Abstract

Ketidakpastian kondisi bisnis diera pandemi covid-19 sangat berdampak pada pencapaian bisnis. Untuk itu, strategi pemasaran dengan pendekaktan analisis SWOT yang tepat sangat diperlukan untuk bertahan serta meningkatkan penjualan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi usaha yang cocok diterapkan pada Aka Coffe Gresik adalah dengan menggunakan strategi kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk mengatasi ancaman, 1) Menyediakan tempat yang nyaman dan bersih sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang berlaku namun tepat mengedepankan kualitas pelayanan maupun produk terbaik dengan menunjolkan rasa kopi khas hasil roasting blend, 2) Selalu melakukan riset untuk membuat produk baru maupun tipe pelayanan baru agar dapat berkembang dan meningkatkan daya saing, seperti dalam perubahan kemasan penyajian dengan perubahan varian cup plastik/kertas sekali pakai yang ramah lingkungan, 3) Menyempurnakan kualitas dan kuantitas konten yang di update dalam media sosial sebagai langkah digital marketing di era pandemi, 4) Perbaikan stok opname untuk mengurangi dampak dari kelangkaan dan melonjaknya bahan baku kopi dan 5) Melakukan evaluasi manajemen secara terjadwal dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: SWOT, warung kopi, pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah calon mahasiswa yang ada di kabupaten Gresik. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu program analisis SPSS 15 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis, variabel citra perguruan tinggi dan kualitas jasa berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap minat beli melalui kepercayaan.  Namun, nilai koefisien pengaruh total citra perguruan tinggi lebih kecil yaitu 0,161 jika dibandingkan dengan kualitas jasa 0,368 yang lebih besar.

Abstract

Background - Hospitals as a health service organization in order to "survive" must have a good service management system so that the impact on employee performance can meet the demands of the community's needs. Objectives - This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction and employee performance at Semen Gresik Hospital which is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation.Design / Methodology / Approach - The object of this study is Semen Gresik Hospital. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who worked more than 5 years while through the formula Slovin determined the number of research samples of 219 respondents. Statistical tests use path analysis.Results and Discussion - Based on the results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and motivation directly and indirectly influence employee performance and job satisfaction, the findings of organizational culture have a smaller coefficient on employee performance and job satisfaction compared to work motivation and based on analysis testing The path of organizational culture has a total value smaller than work motivation. So the results of the study concluded that organizational culture and motivation can increase job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion - All hypotheses this study are proven and can be accepted. Organizational Culture, work motivation has direct and indirect effects on employee performance and job satisfaction.Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to knowledge and hospital management to pay attention to organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance and employee satisfaction at work.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between discipline and employee productivity performance through job satisfaction in organizational performance. In organizational goals, employee productivity is needed so that the organization's business continuity can be sustainable, therefore the importance of an appreciation for employee work activities. Employees also feel satisfied with the results of their performance. This study aims to show the importance of employee productivity for the company by looking at and paying attention to discipline as part of a sense of responsibility in realizing what is expected by the company. The research method used is quantitative by using research samples consisting of 83 employees who work in companies that move in the industry that produces furniture collections. Research models are carried out and tested using an analysis program applying the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. This study indicates that work discipline has a significant effect on employee productivity through job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan pentingnya produktivitas kerja karyawan bagi perusahaan, dengan melihat dan memperhatikan kedisiplinan sebagai bagian daria rasa tanggung jawab dalam mewujudkan apa yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yakni kuantitatif melalui penggunaan sampel penelitian terdiri dari 83 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan yang melakukan pergerakan pada industri yang memproduksi koleksi mebel dan model penelitian yang dilakukan serta pengujian menggunakan program analisis menerapkan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci                        : Disiplin kerja, Produktivitas, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to probe  the effects of land area and agricultural investment on labor through district / city GRDP in East Java. This research uses explanatory type by a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are carried out by means of a literature study. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) tool. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Land Area has a significant effect on district / city GRDP of East Java; (2) Agricultural Investment has a significant effect on district / city GRDP of East Java; (3) GRDP has a significant effect on District / City labors of East Java.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyzed the effect of independent variables consisting of serviceinnovation, customer service and customer relationship management on the variables of customersatisfaction. This research is a survey research by distributing questionnaires with a nonprobabilitysampling design, to 96 respondents / consumers of Mitra 10, Sidoarjo. Data analysistechnique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that Fcount of 72.595 was greaterthan Ftable (72.595> 2.699). The t test on each variable gives the results of service innovation hasa significant effect on consumer satisfaction because t table is 1,984, the value of t count in X1 is5.614 (t count> t table). Customer service has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction becausethe tcount value at X2 is 2.834 (t count> t table). Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has asignificant effect on consumer satisfaction because thitung in X3 is 3.817 (thitung> t table). ServiceInnovation variables have an effect of 18.4% on customer satisfaction, while Customer Service is4.9% and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is 9.5%. Abstract

Impulsive buying behavior occurs when consumers are in store outlets, so they feel the internal and external influences of the store's environmental situation which can affect consumers in a continuous process, especially in retail stores. The purpose of this study is to analyze internal and external influences which are the driving factors for consumers to make purchase decisions and make impulsive purchases. The population is a study of women who shop at retail stores, the sample is determined by purposive sampling method. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed the tendency of impulsive buying behavior at outlets prioritizing information by internal hedonic factors. Shopping motivation, price perception and the influence of external factors is the store environment that provides ATM facilities and the name of the consumer's money.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance 2) the influence of religiosity on teacher performance 3) the influence of work motivation on commitment 4) the influence of religiosity on commitment 5) the influence of commitment on teacher performance 6) the influence of work motivation on teacher performance by mediation commitment 7) the influence of religiosity on teacher performance by mediating commitment.This type of research is qualitative research using a saturated sample of 65 respondents. The analysis used is PLS 3.0, with endogenous variables of teacher performance, exogenous variables of motivation and religiosity, and variable as mediating commitment. The method used in collecting data is a questionnaire.Based on the results of this study, it proves that all hypotheses can be accepted (motivation, religiosity, commitment have direct and indirect influences on teacher performance). The results of the study showed significant results. Religiosity variables which have an important influence on commitment and performance are emphasized because high religiosity in a teacher will result in good performance and have an impact on high commitment. A teacher who has religiosity, he will work as well as possible because they have the belief that work is worship that expects Ridho from Allah, has a strong opinion that knowledge must be practiced and tries to make their students better because they feel that their students are entrusted which must be accountable to both parents and the organization, especially to the Almighty. The function of a teacher who is embedded in a teacher who has high religiosity assumes that the teacher must always preach, the center of knowledge and must always transfer his knowledge for the benefit of many people.Which in previous studies produced a positive but insignificant influence.It is hoped that the results of this study can add insight for the principal in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out in depth about organizational culture, competence, on teacher performance mediated by motivation, which is at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik. The population and sample in this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Gresik, totaling 49 people, using a saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. The data analysis tool uses the SmartPLS for windows program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that all hypotheses in this study can be accepted, directly organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance and motivation. For the indirect effect of organizational culture and competence have a positive and significant effect on performance mediated by motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, risiko tang dirasakan, dan kelompok rujukan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitan kuantitatif, Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Gresik dengan jumlah responden berjumlah 100 orang responden, mengunakan random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda melalui uji instrument, asumsi klasik, dan kemudian pembuktian hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Risiko yang dirasakan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Kelompok rujukan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa kesemua hipotesis dapat diterima (kemudahan penggunaan, risiko yang dirasakan terhadap keputusan penggunaan financial technology GoPay). Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan keputusan penggunaan financial technology (GoPay) di Kabupaten Gresik.
