Abstract

The company's performance is based on how much profit it generates. The profit generated by the company can not be separated from operational costs and taxes that must be spent. Therefore, operating costs and income tax are considered as expenses in the company that can reduce net profit. This study aims to find out the effect of Total Operating Expenses and Income Tax Expense on Net Income For The Year of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakasa Tbk. The method used is descriptive method with quantitative approach using statistical method to test hypotheses. The results showed that Total Operating Expenses partially negatively had no significant effect on Net Income For The Year, with a contribution of 13.4%. Income Tax Expense partially positively had a significant effect on Net Income For The Year, with a contribution of 72.7%. Total Operating Expenses and Income Tax Expense simultaneously had a significant effect on Net Income For The Year, with a contribution of 72.7% .

Abstract

Maqashid Sharia requires the protection of life on earth and the relevance of environmental sustainability to the protection of the earth and all life on earth on the principles of Maqashid Sharia. Qualitative research to collect data through semi-structured interviews with company environmental officials. The survey results show that the strategy implemented by UPT DAS Citarik, Cicalengka District has succeeded in reducing environmental waste pollution into rivers and improving river water quality, which is an important step in protecting the environment and complying with the principles of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

PeThis study aims to determine the management of education and training in improving the performance of the Kartika Cooperative. Education and training management includes education and training planning, training organization, training implementation, training evaluation, training constraints and solutions. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using purpose sampling technique to determine the subject of this research. The object of research is the chairman of the cooperative, the secretary of the treasurer, employees, and members of the cooperative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Descriptive qualitative analysis of the data obtained. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and methods.The results showed that the management of Kartika Cooperative education and training includes: 1) Training planning, including planning the location and management of the training according to the project and the number of participants, preparing the schedule according to the training project, media and methods. coordinate with each other to adjust the material, and plan the material according to the theme, and determine the speaker based on the quality and experience of the instructor, 2) The implementation of the training begins with the manager's direction, attendance, and the opening of the training. At the beginning of the training, management briefing, attendance, and opening of the training. The chairman of the cooperative management gave a speech and at the same time opened the training. Participants' input material is combined with themes, methods, presenters, and use of space, and is managed by the education and training manager. The implementation of the training ended with an evaluation process carried out by participants by filling out a questionnaire. Finally, it ends with the submission of a training certificate. However, the use of space is not in accordance with the ideal conditions of each participant, namely 4 square meters, the training schedule is not in accordance with the original plan, and the number of managers is not proportional to the number of participants, 3) Evaluation of the training process, to determine the criteria, tools and forms of the results of the training evaluation . The evaluation criteria include the delivery of material, the attitude of the presenters, the neatness of data provision, the method of the speaker, the motivation of the participants, the service manager, and the level of potential of the participants, the style, attitude, behavior, and language of the speaker. While the training evaluation tool is in the form of a questionnaire, and the results of the evaluation are training reports, questionnaires, and statistical data processing results. Evaluation of the results of the training, employees who initially only did the work without knowing in detail the meaning of the work being done, but with the training, employees better understand the systematic system. 4) Education and training constraints, the material is not in accordance with the needs of the training and the less than optimal preparation of the environment for the transfer of post-training knowledge but at work often applies work habits from experience, 5) Training solutions.

Abstract

Reading al-quran is something that lives full of serenity. As Muhammad SAW in his revelation is instructed to read the Koran and through reading Allah commands something or knowledge that is unknown. Al-qur'an reading activities carried out by students of MA Al-Hidayah class X, the level of learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students of class X, and there is no effect of the effect of reading the al-qur'an on student achievement in grade X quantitative research approach with simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all class X students at Al-Hidayah Private Madrasah Aliyah which correspond to 212 students. So the sampling using cluster sampling technique by taking class X 80 students. The results of this data analysis are as follows: the variable of students' reading habits of the Al-Qur'an on the learning achievement of PAI in cognitive and affective aspects has a significance value of 0.001 and 0.011. Because the probability values of 0.002 and 0.025 are smaller than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. And the analysis for the variable of the habit of reading the Koran on the students' psychomotor aspects of Islamic Education learning achievement obtained a significance value of 0.001. Because the probability (0.001) is smaller than 0.05, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.Keywords: habit of reading al-quran, learning achievement Abstrak Membaca Al-Qur’an merupakan sesuatu yang menjadikan hidup penuh dengan ketenangan. Sebagaimana nabi Muhammad SAW dalam wahyunya diperintahkan membaca al-Quran dan melalui membaca Allah mengajarkan manusia sesuatu atau pengetahuan yang tidak diketahui. Adapun kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an yang dilakukan oleh siswa MA Al-Hidayah kelas X, tingkat prestasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa kelas X, dan ada tidaknya pengaruh kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Hidayah yang berjumlah 212 siswa. Maka dilakukan pengambilan sample penelitian menggunakan terknik cluster sampling dengan mengambil siswa kelas X 80 siswa. Hasil analisis data ini adalah sebagai berikut: variabel kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an siswa terhadap prestasi belajar PAI aspek kognitif dan afektif di peroleh nilai signifikansi 0,001 dan 0,011. Oleh karena nilai probabilitas 0,002 dan 0,025 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Dan analisis untuk variable kebiasaan membaca Al- Qur’an terhadap prestasi belajar PAI siswa aspek psikomotorik diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,001. Oleh karena probabilitas (0,001) lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kata kunci: kebiasaan membaca Al-Qur’an, prestasi belajar

Abstract

In principle, qualitative data analysis was carried out simultaneously with the data collection process. The process of collecting data could be done in qualitative research through observation and documentation. The analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Conclusions that 1) Islam recommends for its adherents to seek knowledge, because with knowledge we can distinguish between truth and falsehood, between virtue and evil, between wrong and right, between guidance and misguidance, between good and bad, between beneficial and evil. which is harmful. And knowledge is to the human mind like light to the eye, without which the eye becomes blind. 2) Knowledge that is obligatory for every Muslim to know is the knowledge of religion. Regarding revelation in accordance with what is in the book of Allah and the sunnah of His Messenger and with the teachings of aqidah and sharia. One of the places to gain religious knowledge is in places of study such as in mosques, madrasah, Islamic boarding schools, or at house.Keywords: Education, Memorizing the Qur'an, Spiritual Character. AbstrakPada prinsipnya analisis data kulitatif dilakukan bersamaan dengan proses pengumpulan data. Proses pengumpulan data dapat dilakukan dalam penelitian kualitatif melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis dilakukan dengan digunakan mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Kesimpulan bahwa 1) Islam menganjurkan bagi para penganutnya mencari ilmu, karena dengan ilmulah kita dapat membedakan antara haq dan bathil, antara kebajikan dan kejahatan, antara yang salah dari pada yang benar, antara hidayah dan sesat, antara baik dan jelek, antara yang bermanfaat dan yang mudharat. Dan ilmu itu bagi akal manusia umpama cahaya bagi mata, yang tanpa cahaya itu mata menjadi buta. 2) Ilmu yang wajib bagi setiap muslim mengetahuinya adalah ilmu mengenai keagamaan. Tentang wahyu sesuai dengan apa yang ada dalam kitab Allah dan sunnah Rasulnya dan dengan ajaran aqidah dan syariat. Salah satu tempat untuk menimba ilmu keagamaan adalah di tempat pengajian-pengajian seperti di masjid, madrasah, pesantren, atau di rumah.Kata kunci: Pendidikan, Menghafal Al-Qur’an, Karakter Spiritual.

Abstract

The source of research data is Kartika Cooperative Ardagusema Pussenarmed Primary Staff of Cimahi City Cimahi. The number of data sources is 192 people. With research data on training, competence, motivation on performance. Based on the conclusions of this study, the implications of the training representations included in the sufficient categories. The implication is in management training and improvement in management training. The activity, discussed the stages of formation, transition, core activities, and termination. This causes an increase in the level of participation, unable to control themselves, adjust to the environment, and develop optimal potential so that it does not produce independence in his life at work. Based on the findings in the study, delivered; 1) If the higher the competency, the more energy, facilities, infrastructure, use, methods, media, and financing, the client's tendency to develop its potential optimally the faster it gets independence at work; 2) If the more qualified the training, the more personnel, facilities, needs, methods, and learning media, then the tendency to increase participation is more active in participating in competency improvement activities, and 3) If more qualified, supported by the support provided, then the training is sufficient, and competency is getting better too.

Abstract

Cooperative is a legal entity established by an individual or a cooperative legal entity, with the separation of the members' assets which become the capital to run a business, which fulfills the common aspirations and needs in the economic, social and cultural fields in accordance with the values and principles of the cooperative. The savings and loan system that runs at Primkop Kartika Ardagusema still uses manual recording without using an information system. With human records, there are often errors in recording and the resulting reports are inaccurate. In order to improve service to members and overcome existing problems, a savings and loan information system is needed, an information system created using the waterfall method. And use netbeans for database storage. After conducting research on Primkop Kartika Ardagusema, it can be concluded that this cooperative still uses a manual system for its savings and loan transactions. This manual system does not support its operational activities. Errors during data processing still occur frequently. With this computerized system, it is hoped that it can solve previous problems and can produce more accurate reports so that service to members is better.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Bank Jabar Banten, Tbk Periode Tahun 2014-2018, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Kualitas Kredit yang diukur dengan menggunakan Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Kecukupan Modal yang diukur dengan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan metode verifikatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pada bank Jabar Banten periode tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2018 yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu Kualitas Kredit, Kecukupan Modal, dan Return On Assets. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di bank jabar banten, Sedangkan waktu penelitian terhitung dari tanggal 1 Desember 2019. Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan pengumpulan data/informasi yang diperlukan melalui website www.bankbjb.co.id, jurnal-jurnal penelitian terdahulu dan juga referensi buku-buku yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang sedang penulis lakukan. Hasil penelitian, Hipotesis Pertama terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara Kualitas Kredit dengan Profitabilita sebesar 1.913 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,049. Hipotesis Kedua, terdapat pengaruh signifikan positif antara Kecukupan Modal dengan Profitabilitas sebesar 1.329 dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,019. Hipotesis Ketiga, Terdapat pengaruh simultan dan signifikan positif antara Kualitas Kredit dan Kecukupan Modal dengan Profitabilitas nilai F hitung sebesar 1.921 dengan signifikan 0,017. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Kredit, Kecukupan Modal, Profitabilitas

Abstract

ABSTRAKKoperasi adalah badan usaha yang dimiliki dan dijalankan oleh anggotanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bersama di bidang ekonomi, sosial dan budaya.sistem transaksi penjualan yang berjalan pada koperasi Primkop Kartika Ardagusema sudah menggunakan aplikasi dan ada juga pencatatan transaksi dengan manual tanpa menggunakan sistem koputerisasi. Tetapi dengan adanya pencatatan transaksi manual dan transaksi secara tersistem sering kali terjadi kekeliruan dan kesalahan dalam menginput data pembeli sehingga seringkali menimbulakan kekeliruan. Demi meningkatkan pelayanan anggota Primkop Kartika Ardagusema maka dibutuhkannya implementasi sistem transaksi pada kasir koperasi. Setelah melakukan penelitian di Primkop Kartika Ardagusema dapat di simpulkan bahwa koperasi ini sudah menggunakan sistem transaksi yang di sebut kasir. Tetapi masih ada kelemahan di bagian transaksi yang ada pada koperasi ini dan terkadang masih ada kesalahan kesalahan saat memproses data transaksi masih sering terjadi dan sering kali kekeliruan karena pencatatan transaksi yang di gunakan ada dua meatode transaksi yaitu transaksi pencatatan manual dan transaksi secara tersistem. Dengan adanya analisis tersebut diharapkan mengatasi atau memperbaiki masalah yang terjadi sehingga pelayanan pada koperasi menjadi lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Administrasi Kasir.

Abstract

Employee training and development is one of the most important activities in an organization. Training opportunities help employees enrich their knowledge and improve performance. It is therefore important to provide training opportunities for employees and strengthen these practices, but this is not one of the priorities of some organizations. The main objective of this research paper is to evaluate employee training and development practices in organizations and to recommend adjustments for their increased use. Various information was collected from the results of documentation and observation studies using qualitative methods. Analysis of this information reveals that employees have a good attitude towards training as it improves their performance, but they are not satisfied with the company's current training practices. The role of training and development is currently decentralized and empowers managers to provide training to employees, but in reality no guidelines or policies exist to guide training and even training documentation is not properly maintained. Based on these results, training is recommended as a centrally coordinated activity that strengthens existing training mechanisms and provides development opportunities to employees to enrich their knowledge and experience.
