Abstract

We provide an overview of the research on cultivating sustainable employee engagement and well-being initiatives in Indonesian organizations. The study aimed to comprehensively examine the strategies employed, the challenges faced, and the impact of these initiatives on organizational performance in the Indonesian context. The research was rooted in a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to understand the subject matter better. Data was collected from surveys, interviews, and organizational records. Stratified random sampling was employed for surveys, while purposive sampling was used for interviews, ensuring a diverse and representative dataset. Our analysis incorporated descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods, such as regression analysis, for quantitative data. Qualitative data underwent thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes. Integrating both data types enabled triangulation and a more profound insight into the research questions. Ethical considerations were paramount throughout the research, with data treated confidentially and participant identities protected. Informed consent was obtained from all participants, and potential biases or conflicts of interest were transparently addressed. While the mixed-methods approach enriched our understanding, it did pose resource and time constraints. While valuable within the Indonesian context, the findings may not be universally applicable. Additionally, challenges related to data collection, such as participant availability and the completeness of organizational records, were acknowledged. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering insights into the strategies and impact of sustainable employee engagement and well-being initiatives in Indonesian organizations while shedding light on the challenges faced in implementing such programs.

Abstract

This study discussed the effectiveness of using multimedia in children's learning after the pandemic. To prove which zodiac sign is effective in multimedia learning, we have conducted a series of scientific publication studies on several books and other scientific literature that actively discuss issues related to the effectiveness of multimedia in learning Covid paste. The study involved a data coding system, evaluation, and conclusion to get a valid answer to this hypothesis—the data search we did electronically on several kinds of literature released ten years ago. After a series of studies and discussion of the results, we can conclude that multimedia-based learning is one of the innovative learning because it involves a variety of relevant media for elementary school learning for elementary school children. After all, learning has been disrupted. Thus, this discussion received essential and valuable input for further studies.

Abstract

This study examined effective practices in higher education leadership for shaping students' character within an Islamic framework. Drawing from moral and ethical development theory, virtue ethics, and positive psychology, it explored the intricate relationship between leadership, character development, and Islamic principles. Through an in-depth analysis of character development initiatives in Islamic-focused higher education institutions, the study identified vital strategies: curriculum integration, faculty training, assessment, community engagement, cultural competency, and holistic support services. Additionally, it emphasized the importance of promoting critical thinking and reflection to help students evaluate their values against Islamic principles. Leadership theories like transformational, servant, and ethical leadership were highlighted to guide leaders to align with Islamic values such as justice, trustworthiness, and consultation. Case studies of the successful integration of Islamic guidance into leadership approaches offered insights for other institutions. Nonetheless, the study recognized existing research gaps and the need for further exploration of leadership practices and the long-term impact of character development initiatives.

Abstract

This study delves into the intricate relationship between law and neuroethics, critically examining the evolving paradigm of justice in light of advancements in neurosciences and decision-making technologies. As neuroscientific technologies provide unprecedented insights into the human mind, integrating neuroscientific evidence into legal frameworks poses challenges and opportunities. Critiquing current approaches highlights limitations within existing legal systems and ethical considerations, necessitating careful reforms and adaptations. Ethical critiques by scholars and ethicists prompt reevaluating the intersection between law and neuroethics. Proposed reforms include strategies for integrating neuroethics into legal frameworks and legislative changes to address emerging ethical complexities. The discussion extends to critical areas for future research, emphasizing the need to identify unresolved questions and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration. The implications for the future underscore a shift towards a legal landscape that prioritizes ethical considerations in using neuroscientific evidence.

Abstract

Dating is a process of introduction between two human beings to get to know each other more deeply, a man and a woman, before they decide to proceed to a more serious level such as marriage. Not infrequently, in this relationship there are conflicts and problems. One of the conflicts that occurs in dating relationships often leads to cases of violence. Unfortunately, the problem of dating violence is not yet known by the general public. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between jealousy and dating violence behavior in college students. This research uses quantitative methods that are correlational in nature. The subjects in this research were students who met the inclusion criteria, with a total sample of 100 people taken using non-probability sampling techniques with the Convenience Sampling type. The instrument used in this research is a Likert scale to measure the behavioral variables of dating violence and jealousy. Data were analyzed using correlation tests with statistical software. The results of the correlation test carried out show a positive relationship, which can be interpreted as the higher/increasing jealousy, the higher/increasing dating violence behavior. Conversely, if the lower the jealousy, the lower the dating violence behavior will be. The advice given to students is that they are expected to be more able to control themselves in relationships and avoid violence

Abstract

This research outlines a strategic approach to implementing digital skills training programs to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas, enhancing their competitiveness and facilitating access to global markets. The strategy encompassed a comprehensive needs assessment to identify specific skill gaps, followed by designing and delivering tailored training modules. Utilizing a blend of online and offline resources, the training initiatives were structured to address diverse sectors within the MSME landscape. Rigorous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms were employed to gauge the effectiveness of the training, allowing for real-time adjustments. The strategy also integrated community engagement to foster a supportive ecosystem, ensuring sustained learning beyond the training sessions. The outcomes demonstrated a notable improvement in digital literacy levels among participants, positively impacting their operational efficiency. The strategic implementation of digital skills training emerged as a catalyst for empowering rural MSMEs, positioning them competitively in the global market.
