Abstract

Indonesia officially declared the first case of the corona virus infection that caused Covid-19 in early March 2020. Since then, various counter measures have been taken by the government to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 outbreaks in various sectors. Restrictions on community activities affect business activities which led to economics declination.This study aims to estimate the impact of the COVID-19 outbreaks on the regional economics development.  This research using composite index to estimate the challenge COVID-19 outbreaks  on the regional economic and this was carried out by building an index composite showing the severity of health on one hand and economic performance on the other.This research shows, 34 provinces in Indonesia can be classified into four quadrants: 1) health improving and the economy is improving, 2) health is improving and the economy is deteriorating, 3) health worsening and the economy is improving, and 4) health is deteriorating and the economy is deteriorating. This study aprovide suggestions in order to be more accurate in identifying problems and finding precise solutions, the local government should collect data and research on economic aspects in a fast and precise way, namely 1) the level of the COVID-19 outbreak in the province, 2) risk factors for natural disasters, 3), factors characteristic of economic problems, 4) fiscal burden factors.

Abstract

Cooperatives are expected to be one of several economic actors and act as the main support for the national economy in order to provide the welfare of members and the community. In the last ten years, the Indonesian government has had a “total cooperative reform” program which was translated through the stages of reorientation, rehabilitation and development,"but in the end cooperatives as pillars of teachers are still a lingering dream and the level of competition in the business world is getting higher, to be able to survive and thrive in conditions a company must be able to develop and process various resources owned by the company such as capital, materials and machines to achieve company goals.”The purpose of the following research is to analyze and find solutions to why employee performance declines through the existence of a level of motivation and work discipline that already exists in the rules of cooperative organization. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all employees of the Gresik Cooperative with a sample of 109 respondents, while the data analysis model uses the SPSS program with the results that (1) Work Discipline has a direct effect on Cooperative Employee Performance; (2) Work Discipline has a direct effect on Work Motivation; (3) Work Motivation has a direct effect on Cooperative Employee Performance.

Abstract

e-Government adalah pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pemerintahan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Fokus penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pengaruh Kreativitas dan Inovasi pada Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang melalui Kinerja Aparatur. Untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya, maka digunakan metode Path Analysis. Jenis data primer atau langsung berbasis teknik wawancara terhadap 91 responden pada Agustus-November 2019. Temuan empiris membuktikan bahwa: (1) Kreativitas dan Inovasi secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Kelurahan Gunung Panjang Samarinda; (2) Kreativitas dan Inovasi secara langsung memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang Samarinda; (3) Kinerja Aparatur Langsung memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang Samarinda; dan (4) Kreativitas dan Inovasi secara tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap Keberhasilan Implementasi e-Kelurahan Gunung Panjang melalui Aparatur Kinerja.Kata Kunci: kantor publik; pegawai negeri sipil; teknologi dan informasi; analisis jalur.To what extent is the performance of the apparatus in determining the creativity and innovation of the e-Kelurahan's success? A CaseABSTRACT In the digital era, the use of technology and information has grown very rapidly to help humans in their daily work. This is inseparable from the demands of private companies and public agencies, in order to create a professional character for employees in a sustainable manner. We try to highlight the influence of creativity and innovation on the successful implementation of e-Kelurahan with the role of apparatus performance in Sidomolyo Village, Samarinda City. Path analysis techniques are used to answer the objectives and proposed hypotheses. Data interpretation was supported by survey data for 100 informant units in 2019. They are civilians who are domiciled and are taking care of the administrative needs that get services in the Sidmolyo area, so the purposive sampling technique is very appropriate to describe the characteristics of the informants. As a result, this finding concludes that creativity and innovation have a significant effect on personnel performance. from other direct influences, creativity and innovation have a significant impact on the successful implementation of e-Kelurahan. Then, the performance of the apparatus also has a significant effect on the success of implementing e-Kelurahan. Finally, especially for the indirect effect, creativity and innovation have had a significant effect on the success of implementing e-Kelurahan with the role of good apparatus performance. This study indicates that for theoretical and practical purposes, it is necessary to support the success of public services that synergize human resources and digitalization.Keywords: public office; civil servants; technology and information; path analysis.

Abstract

Abstract, The research objective is to determine the competitive strategy adopted by PT Neo Global Era (Gojek) Banjarmasin. The research population was all drivers gojek, with a sample of 31 people with randomly simple. Data obtained from interviews, questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using descriptive approaches. The results of this research indicate that the competitive strategy adopted by PT Neo Global Era (Gojek) Banjarmasin in maintaining and increasing the number of drivers is to provide assistance in the appeal process (if affected by sanctions), provide tranning (service and socialization of regulations) the results are less satisfying. Promotion of social media (FB and WA) results are less satisfying drivers, invitations to join or partner the results are satisfactory, making conversation groups the results are less satisfactory, Direction for smart work results do not yet exist, solicitation to consumers to fill gopay balance results are not satisfactory.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh pelatihan knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah (1) ada perbedaan kinerja karyawan setelah pelatihan antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol, (2) ada perbedaan kinerja karyawan pada kelompok eksperimen antara sebelum pelatihan knowledge management dengan setelah pelatihan knowledge management, (3) ada perbedaan gain score kinerja karyawan pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum pelatihan dengan kinerja karyawan setelah pelatihan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan karyawan sebanyak 60 orang yang akan menjadi knowledge management agent atau pimpinan yang mengelola knowledge management dalam unit kerja PT Semen Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala kinerja karyawan, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah sample T-Test untuk melihat perbedaan kinerja karyawan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kinerja karyawan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Knowledge management didasarkan pada teori berbasis sumber daya yang menganggap pengetahuan itu merupakan aset strategis yang berharga. Dengan demikian, perusahaan harus berinvestasi dalam bentuk sistem pengetahuan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The role of the business world in hospitals is full of challenges in providing services to patients, especially in health services. Hospitals have a burden of demands to be able to absorb the aspirations that develop in the community and also have to make adjustments in services to improve hospital performance, because the competition that occurs in the strict health service business demands that hospitals as service providers are required to always pamper patients. by providing the best service, so that the performance of specialist doctors must be really good in supporting the quality of service, with a transformational leadership style and good work discipline but must be supported by consistent organizational commitment in the hospital, The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all specialist doctors and the sample is 75 respondents called the saturated sample, while the analysis model uses the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis program. The following research results that (1) transformational leadership style has a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors, although not significantly; (2) transformational leadership style has a direct effect on organizational commitment, although it is not significant; (3) Work discipline has a direct effect on organizational commitment; (4) Work discipline has a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors; (5) organizational commitment has a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors, while the results of the indirect effect test show that (6) transformational leadership style can have a direct effect on the performance of specialists even without going through organizational commitment as well (7) work discipline can have a direct effect on the performance of specialist doctors even without going through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Negotiations and teamwork are needed by anyone. A manager is expected to be able to suggest himself as an entrepreneur, the role of the problem solver, the role as the allocation of resources and the role of the final decision is the role of the negotiator. The role of the negotiator is necessary when dealing with outsiders in terms of determining cooperation or when the organization is confronted with conflicts of interest internally or otherwise. Negotiators must know examples, for example, when we are going to market the product. Follow-up from community service on extracting the potential of human resources to process the potential of human resources in terms of negotiating and team building can increase the added value of these human resources, which in turn can increase the income of employees, enthusiasm for work.

Abstract

The field of technology has experienced phenomenal growth. Moreover, the evolutionof cellphones has become a major draw for customers. The aim of this study is tovalidate the effect of marketing mix components and interest in purchasing decisions forSamsung brand smartphones in the Tambaksari District (Surabaya City). A total of 498informants were recruited and interviewed for data collection on pricing, promotions,distributions, interests, and purchasing decisions at cellular kiosks and electronic stores.After the data were collected, they were analyzed using the multiple linear regressionmethod. The model feasibility procedure concluded that all seven hypotheses wereaccepted (p<0.05). In the direct effect, any increase in price, promotion, distribution,and interest can increase purchasing decisions. From the indirect effect, it is evidentthat interest is a consistent mediator in increasing its influence on price, promotion,and distribution on purchasing decisions. The marketing channel applied by the sellerinfluences consumer decisions through interest. This study’s approach should thereforebe developed through constructive consumer attention.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a major challenge for the national fisheries sector in Indonesia. Short and long-term impacts due to the pandemic have the potential to significantly reduce production results from production processes that are not in accordance with the targets requested by the organization, and this results in changes in governance in the organization.” In the last 3 years, during the pandemic, frozen food companies experienced a decline in the performance of their managers since there were changes in existing management governance and also experienced a decrease in motivation through the level of desire to leave the company which was still there and this is supported by recording data regarding the turnover rate for employees. the managers. This study aims to analyze the influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of managers in frozen food companies, through the work motivation of managers, using quantitative methods with a population of 60 managers in frozen food companies with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. The results of the study show that the influence of (1) Spiritual Intelligence has an influence on the manager's performance; (2) Management commitment has no effect on manager performance, (3) Spiritual Intelligence has an influence on work motivation; (4) Management commitment has an influence on work motivation; (5) Motivation does not affect the manager's performance; (6) Spiritual Intelligence can affect the performance of managers directly, although without going through the mediation of motivation; so from this it shows that the company should pay attention and continue to carry out moral improvement activities such as spiritual activities before work and increase the provision of moral moral guidance to its managers.

Abstract

The tourism model is a life entity that has great potential in the welfare of its people's lives towards an independent society. The tourism model can be directed to encourage initiatives to utilize the potential of the region through various development sectors. The tourism model is no longer only aimed at encouraging the growth of the number of visits but the quality of visits towards sustainable tourism development. In addition, the tourism model is also expected to become an economic locomotive to strengthen the value chain and tourism business ecosystem based on community strength. The tourism model is expected to become a local force that becomes a magnet for tourist arrivals, so that it can trigger inclusive economic activity. One of the famous tourist attractions and many objects is in Batu City, East Java. This research is a quantitative research using the type of explanatory research which aims to determine the effect of human resources, services on the improvement of tourist villages through social media. The sample used is 60 people as business actors in the tourist village of Bumiaji Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. Statistical analysis used is Path Analysis approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence of human resources and services on social media in the Tourist Village of Bumiaji Village, Batu City. In addition, there is a significant influence of human resources, services and social media on increasing the tourism village of Bumiaji Village, Batu City. For this reason, a strategy for implementing advances in information and communication technology and the existence of social media is needed so that the tourism model designed is able to also build collaboration between institutions and the community, making the community more creative, innovative, and independent.
