Abstract

Harta bersama merupakan salah satu macam dari sekian banyak harta yang dimiliki seseorang. Harta bersama muncul dari sebuah perkawinan yang didalamnya terjalin hak dan kewajiban antara suami isteri secara timbal balik. Keberadaan harta bersama dalam rumah tangga merupakan wujud adanya partisipasi aktif antara suami dan isteri dalam membangun ekonomi rumah tangga. Kondisi ekonomi yang mapan dalam sebuah rumah tangga adalah salah satu faktor pendukung bagi terwujudnya rumah tangga yang bahagia dan kekal. Akan tetapi walaupun perkawinan itu ditujukan untuk selama - lamanya, ada kalanya terjadi hal - hal tertentu yang menyebabkan perkawinan tidak dapat diteruskan hingga akhirnya bercerai. Pasca perceraian, harta bersama yang juga disebut dengan harta gono gini yang selama ini terkumpul sering menjadi masalah tersendiri. Hal ini dikarenakan masing-masing yang bersangkutan menganggap harta yang ada sebagian besar adalah miliknya. Permasalahan ini sebenarnya dapat diselesaikan jika merujuk pada Al-Quran dan Hadist mengenai pembagian harta gono gini yang telah disusun buku Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI). Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, peneliti tertarik melakukan kajian pembagian harta gono gini berdasarkan hukum islam

Abstract

Code-switching is a phenomenon that happening nowadays in daily conversation that used by teenager and adult. It’s occur not only in conversation, social media and networking but also in printed media. This research attempt to know if there any code-switching that used in an english course, the function and who are the user of it. This research subject consist of 3 students and an english teacher. The data consist of audio-recordings of authentic teacher and student conversation held in the English course. From the result of the research: There is function of code-switching in an English course, the functions of code-switching in an English course are happen to change in situation and the teacher is the most participants who used code-switching in an English course. Abstract

This study aimed to improve the result learn student during and to study process makes writing simple sentence through talking stick model. And students’ responses toward the use of talking stick model in learning English writing. This model is expected to overcome the problem that occurs in the field. The methodology of research is classroom action research (CAR). The object of the research is students’ SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Rakyat, class XI2, that amount of 30 students, academic year of 2019/2020. The classroom action research in planning, the researcher used first cycle and the second cycle. Afterwards enter cycle that first pursuant to sequence use some step that is planning, acting, observing, reflecting and the second cycle of the same steps with the first cycle. In analyzing the data the researcher used descriptive quantitative. The result of analysis assess at the first cycle showing result that the mean score 66.8, in addition, there were 6 students passed KKM in cycle I, after percent 20%. And  the second cycle showing result that mean score 86.0 in addition, there were 27 students passed KKM in cycle II, after percent 90%. In this research has KKM 75. The mentioned seen from efficacy indicator indicate that study process writing simple sentence through talking stick can mount result learn students, hence this research is expressed to succeed and discontinued at the second cycle, thereby can be expressed that improving the students’ writing simple sentence through talking model at grade XI students of SMK Negeri 1  Pulau Rakyat in academic year of 2019/2020, it is success
