Abstract

Ruhul Islam is the core spirit of Islam that is the identity or characteristic of an individual or Islamic institution that has a mental attitude. It always guided by morals, according to the guidance of Islamic teachings so that can create a brotherhood of fellow Muslims in bringing people to a better state. The objective of this research is to know the comparison of Ruhul Islam application level to the embedded character in college student based on Islam and technology. Explanatory research method used primary data of field observation and questionnaire and secondary data, sample using Slovin formula and purposive sampling method with error rate of 10%, interconnection between variables using path analysis. Characteristics of respondents majority of women, active age 18-21 year students, high school graduates and the origin of UNISBA students 67% of Bandung while Telkom 82% outside Bandung. Implementation of Islamic values ​​with character formation in Islamic universities has a stronger relationship than information technology-based colleges with a R2 level of 37% versus 32.8%, more than 60% character formation can be influenced by other factors or variables.

Abstract

Teenagers are the age of identity and character formation. This study aims to analyze the contribution of parental attention and peer association toward students’ character. A descriptive study with a quantitative approach, the study involved a population of teenage (eighth grade) students at SMP (Junior High School) Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan in the academic year 2018/2019. A total of 48 students were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire and analyzed with correlation and regression tests. The results showed significant contribution of parental attention and peer association to the students’ character. The implications of this research are addressed to parents, teachers, and school as the parties responsible for the character building of teenage students.

Abstract

The suitability of metal-ceramic fixed partial denture with the adjacent teeth is something that must be concidered in prosthodontics. To produce a good color match there are 3 factors : the color determination factor in the clinic, the communication between the operator and the laboratory, and the color adjustment factor in the laboratory. Many studies have been done but there are still many colors of metal-ceramic fixed partial dentures that do not match the adjacent teeth. The main purpose of this study to find out the result of color matching of metal-ceramic fixed partial denture to adjacent teeth in patient at RSGM Prima Mean. This research is a descriptive observational with cross- sectional design. The results showed that of the 50 patients who used metal- ceramic fixed partial denture in RSGM Prima Medan there were 13 patients (26%) who had the colors that match adjacent teeth and 37 patients (74%) who had colors that did not match the adjacent teeth. The conclusion of this study was that of 37 patients (100%) who had the colors of metal-ceramic fixed partial denture did not match with adjacent teeth, 26 patients (70.3%) errors occurred during color determination in the clinic, 7 patients (18.9%) errors in communication between the operator and the laboratory, and there were errors when determining color in the laboratory as many as 4 patients (10.8%).

Abstract

The character of Indonesian nation as the friendly, cooperation, deliberation to agree, and modesty nation has been gone because the local wisdom values has been ignored. In this context, the field research is done to see how the society of customas minority groups whom keeping local wisdom values internalized. The society of customin Kampung Kahuripan/ Tajur Pasanggarahan Village of Purwakarta District is still internalizing and keeping the custom values such as keeping conservation, deliberation to agree, cooperation,politeness, and modesty. The process of internalization is through teaching, familiarizing, modeling, motivating and law enforcement so that the character is internalized to all of people in Kampung Kahuripan/ Tajur Pasanggarahan Village of Purwakarta Regency.

Abstract

Al-Quran pedoman hidup setiap muslim. Pengajaran al-Quran sejak dini dapat mendorong anak untuk terbiasa hidup berdasarkan kandungan ayat-ayat al-Quran. Saat pandemi kegiatan pengajaran mendapatkan pembatasan yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring. Hal tersebut menuntut para guru untuk mampu mendesain pembelajaran al-Quran yang  menarik baik dari segi materi ataupun metodenya serta evaluasinya.Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk membantu para guru madrasah diniyah dalam menentukan metode pembelajaran al-Quran yang sesuai perkembangan anak dan  menarik  melalui blended learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah pendekatan Asset Based Community Development, yaitu sebuah pendekatan yang memberdayakan aset yang telah ada di lapangan. Hasil dari PKM menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan guru madrasah diniyah  terkait pengajaran al-Quran melalui blended learning meningkat hal ini dapat di lihat dari adanya peningkatan pada hasil postest yang dilaksanakan. Pandemi menuntut guru dan orang tua berdampingan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif, sehingga walaupun anak belajar di rumah kualiatas dan kuantitas pengajaran al-Quran tetap optimal.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru Madrasah di era industri 4.0 sangat penting, sehingga diperlukan adanya suatu Pemberdayaan. Pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru madrasah di kecamatan  Cimaung Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pendekatan dalam melaksanakan pemberdayaan menggunakan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi dan aset yang dimiliki masyarakat dampingan. Focus pemberdayaan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait dengan peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru-guru madrasah yang ada di kecamatan Cimaung. Hasil pemberdayaan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi professional guru madrasah mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan melalui beberapa kegiatan yang sudah dilakukan; literasi untuk anak usia dini, internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran, serta kompetensi professional guru di era industry 4.0. Pemberdayaan untuk guru-guru madrasah perlu senantiasa dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan (continuous quality improvement)  sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru-guru dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the reality of the perceptions of Islamic Education teachers (PAI) on the role of supervisors as supervisors, (2) to know the reality of their creativity in teaching, and (3) to find out the relationship between the two. The method used in this study is a quantitative analysis based on inferencing statistical models. The data collection is done using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. After the data is collected, it is then processed using logic analysis for qualitative and statistical analysis for quantitative data using descriptive statistics, regression, and correlation. Based on the hypothesis test, the perception of PAI teachers about the implementation of supervision by the principal contributed positively and significantly to the teacher's creativity in teaching. Based on this, it can be concluded that in order for teacher creativity to increase in learning, the competency of the principal as a supervisor should be optimized so as to be able to carry out the leadership functions in accordance with the field of work. In addition, the implementation of administrative supervision and learning activities needs to be carried out formally or incidentally, so that the teacher's creativity in teaching increases
