Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kisah dalam al-Qur’an yang menyuguhkan nilai-nilai teologis dan sekaligus nilai-nilai moralitas sosial sebagai pesan penting yang hendak disampaikan kepada manusia. Apa yang terjadi pada kisah Nabi Musa dengan Nabi Khidir memberikan wawasan baru tentang pesan-pesan perencanaan pendidikan yang tersurat guna diaplikasikan dalam kegiatan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menggali konsep perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Musa dan Nabi Khidir yang secara tersurat memiliki makna perencanaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini terfokus pada bagaiamana kontruksi naratologi perencanaan dalam kisah Nabi Musa dan Nabi Khidir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis library research. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis yang bersifat normatif dan historis yang disesuaikan dengan sumber sumber kepustakaan. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan metode interpretasi atau tafsir teks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai perencanaan yang disajikan dalam kisah tersebut yaitu; receiving, responding, valuing, organization, characterization by a value or value complex.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengkaji perspektif pendidikan Islam tentang manajemen perubahan untuk pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam2) menganalisis perspektif pendidikan Islam tentang manajemen perubahan untuk pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam3) mendeskrepsikan Output formulasi manajemen perubahan terhadap pengembangan kelembagaan pendidikan islam Dalam menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan multidisipliner, yaitu historis, sosiologis, teologis, filosofis dan pendekatan pedagogis-manajerial.Jenis penelitian ini tergolong Library Research, data dikumpulkan dengan mengutip,menyadur dan menganalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi (content analysis) analisis wacana dan penafsiran teks terhadap literatur yang representatif dan mempunyai relevansi dengan masalah yang dibahas, kemudian mengulas dan menyimpulkannya. Setelah mengadakan pembahasan tentang manajemen perubahan untuk pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam dilihat dari perspektif pendidikan Islam, maka perlu ada perubahan perspektif meliputi perubahan paradigma pengembangan ilmu baik dari aspek ontologi, epistemologi aksiologi, maupun tujuan perubahan dengan mengacu kepada term-term kunci tentang perubahan, terminologi pendidikan Islam dan teori-teori perubahan yang dibangun dalam Islam. Dengan mengkaji elemen-elemen tersebut, dapat teridentifikasi tipologi, faktor-faktor pendorong, model koordinasi, komunikasi dan resistensi perubahan. Kemudian perlu ada perubahan pada aspek proses manajemen perubahan meliputi cara mengelola manajemen perubahan yang efektif dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan mengacu kepada konsep dasar manajemen dalam perspektif Islam dan fungsi-fungsinya yang intinya pada tata kelola dengan komitmen yang kuat untuk berubah yang prosesnya diinspirasi oleh Alqr’an baik dalam pendekatan mazhab individu, kelompok maupun sistem terbuka. Perubahan pada aspek out put meliputi, perubahan mindset, rumusan sistem pendidikan yang islami, desain pendidikan bermutu, rekonstruksi nilai-nilai dalam kelembagaan pendidikan Islam, penghargaan terhadap kemanusiaan, serta keteladanan dalam kepemimpinan manajeman perubahan sebagai inti dari kesuksesan. Implikasi penelitian ini semestinya perubahan yang terjadi tidak bersifat destruktif. Perubahan seyogyanya berpihak kepada kualifikasi-kualifikasi positif dan konstruktif, sejalan dengan perintah Tuhan dalam Alqur’an, dan diimlementasikan dalam prilaku kehidupan sehari-hari Nabi Muhammad SAW. Lembaga-lembaga pendidikan Islam terutama pesantren, perlu merumuskan dan mendesain kembali perubahan-perubahan dan manajemennya agar lembaga pendidikan Islam tetap berkembang dan survive dan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi tidak melahirkan resistensi dan konflik seiring dengan dinamika perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan informasi sebagai ciri peradaban baru Islam.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with the largest Muslim majority in the world, certainly has a large number of mosques. Unfortunately, the number of mosques is not accompanied by an increase in the quality of the mosque itself. Although physically, the mosque has undergone a significant evolution in various aspects, such as the quality of the building, the facilities are magnificent and luxurious. However, the quality of the congregation tends to stagnate and even decline. This research approach is field research (Field Research) where the compiler will collect data by going directly to the field, community, group or institution that is the object of research to study intensively the various problems being studied. The results of the study found two principles of mosque management that the researchers wanted to highlight and underline as something that should be appreciated and even imitated by the administrators of the Muamalah Mosque. First, do not deposit congregational funds but distribute them as quickly as possible. And second, the principle is to make the congregation comfortable and always want to come back to the mosque.

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the mechanism of mappajak (lease) practice of clove trees in Bonto Salama Village and analyze the Islamic law perspective on mappajak (lease) practice of clove trees in the area. This qualitative research sources data from the village head and involved parties. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, and documentation. The collected data is processed through editing, organizing, and finding the results and then analyzed using the inductive method, followed by a conclusion. The study reveals that the mappajak (lease) practice of clove trees in Bonto Salama Village is not valid according to Islamic law because it does not fulfill one of the pillars of ijarah (lease), namely benefits. The benefit gained from mappajak (lease) of clove trees is in the form of material (clove fruit), while ijarah (lease) is a contract that transacts a property to be taken its benefit according to its function, not to take the material produced. Furthermore, the mappajak (lease) practice of clove trees in Bonto Salama Village involves uncertainties in terms of profit and loss before the harvest, as it only relies on estimation, which may cause regret, dispute, or even litigation in the future

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik bagi hasil ternak sapi (teseng) di desa Pacubbe Kecematan Cenrana Kabupaten Bone dan pandangan hukum islam tentang praktik bagi hasil ternak sapi (teseng). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik bagi hasil ternak sapi (teseng) di desa Pacubbe Kecematan Cenrana Kabupaten Bone dan pandangan hukum islam tentang praktik bagi hasil ternak sapi (teseng). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dengan cara mengamati langsung di Desa Pacubbe, selanjutnya dengan cara wawancara sebagai pendukung guna melengkapi informasi penelitian, serta dengan dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan guna melengkapi data dan teori. Sumber data yang penulis gunakan adalah terdiri dari sumber data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi dari kedua belah pihak yaitu pemilik sapi dan pengelola sapi dan sumber data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh melalui penelaan buku-buku yang berkaitan dan menunjang penelitian ini. Setelah data terkumpul penulis melakukan analisa data dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat simpulkan bahwa pada pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil di Desa Pacubbe Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Bone akad yang terjalin antara shahibul maal dengan mudharib adalah akad lisan dengan keuntungan nisbah bagi hasil dibagi dua atau satu banding satu. Menurut tinjauan ekonomi Islam tentang pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil ternak sapi (teseng) di Desa Pacubbe Kecamatan Cenrana Kabupaten Bone dalam pelaksanaannya sudah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah tapi perlu disempurnakan seperti adanya perjanjian tertulis agar tidak terjadi kesalapahaman dan konflik, sehingga bisa menimbulkan perselisihan yang dapat mengganggu terpenuhinya hak dan kewajiban pemodal dan pengelola dalam menjalankan kerjasama. Kata Kunci : Bagi Hasil, Ternak Sapi (Teseng), Hukum Islam

Abstract

This study aims to assess the success of a halal-conscious community model based on the Masjid in Makassar by examining the level of awareness and satisfaction of local communities and Muslim tourists. The quantitative method with a survey approach was used, and 300 local community respondents and 200 Muslim tourist respondents were randomly selected as the study sample. The data were collected using questionnaires that consist of questions about respondent characteristics, the level of awareness and concern for halal products and services, and satisfaction and recommendations for the halal-conscious community model. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical and factor analysis methods to identify the factors that affect the success of the halal-conscious community model. The validity and reliability of the research instruments were tested using content validity and Cronbach's alpha method, respectively. The results showed that the local community respondents had a high level of awareness and concern for halal products and services, with an average score of 3.8 out of 5, indicating that the halal-conscious community model has successfully increased the awareness of local communities. Furthermore, Muslim tourists showed high levels of satisfaction with the halal-conscious community model, with an average score of 4.1 out of 5, indicating that the model has provided halal products and services that meet their needs. In conclusion, the halal-conscious community model based on the Masjid in Makassar has been successful in increasing the awareness and satisfaction of both the local community and Muslim tourists

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan yang diteliti antara lain bagaimana penerapan metode active training untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada bidang pendidikan agama Islam di kelas X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan pada semester gasal tahun pelajaran 2020-2021 yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur dengan jumlah siswa 17 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kualitatif yang diperoleh dari observasi selama proses pembelajaran selama pembelajaran, dan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari tes hasil belajar pada setiap siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Dan kualitas pembelajaran ditandai dengan meningkatnya keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran sesuai dengan hasil observasi selama tindakan kelas dari pra siklus I sampai siklus II, dan rata-rata nilai akhir pra siklus sebesar 29%, terjadi peningkatan siklus I, 82% dan pada siklus II mencapai 100%. dan rata-rata kelas pra siklus adalah 67, terjadi peningkatan pada siklus I menjadi 87 dan siklus II menjadi 94. Kesimpulannya metode pelatihan aktif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPA 1 di SMAN 1 Luwu Timur. The main problems studied include how to apply the active training method to improve student learning outcomes in the field of Islamic religious education in class X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted in the odd semester of the 2020-2021 academic year which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research was conducted in class X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Luwu Timur with 17 students. Data was collected qualitatively obtained from observations during the learning process during learning, and quantitative data obtained from learning outcomes tests in each cycle. The results showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. And the quality of learning is characterized by increased student activity in learning in accordance with the results of observations during class actions from pre-cycle I to cycle II, and the average pre-cycle final score is 29%, an increase in cycle I, 82% and in cycle II it reaches 100 %. and the average pre-cycle class was 67, there was an increase in the first cycle to 87 and the second cycle to 94. In conclusion, the active training method can improve the learning outcomes of students in class X IPA 1 at SMAN 1 Luwu Timur.

Abstract

Moral education seeks to create situations and conditions in such a way that students are encouraged and moved in soul and heart to behave and be civilized, or good manners, in accordance with the expectations of educational institutions. In this study, preparations, methods, approaches, and values were used to apply moral development to determine the process and effectiveness of moral development. that the time required to see the success of the coach in implementing moral development depends on the method and approach used. Also look at the readiness of students to accept the methods and approaches applied. The results of this study concluded that the strategy of moral development at the Rahmatul Asri Modern Islamic Boarding School uses several methods and approaches, namely: the hiwar/dialogue method, the qur'ani or prophetic story method, the uswah/exemplary method, the ta'widiyah/habituation method, the tsawab/reward method, methods of fostering cleanliness, and methods of punishment. The approaches are: the personal approach and the attention approach.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Attarbiyatussakilah Kendari as an Islamic boarding school is a representation of the modernization of education in Indonesia. In its management, the Attarbiyatussakilah Islamic Boarding School has implemented management integration in the form of an integration between a vocational-based formal education curriculum and a religiously charged Islamic boarding school curriculum, as well as the application of scientific educational operational management including planning, organizing, actualizing, implementing, as well as control and evaluation (POAC) in the integration of the curriculum. The goal of this study is to explain how SMK Life Skill Pondok Pesantren Attarbiyatussakilah Kendari is modernizing the way they manage their education curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through field studies at the Attarbiyatussakilah Islamic Boarding School. Triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources will be used to confirm the results of each study. The results of this study indicate that modernization in the form of management integration, especially in the vocational curriculum in the Islamic boarding school curriculum, carried out by the Attarbiyatussakilah Islamic Boarding School, is carried out with the principles of management operationalization, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the economic level of parents, the learning achievement of students, and the effect of parents' economic level on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education students at SD Inpres Andi Tonro Makassar. The method used in this research is a questionnaire and documentation method. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The findings revealed: 1) Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistics for the economic level of parents, 6 respondents or 15.4% stated that their economic level is low, 28 respondents or 71.8% stated that the economy of their parents is included in the medium category with an income of Rp. > 1,500,000 to Rp. 2,500,000, while an income of Rp. > 2,500,000 was obtained by 5 respondents or 12.8%, stating that the economic level of their parents is in the high category. 2) Based on the results of data analysis using descriptive statistics for PAI learning achievement in students, it can be seen from the report cards of students who meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). The average value of 82.74 was obtained in the medium category. The lowest score was 72, and the highest value was 95. 3) The results of inferential statistical analysis of the influence of parents' economic level on PAI learning achievement showed that the regression equation Y = 44.325 + 0.756 X and obtained tcount = 6,128, ttable = 2,021 because tcount > t table (6.128 > 2.021) so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. As for the large influence of parents' economic level on student achievement, the results obtained are r2 = 0.504, or 50.4%, while the remaining 49.6% is explained by other variables outside of this study. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the economic level of parents on the PAI learning outcomes for students at SD Inpres Andi Tonro Makassar
