Abstract

In this era of technology now a very important role in the banking business the role of technology is absolute, where in the banking system of information technology is needed to support the progress of the banking system. The purpose of this research is to know about the effect of Information Technology of banking car and Risk Transaction Perception on Banking Customer Satisfaction, because many people only think about the interest in the use of banking facilities but not many banks know the feeling of satisfaction that exist within the customer over the facility. This research is quantitative research with explanative research type by doing observation because it explains the relation between variables through hypothesis testing without giving treatment with sample taken from a population using questionnaire as primary data gathering tool, and generally is unit of individual analysis. The population taken as many as 155 respondents, taken from the respondent employees UNUSA Yayasan RSI Surabaya. Abstract

Abstract: The presence of food and beverage companies currently have an active role in the world economy, where the existence of such companies did not escape from the large number of funding. The funds obtained from some shareholders. Shareholding itself consists of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and public ownership. This research is quantitative research using observa- tion because it describes the relationships between variables through testing hypothesis. Samples taken from a population with specific criteria. The population in this study i.e. finance report food and beverage companies as much as 70 financial report of the food and beverage companies that are registered in BEI. The results in this study indicates that the managerial ownership variables have no effect on profitability, but institutional ownership and public ownership has an influence on profitability.

Abstract

Cooperatives are expected to be one of several economic actors and act as the main support for the national economy in order to provide the welfare of members and the community. In the last ten years, the Indonesian government has had a “total cooperative reform” program which was translated through the stages of reorientation, rehabilitation and development,"but in the end cooperatives as pillars of teachers are still a lingering dream and the level of competition in the business world is getting higher, to be able to survive and thrive in conditions a company must be able to develop and process various resources owned by the company such as capital, materials and machines to achieve company goals.”The purpose of the following research is to analyze and find solutions to why employee performance declines through the existence of a level of motivation and work discipline that already exists in the rules of cooperative organization. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all employees of the Gresik Cooperative with a sample of 109 respondents, while the data analysis model uses the SPSS program with the results that (1) Work Discipline has a direct effect on Cooperative Employee Performance; (2) Work Discipline has a direct effect on Work Motivation; (3) Work Motivation has a direct effect on Cooperative Employee Performance.

Abstract

The development of science and technology in an all-digital era and globalization as it is today, especially in the field of telecommunications, information and media where these conditions put demands on companies to create more creative solutions and innovations to provide fulfillment to the people of the Indonesian state and it does not apart from marketing management and marketing concept is all activities in telecommunications companies that are motivated by all company activities to plan marketing to meet customer satisfaction which is the company's goal. All activities with the marketing concept will determine how later the management of the marketing management aspect will ultimately have an impact on customer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find solutions to why customer satisfaction occurs in communication companies, even though attention is given to products, prices and services that have been provided. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of customers and users of new products of telecommunications companies with a sample of 100 respondents, while the data analysis model uses the SPSS program with the results that (1) Product Quality affects Customer Satisfaction; (2) Price Perception has an influence on Customer Satisfaction.; (3) Service Quality has an influence on Customer Satisfaction. Abstract

Higher education is present as a forum that has a considerable contribution in improving the quality of human resources in a nation according to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education point c reads; that in order to increase the nation's competitiveness in facing globalization in all fields, higher education is needed that is able to develop science and technology and produce intellectuals, scientists, and/or professionals who are cultured and creative, tolerant, democratic, have strong character, and dare to defend the truth for the interests of the nation. Universities as organizations that aim at service satisfaction are currently no longer reliable in terms of competitive advantage in this era of very high competition because other universities are also doing the same thing, so organizations need to emphasize commitment to achieving organizational goals by proactively improving the organization's image and increase student loyalty by looking at the quality of service and the quality of human resources (HR). The research method used is a quantitative approach with a total of 369 respondents with data analysis used through the SmartPLS 3.0 program, while the results obtained in this study are (1) Service Quality on Student Satisfaction has a direct but not significant effect; (2) Service Quality has a direct and significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (3) Quality of Human Resources has a direct but not significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (4) the quality of human resources has a direct and significant effect on student satisfaction; (5) Organizational Commitment has a direct and significant effect on Student Satisfaction; while (6) the quality of service has not been able to directly increase student satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment as a very important mediation needed to be able to increase the influence of Service Quality on student satisfaction; and (7) the quality of human resources can directly increase student satisfaction even without going through organizational commitment, so that the existence of organizational commitment as a mediation is not needed to be able to increase the influence of service quality on student satisfaction

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui secara jelas tentang kinerja pegawai pada Maspion Group Surabaya Jawa Timur, maka penelitian ini difokuskan pada model peningkatan prestasi kerja pegawai yang didasarkan pada gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif, komunikasi, dan motivasi. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap model pada penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan random sampling, analisis structural equation model (SEM), dan bantuan software Amos 20, pada 150 responden,  mampu menjelaskan hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan motivasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada Maspion Group Surabaya Jawa Timur. Pada penelitian ini, didapat pengaruh kuat antara komunikasi dengan motivasi pegawai, sebesar 0,765, dan pengaruh kuat antara motivasi dan prestasi kerja, yaitu sebesar 0,494., hal ini menunjukkan bahwa, dengan adanya komunikasi yang baik diantara pegawai,  akan menaikkan motivasi pegawai, yang selanjutnya motivasi pegawai akan menaikkan prestasi kerja pegawai pada Maspion Group Surabaya Jawa Timur. Di sisi lain gaya kepemimpinan tidak besar pengaruhnya terhadap motivasi pegawai pada Maspion Group Surabaya Jawa Timur.Kata kunci:  gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, motivasi, prestasi kerja

Abstract

Hospitals as one of the service industries face the challenges of globalization that can hinder development as well as become opportunities for advancement. Hospitals are required to “be able to absorb the aspirations that develop in society and also have to make adjustments in services to improve hospital performance, because the intense competition between hospitals demands that hospitals as service providers are required to always pamper consumers by providing the best service, so that performance medical personnel must be really good at supporting the quality of service, with adequate human resources.” Therefore, “the purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of service quality and human resources (HR) in influencing the performance of medical personnel through compensation provided by the organization. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all health workers and the sample is 68 respondents, which is called a saturated sample. And for the analysis model using the analysis program SmartPLS 3.0.”This study resulted that (1) “the quality of human resources directly affect the performance of health workers; (2) the quality of human resources has a direct effect on compensation; (3) compensation has a direct effect on the performance of health workers, while the results of the indirect effect test show that (4) the quality of human resources can directly affect the performance of health workers even without going through compensation as a mediation, therefore there needs to be attention in improving the quality of human resources and compensation that has been given by the organization to health workers so that health workers will further improve their performance.”

Abstract

The development of the business world in the era of globalization has made the business competition map more competitive. The company generally aims to earn operating profit and seeks to maintain and develop the viability of the business itself and find solutions because the Plastic Woven Packaging Manufacturing Company in Gresik, has problems with a decrease in employee performance, This study aims to analyze the effect of employee integrity and discipline in improving their performance through their work motivation. And the following research applies quantitative methods using a population of employees of the Plastic Woven Packaging Manufacturing Company in Gresik which uses a sample of 100 employees from the production department. The results of the following study provide evidence that the effect of (1) work integrity has a significant direct effect on performance (2) work discipline also has a significant direct influence on performance (3) work integrity has a significant direct effect on work motivation and (4) work discipline also affects significantly directly on work motivation while (5) work motivation has a significant direct effect on performance,and for the results of the indirect effect through the mediating variable of work motivation that (6) Integrity has a significant direct effect and can improve employee performance although not through work motivation as a mediating variable while (7) Work discipline has no significant effect and can improve employee performance directly even though not through work motivation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The role of the business world in hospitals is full of challenges in providing services to patients, especially in health services. Hospitals have a burden of demands to be able to absorb the aspirations that develop in the community and also have to make adjustments in services to improve hospital performance, because the competition that occurs in the strict health service business demands that hospitals as service providers are required to always pamper patients. by providing the best service, so that the performance of specialist doctors must be really good in supporting the quality of service, with a transformational leadership style and good work discipline but must be supported by consistent organizational commitment in the hospital, The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all specialist doctors and the sample is 75 respondents called the saturated sample, while the analysis model uses the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis program. The following research results that (1) transformational leadership style has a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors, although not significantly; (2) transformational leadership style has a direct effect on organizational commitment, although it is not significant; (3) Work discipline has a direct effect on organizational commitment; (4) Work discipline has a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors; (5) organizational commitment has a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors, while the results of the indirect effect test show that (6) transformational leadership style can have a direct effect on the performance of specialists even without going through organizational commitment as well (7) work discipline can have a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors even without going through organizational commitment.
