic. There are several methods that can be used, use the exemplary method, habitation, and discuss individuals. Besides that, there are other things that can also be done, such a giving awards to children who have met the specified discipline standards, for example, providing additional play time. And give punishment the sentence consist of no award received, not with punches, screams or twists.]]>

<![CDATA[The inherent characteristics in a kyai become the primary source of the kyai's power in influencing his followers. One of kyai’s strong characteristics is the Quantum attraction. The leadership of the kyai with a quantum attraction approach can be referred as kyai’s simple action which can be very impactful for his followers. One of these approaches is carried out by kyai at the pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. With this approach, the figure of the kyai raises several forms of Quantum attraction behavior that can be used as role models by students as followers. The aim of this research is to understand the primary characteristics of kyai based on quantum attraction. The researcher in this study used a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. For data collection, researchers used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis methods used by the researchers are data reduction, data presentation, and verification. This study indicates that the main characteristics of the leadership behavior of clerics based on quantum attraction are sincere, tawadhu, zuhud, pious, and waro' behaviors and attitudes.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic management based on ISO 21001-2018 in realizing superior Islamic boarding school-based university governance. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The results show that strategic management based on ISO 21001-2018 is carried out through quality planning, control, and quality improvement. In quality planning, the quality control work unit and stakeholders formulate and prepare higher education governance plans according to ISO 21001: 2018 standards. In the quality control process, universities establish requirements and recommendations for design and quality assessment. Meanwhile, universities carry out continuous quality improvement by evaluating improvements that focus on Lean and Six Sigma techniques at the quality improvement stage. This research has implications for the importance of quality orientation carried out by higher education institutions in order to create public trust and customer loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[Pesantren is as educational institution has Tafaqquh fi Al-din- oriented has been long known as an educational Institution whose main purpose form of moral. In the process of transmission can’t be denied the role of ustadz in learning process, both in side and outside classroom. The process of transformation and modernization are all lines require the figure of ustadz in Pesantren to make accommodation, concessions for the transformation of education and learning system in pesantren. Pesantren is as part of the nation's community and also inseparable from the influences of ongoing National dynamics today. It is caught in a wave of globalization with all its positive and negative values. Similarly, ustadz of pesantren which also certainly, cannot be separated from the transformation so that there is a shift in identity representation in the form of mental or language representation. Based on the results of the research was found the figure of ustadz in the framework of accommodation and concessions transformed the representation of identity both as the teacher represented in school such as personality competence competition, social, professional competence, organizational culture skills, both in oral, written form, and personal branding abilities.]]>
