Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status, learning discipline, learning motivation on learning outcomes in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Putra Harapan in the 2019/2020 school year. This research is a type of correlation research that is used to determine the causal relationship between variable X and variable Y. The population in this study were 156 respondents of class XI SMK Putra Harapan with a sample of 30 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation sheets. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant positive effect between parents' socioeconomic status on learning outcomes, (2) there was a significant positive effect between learning disciplines, (3) there was no significant influence between motivation on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The demand for a city or environment that is comfortable, safe, healthy, easy, and prosperous is an indicator of a city that is competitive, and Kediri is no exception. Kediri City has positioned itself at level 3 smart city (smart city) and strives to reach level 5, to get to that level it is necessary to conduct an analysis of technical mastery of the three main players in smart city development in adopting technology in the six dimensions of smart city indicators. The methodology used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process approach to obtain the level of importance of the six smart city indicators by taking data based on interviews and questionnaires to the three main actors of smart city development, then analyzing using the techno-economic method to obtain the level of readiness in carrying out activities towards a smart city. The result is that the highest to the lowest level of readiness is Technoware of 0.957; Orgaware 0.874; Infoware 0.778; and Humanware 0.603. The conclusion is that there is a need for more intensive and targeted socialization and training to the public, business actors, and bureaucracy to better understand the implementation of smart city development so that it is more focused on achieving smart city.

Abstract

Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PRODAMAS) merupakan program unggulan di Kota Kediri untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, program ini akan memberikan dana sebesar Rp 50.000.000 untuk setiap RT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengelolaan dana PRODAMAS di Kelurahan Ngronggo khususnya RT 006 RW 002 Kelurahan Ngronggo, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengambilan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, strategi pengelolaan dana yang dilakukan RT 006 RW 002 yaitu, pengelolaan dilakukan dengan cara terbuka dan transparan, proses penyusunan anggaran melibatkan seluruh lapisan masyarakat, pembentukan tim khusus pengelolaan PRODAMAS yang bertujuan agar pengelolaan dana dapat dilakukan dengan baik, dan pemanfaatan swadaya masyarakat.

Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan suatu peluang, tetapi juga menjadikan ancaman dalam dunia bisnis. Akan menjadi peluang bilamana para wirausahawan memiliki daya saing yang tinggi, dan sebaliknya hanya akan menjadi penonton bilamana tidak mampu meningkatkan daya saing di tengah persaingan yang kompetitif. Salah satu solusi untuk menciptakan wirausa-wirausaha tangguh adalah melalui pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang berkualitas dari perguruan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi akan menghasilkan wirausaha-wirausaha tangguh jika dapat merubah atau menyeimbangkan arah kebijakan perguruan tingginya dari high learning university dan research university menjadi entrepreneurial university. Dengan perubahan paradigma tersebut akan melahirkan entrepreneur-entrepreneur muda yang mandiri, unggul dan berdaya saing di tengah ekonomi global.

Abstract

Internal and external analysis of the company is an important factor in determining the right strategy for business development. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and determine the right strategy for Lovyna Convection Kediri. Sources of data were obtained by observation interviews, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive techniques, while checking the validity of the findings used triangulation, peer discussion and extension of participation. The results of this study indicate that the Lovyna Convection Kediri Company is in quadrant I by implementing an aggressive strategy. (2) The strategy used by the convection company Lovyna Convection Kediri is the SO strategy, namely Strengths (strengths) and Opportunities (opportunities), namely by increasing the amount of production, increasing and maintaining product quality, increasing human resources, making product innovations, promoting through social media, expand the marketing area and follow the times or trend models and provide promos or discounts to consumers in order to attract consumer interest. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris mengetahui secara empiris financial literacy dan financial behaviour mahasiswa program studi manajemen universitas nusantara PGRI Kediri angkatan 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik etnometodologi. Kriteria penentuan informan pada penelitian ini di antaranya adalah relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, reassurance (5R). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kesimpulan tentang pengetahuan mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 yaitu (1) mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 menanggapi tabungan sebagai dana darurat, (2) mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 menerangkan bahwa investasi akan berdampak pada masa depan, (3) mahasiswa manajemen UNP Kediri angkatan 2017 memiliki perencanaan keuangan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity, product quality, lifestyle, either partially or simultaneously on the purchasing decisions of Eiger bags at Universitan Nusantara PGRI Kediri students. This study uses a quantitative approach and is a causal relationship research. The population in this study were all active students of the Nusantara University, PGRI Kediri. The sample was determined by 40 students who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis used in this study multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions while brand equity and lifestyle have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger products at Nusantara University students, PGRI Kediri, while simultaneously brand equity, product quality, and lifestyle have a significant effect on product purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accessibility and trust on purchasing decisions with a sense of security as an intervening variable at the Nganjuk Cosmetic Skincare Agent. The research approach used is quantitative and is a type of causality research. The population in this study were consumers of skincare products from the Nganjuk Cosmetics Agent whose number was unknown. The sample was determined by 40 respondents who were taken using a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was then analyzed using path analysis which was then processed using the SPSS 23 program and through the Sobel test. The research findings reveal that security guarantees can mediate accessibility and trust in purchasing decisions of skincare consumers at the Nganjuk Cosmetics Agent. For that Nganjuk Cosmetics Agent needs to further improve in providing service satisfaction to consumers so that it can create consumer interest to repurchase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of talent management, employee recruitment and development in Belikopi. The research approach used is qualitative, and is a type of case study research. The informants in this study were 3 Belikopi employees aged 20 to 40 years. The data were collected by observation, documentation and interview methods. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data triagulation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of talent management, recruitment and development in Belikopi has not been maximized because there is no roadmap of written rules regarding talent management and its implementation

Abstract

This purpose of this research is to asccertain the level of customer satisfaction at the Shopee online shop. The research approach used is quantitative and is a descriptive type of research. The population used in this research were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The sample was determined by 92 students who were taken using the simple random sampling method. Collecting data make use of questionnaire which is then analyzed using Importance Performance analysis. The results of this study are that there are still some student customers who are not fulfil with the services provided by Shopee based on 5 dimensions of service quality in direct evidence (tangible), responsiveness (responsiveness) , reliability (reliability), concern ( empathy) and assurance (assurance).
