Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Competence and Compensation on the Performance of Cooperative Primary Employees in the Koperasi Primer Kartika Artileri Berdaya Guna Sepanjang Masa Pusat Kesenjataan Artileri Medan Kota Cimahi. The results of the study show that competence and compensation simultaneously influence and significantly affect employee performance. Partially, the competency variable on employee performance has a significant effect, then for compensation variables on employee performance a significant effect is obtained. Thus if good competence with the field of work is carried out, and also supported by the provision of good compensation given to employees, then employees will always be able to provide optimal work results for an organization.

Abstract

In connection with descriptive data analysis, this research will describe from the results of documentation and field observations from the analysis of learning management in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency The results of the analysis documentation carried out by researchers on the management of learning in the process of social emotional development aged 4-5 years of 17 children at PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka, Bandung Regency. There are several indicators in learning management 1) Planning 2) Implementation of learning, namely activities before entering class, preliminary activities, core activities, eating and resting activities, closing activities 3) Evaluation, namely Assessment, Reporting and follow-up. So it can be concluded that the management of learning in the process of social emotional development of PAUD Az-Zahra Islamic Preschool Cicalengka Bandung Regency has been done by the teacher well according to the indicator although there are still two indicators that have not been implemented, the success of the teacher can be seen from the level of achievement of emotional social development a good boy.

Abstract

The problem with the Bmt Itqan Sharia Cooperative has not reached the target of gathering members, even though its age is more than one year. New members reached as much as 75%. Because cooperatives are a collection of people or business entities that have the same goal. Then this unachieved goal is a problem. This might be because the image of cooperatives is not in accordance with the expectations of the community so that people are not interested in becoming members of cooperatives. This research method is descriptive and verification. With Spearman Rank data analysis, Simple Linear Regression and Coefficient of determination and t test. With a sample of 40 members. Based on the calculation above, it is known that: Loyalty of members is influenced by the image of the cooperative by 84.4%, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other factors outside the image of the cooperative. Thus the image of cooperatives in the eyes of cooperative members has a significant influence on the loyalty of cooperative members. For t arithmetic can be calculated with SPSS resulting in a value of 4,020. The t-count value is then compared to the table value above, as follows: T-count (4,020)> T-table (1,684). From these results it can be stated that the null hypothesis is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of the image of the cooperative on member loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine Quality Management in Organizing Extracurricular Education at the Fine Arts High School (Public vocational secondary schools 14 Bandung). The term extracurricular, as an activity to channel interests and talents for students outside school hours. This activity is not just a forum for distributing hobbies. Extracurricular activities can be managed or functioned optimally to become an arena for the formation and development of student character. At school, these extracurricular activities are more of an opportunity to channel students' hobbies. This hobby distribution label often makes activities that are familiarly called by students as extracurricular activities that are managed normally. In fact, with good management, extracurricular activities can have more functions than just a hobby. Extracurricular activities are very effective in shaping character and instilling moral values ​​in students. This extracurricular activity has an important role in developing the character and personality of students. The scope of student competencies developed in extracurricular activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana manajemen kurikulum dan sistem penilaian di prodi Sastra dan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung. Manajemen kurikulum merupakan salah satu keberhasilan dalam sistem penilaian tersebut meliputi peserta didik, tenaga pengajar yaitu dosen serta tenaga akademik lainnya yaitu yang berkaitan dengan kurikulum dan pemberian hasil standar kelulusan bagi peserta didik yang disini adalah mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan jenjangnya yaitu meraih setiap semesternya hingga kelulusannya untuk mendapatkan gelar S.Pd atau S.S dimana Prodi Sastra dan Bahasa Inggris di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung memiliki dua jalur akademik yaitu pendidikan dan nonpendidikan. Mengacu kepada latar belakang penelitian di atas, maka metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu metode dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan salah satu cara yang diambil adalah  studi kepustakaan; artinya semua data yang dijadikan sebagai sumber informasi penelitian diperoleh dari data sekunder. Adapun hasil dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh beberapa temuan penelitian, di antaranya: 1) interpretasi hasil kurikulum dimana hal ini merupakan hasil penyempurnaan nilai perbaikan dan penyempurnaan kurikulum, 2) interpretasi hasil uji coba dimana dapat dilihat keefektifan dari kurikulum yang dipergunakan 3) sosok kurikulum yang efektif untuk prodi sastra dan pendidikan Bahasa Inggris. Sistem Penilaian Prodi Bahasa Inggris Persentase dari komponen-komponen itu tergantung pada kebijaksanaan dosen yang bersangkutan. Disamping itu, penilaian dibeberapa perguruan tinggi memiliki metode dan system pada konversi nilai. Metode penilaian ada dua macam yaitu metode PAN (Penilaian Acuan Normal) dan metode PAP (Penilaian Acuan Patokan). Metode penilaian mana yang dipakai,tergantung pada kondisi yang memenuhi persyaratan

Abstract

Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan dengan memeriksa variabel dalam situasi yang terjadi secara alami melalui deskripsi dan interpretasi kondisi di mana variabel tersebut ditemukan Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak dari  New Normal  pengajaran di antara 101 pendidik di jawa barat, para pendidik kebanyakan berusia 29 sampai 38 tahun, jenis kelamin paling banyak tenaga pendidik perempuan, dalam hal mengajar mahasiswa selama 10 tahun ke bawah di sekolah negeri. Dampak dari pengajaran New Normal  diungkapkan melalui tantangan dalam sumber daya seperti koneksi internet yang sangat lambat dan atau tidak dapat diandalkan dan tidak stabil, ruang kelas online yang bising dan kurang privasi selama kelas online secara bersamaan, kurangnya Learning Management System (LMS) berlisensi/terdaftar untuk terus menerus mengadakan kelas online dan kurangnya komputer dan koneksi internet untuk beberapa tenaga pendidik. Para pendidik secara fisik siap dalam pengajaran New Normal,  tetapi tenaga pendidik tidak siap secara emosional, oleh karena itu tenaga pendidik lebih suka mengajar di ruang kelas daripada di kelas virtual. Dampak pada penyesuaian pendidik adalah dalam hal lingkungan siswa, kurikulum, strategi pengajaran, dan penggunaan teknologi. Usia, jenis  kelamin, jenis  sekolah dan tingkat siswa yang diajar oleh pendidik merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengajaran siswa di era New Normal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a literature study and observation that was established in the employee training and development program as well as the benefits of cooperatives in the ranks of the Cimahi City Dekopinda. This study analyzes the structure and elements of employee training and development programs and then this studio presents what are the positive results for employees and the Organization. Organizations find it difficult to stay competitive in the recent global economy. The importance of employee development plans is growing for Organizations seeking to gain an edge over competitors. Employees are a respected resource of the Organization and the success or failure of the Organization depends on the performance of the employees. Therefore, the organization finances a large number of employee training and development programs. Furthermore, the training program is very supportive for companies to emphasize the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees. There is substantial interest among professionals and researchers about the impact of development programs on employees and the organization. The study described here is an assessment of the literature on the basis of employee development programs and their benefits to organizations and employees.
