Abstract

Education influences students to be innovative, creative, and productive individuals. The study aims to find out the impact of gamification media use on educational activities in schools in Surakarta. Quantitative Research Methods with Survey Approaches to Higher Secondary Schools in Surakarta. Measurements in using SPSS 25 with Cronbach’s alpha variable learning media gamification and pupil activity, normality tests, heterocadastisity tests, deviations, correlation values, and determination coefficients (R square) The collection shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because the regression factor has a value of significance < 0.05, so some suggest that there is a significant influence between the use of gamified media and activation. The study results show that the correlations or relations values table (R) is 0.335 and a determination factor (R square) of 0.112 means that the influence of the gamifying media (X) on the activity (Y) is 11.2%, partially suggesting that there are significant influences between the usage of gamification media and student activity.

Abstract

The study aims to identify the increased creativity of students through product differentiation learning at Surakarta High School. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The study population is all students in Class X Phase E and XI Phase F at Surakarta State High School for the academic year 2023-2024, a total of 779 students with a sample of 78 students. Each level has 39 students. Measurements using SPSS 25 with gamification of the alpha Cronbach learning media variable and student activity, normality tests, heterocadastisity tests, deviations, correlation values, and determination coefficients (R square) The collection showed that H0 was rejected and Ha received because the regression factor had a significance value < 0.05, so some suggested that there was a significant influence between the use of gamified media and activation. The results showed a regression coefficient with a significant value of 0.000, which means that there is a significant impact between learning differentiation and the product of creativity, and the determination factor (R square) is 0.370. This means that 37% of the variability in student creativity variables can be explained by product differentiation variables. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between product differentiation learning and students’ creativity in Surakarta High School by contributing to the creativity of teachers and students.

Abstract

Participation plays an important role in the success of school programs. However, in reality, there are still obstacles to increasing parental participation, so a strategy is needed in an effort to optimize parental participation in school programs. The objectives of the study are (1) to describe parents’ participation in school programs; (2) to describe school strategies to optimize parents’ participation in school programs; and (3) to describe the outcomes achieved when a school strategy was implemented to maximize parent participation in State Elementary School Sayangan. The methodology utilized is a subjective way to deal with the plan of contextual investigations. The research results show that (1) parent and teacher communication through WAG and written invitations; (2) an intense approach strategy or open communication by maximizing the role of IOM for each class through regular meetings to develop programs; and (3) IOM’s involvement can increase the success of the adiwiyata competition program, alert bazaar, steady front group, and work title festival during learning. The conclusion of the research is that communication is very important in student activities at school and that success will be achieved with good cooperation between teachers, students, and parents.
