Abstract

Abstract: Special children’s rights fulfillment in inclusive school SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto. The aim of this study is to describe the fulfilling of special needs children’s’ rights in inclusive school SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto. The qualitative descriptive research was applied and the data collection of data was using questionnaires, interview, and observation. The subjects of the study are classroom teachers and teacher assistant. The results of the study showed that SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto has been able to apply the inclusive school concept. Although not all of special children’s needs are fulfilled, they have been generally fulfilled.Keywords: special children’s rights fulfillment, inclusive schoolAbstrak: Pemenuhan Hak Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Sekolah Inklusi SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pemenuhan hak-hak anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di sekolah inklusif SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket, wawancara dan observasi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru kelas dan guru pendamping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SDIT Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah 02 Purwokerto telah mampu menerapkan konsep sekolah inklusi dengan cukup baik. Meski masih belum semua hak ABK terpenuhi, namun secara umum hak-hak ABK telah dapat terpenuhi.Kata kunci: pemenuhan hak-hak ABK, sekolah inklusif.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this qualitative research is describing open-ended problem solving assessments for measuring the profile of student’s mathematical creative thinking, and describing student’s mathematical gender-based creative thinking profile. The assessments forms were open-ended problem solving sheet and interview guide. The research subjects were 3 female and 3 male sixth graders at one of elementary school in Malang, whose mathematical creative thinking capability regarded as high, fair, low level for each gender group. The students whose mathematical creative thinking high have all the three aspects of creative thinking: fluency, flexibility, and originality aspects of creativity. The students who have fair level of mathematical creative thinking fulfill only two aspects that are fluency and flexibility aspects. The students whose mathematical creative thinking low have only fluency aspect. Female students solve mathematical problems more fluently than boys. The male student who has high level of mathematical creative thinking has visual spatial ability better than the same level female student. Also the high mathematical profeciency female student has better mathematical reasoning ability than the male student of the same level. Key words: assessment, open-ended problem solving, mathematical creative thinking, gender.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji asesmen pemecahan masalah open-ended untuk mengukur profil berpikir kreatif matematis siswa dan mengkaji profil berpikir kreatif matematis siswa berdasar gender. Asesmen pemecahan masalah open-ended berupa lembar-lembar pemecahan masalah open-ended dan pedoman wawancara untuk mengukur profil berpikir kreatif matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga laki-laki dan tiga perempuan siswa kelas VI di satu sekolah dasar di kota Malang yang masing-masing berkategori berpikir kreatif matematis tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan yang berkategori berpikir kreatif matematis tinggi memenuhi aspek kelancaran, keluwesan, dan keaslian, yang berkategori sedang memenuhi aspek kelancaran dan keluwesan, sedangkan yang berkategori rendah hanya memenuhi aspek kelancaran. Perbedaan yang terjadi muncul pada aspek kelancaran, yaitu siswa perempuan lebih lancar daripada siswa laki-laki. Siswa laki-laki yang berkategori berpikir kreatif matematis tinggi memiliki kemampuan visual spasial yang tinggi, sementara siswa perempuan yang berkategori berpikir matematis tinggi memiliki penalaran matematis yang tinggi.Kata kunci: asesmen, pemecahan masalah open-ended, berfikir kreatif matematis, gender.

Abstract

Abstract: This ex post facto research was intended to find out the independent variables which were related to (a) professional competences (the professional development, the knowledge understanding, the subject mastery); (b) pedagogic competences (the development of the teaching and learning plans, the implementation of the teaching and learning, the assessment); and (c) social competences (the interaction with the students, the other teachers, the parents, and the community). The samples were taken 5% out of 2500 state elementary school teachers who had passed the certification in Bandar Lampung as the population. The results of the study suggested that the mastery of the professional, pedagogic, and social competences had not been fully sought by the teachers yet.Keywords: professionalism, post certification, competences, elementary school teachers.Abstrak: Penelitian ex post facto ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri, yang berhubungan dengan (a) kompetensi profesional (pengembangan profesi, pemahaman wawasan, penguasaan bahan kajian); (b) kompetensi pedagogik (penyusunan rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penilaian); dan kompetensi sosial (interaksi dengan peserta didik, sesama guru, orangtua, dan masyarakat sekitar). Sampel diambil 5% dari populasi 2500 guru SDN yang sudah lulus sertifikasi di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penguasaan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, dan kompetensi sosial belum sepenuhnya diupayakan oleh para guru.Kata kunci: profesionalisme, pasca sertifikasi, kompetensi, guru SD.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed at describing the moral values dissemination in elementary school. This research implemented descriptive qualitative research using study case. Data collection was conducted by doing an interview, observation, and documentation study. The result of this research showed that the moral values dissemination in elementary school is started by providing learning facility, teachers, and administration officer, until the behavioral example which will be easier to be imitated by the students. Religious extracurricular and important date of national agenda or religious agenda is the momentum of media teaching moral values effectively.Keywords: moral values, elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penanaman nilai-nilai budi pekerti di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penanaman nilai budi pekerti di SD dimulai dengan penyediaan fasilitas belajar, mushola, kebersihan, dan peraturan yang mengikat kepala sekolah, para guru, tenaga administrasi, sampai dengan keteladanan perilaku yang baik sehingga mudah ditiru anak. Abstract

2013 Curriculum. The study was a survey and need assessment study. The data were obtained through observation, questionnaire, in-depth interview, and focusing group discussion (FDG). The data, later, were analysed in the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of the study showed that Malang’s primary school teachers’ needs are: 1) standard materials to socialize 2013 Curriculum, 2) guidelines in the form of document, 3) in-depth training, 4) detailed explanation of 2013 Curriculum, 5) socialization or training for all primary school teachers, 6) re-explanation for teacher better understanding, and 7) special training on evaluation.Keywords: analysis of teacher need, implementation, 2013 Curriculum, primary school.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan peta kebutuhan guru SD Kota Malang dalam pengimplementasian Kurikulum 2013. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan survey dan need assesment. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, angket, wawancara mendalam, dan focusing group discussion (FDG). Analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan guru SD kota Malang adalah (1) bahan sosialisasi kurikulum 2013 yang baku, (2) panduan dalam bentuk dokumen, (3) pelatihan yang mendalam, (4) penjelasan yang lebih rinci tentang kurikulum 2013, (5) pembinaan atau sosialisasi kepada semua guru, (6) penjelasan ulang agar guru bisa memahami dengan lebih baik, dan (7) pelatihan khusus tentang cara mengevaluasi.Kata kunci: analisis kebutuhan guru, pengimplementasian, kurikulum 2013, SD.

Abstract

Abstract: The current developmental study was intended to analyze the determinant factors which affected the quality of occupational stress which experienced by teachers who taught special education in inclusive schools in East Java as the basis to develop a module of managing stress due to working. The analysis results of the exploratory study suggested that most teachers (66.33%) of special education in inclusive schools experienced moderate occupational stress. The contributions of the internal and external variables to occupational stress experienced by teachers of special education included: gender (12.32%), age (4.16%), working status (5.34%), salary or income (3.57%), the suitability of the prajabatan background study (6.76%), the achievement motivation (22.75%), and the interest of position (12.25%).Keywords: occupational stress, internal factors, external factors.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menganalisis determinan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas stress akibat kerja yang dialami oleh guru pendidikan khusus yang bekerja pada sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusif di Jawa Timur sebagai dasar pengembangan modul pengendalian stress akibat kerja. Hasil analisis eksplorasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar (66,33%) guru pendidikan khusus (GPK) di sekolah inklusif mengalami stress akibat kerja dalam kategori sedang. Kontribusi variabel internal dan eksternal terhadap stress akibat kerja yang dialami guru pendidikan khusus (GPK) meliputi: jenis kelamin (12,32%), usia responden (4,16%), status kepegawaian (5,34%), pendapatan atau gaji (3,57%), kesesuaian latar belakang pendidikan prajabatan (6,76%), motivasi berprestasi (22,75%), dan minat jabatan (12,25%).Kata kunci: stress akibat kerja, faktor internal, faktor internal.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is conducted to describe and illustrate the flow of development of mathematical understanding on fifth graders in problem solving of fractions based on the theory suggested by Pirie-Kieren. The qualitative-narrative approach was used to describe clearly, in detail and comprehensively the level of development of students’ mathematical understanding with reference to Pirie-Kieren’s theory. The results of the analysis found that there are similarities within the flow of understanding developments on fifth graders in problem solving fractions, which starts from the stage of image making, moving towards the image having, then developed at the property level to the level of formalizing noticing. The difference lies in the back folding process that occurs when a less complete understanding at a certain level in the Pirie-Kieren theory.Keywords: mathematical understanding, Pirie-Kieren theory, folding back, elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan alur perkembangan pemahaman matematis siswa sekolah dasar kelas V dalam menyelesaikan masalah pecahan berdasarkan teori Pirie-Kieren. Pendekatan kualitatif-naratif digunakan untuk memaparkan secara jelas, teperinci dan menyeluruh deskrispsi level perkembangan pemahaman matematis siswa dengan mengacu pada teori Pirie-Kieren. Hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa terdapat kesamaan alur perkembangan pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar kelas V dalam menyelesaikan masalah pecahan, yaitu dimulai dari tahap image making, bergerak menuju image having, kemudian berkembang pada level property noticing sampai pada level formalizing. Perbedaannya terletak pada proses folding back yang terjadi ketika melengkapi pemahaman yang kurang pada level tertentu dalam teori Pirie-Kieren.Kata kunci: pemahaman matematis, teori Pirie-Kieren, folding back, SD

Abstract

Abstract: The study was aimed at describing (1) the process and the components of informal communication in improving the teachers’ professionalism, and (2) the informal communication model in improving the professionalism of elementary school teachers in Jember Regency. The research method used was qualitative with phenomenological approach which was multi-site study on three elementary schools. The data was collected by interviewing, observing, and documenting. The data analysis was carried out by using flow and constant comparative models. The results showed the improvement of the teachers’ professionalism through the process and the components of informal communication including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The informal communication model in improving the teachers’ professionalism on this case (1) was in the form of direct interactive model, (2) was in the form of indirect interactive model, and case (3) was in the form of direct and indirect interactive model.Keywords: improving professionalism, elementary school teachers, informal communication.Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) proses dan komponen komunikasi informal dalam meningkatkan profesional guru; dan (2) model komunikasi informal dalam meningkatkan profesional guru di SD Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan fenomenologis, dengan rancangan studi multi kasus pada tiga Sekolah Dasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model alir dan comparative constant. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan professional guru melalui proses dan komponen komunikasi informal meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Model komunikasi informal dalam meningkatkan profesional guru pada kasus (1) adalah interaktif langsung, (2) dengan model interaktif tidak langsung, dan kasus (3) dengan model interaktif langsung dan tidak langsung.Kata Kunci : peningkatan profesional, guru SD, komunikasi informal.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at developing 4D model into 3D following define, design, and development phase. E-module with RME approach is firstly validated by media expert, material expert and also questionnaire of student response. It obtained a score of 85.2% from a material expert, 89.2% from media expert validation 89.2%, and 85.2% from students’ response, hence, E-modules developed deserve to be utilized with the very good category. In addition, the experiment class’ learning outcomes are better than control classes. Therefore, E-module development with RME approach is feasible and can be used in elementary mathematics learning particularly in Geometry learning.Keywords: development, e-module, RME, elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan model 4D menjadi 3D dengan tahap define (pendefinisian), design (perencanaan), dan development (pengembangan). E-modul dengan pendekatan PMR terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi dan juga angket tanggapan siswa. Diperoleh rata-rata penilaian validasi ahli materi 85,2%, validasi ahli media 89,2%, penilaian tanggapan siswa 85,2%, Jadi media E-modul layak digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari kelas kontrol. Jadi pengembangan E-modul dengan pendekatan PMR layak dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika SD khususnya geometri.Kata Kunci: pengembangan, e-modul, PMR, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Abstract: The current study utilized causal technique of survey method and path analysis. The research analyzed the influence of one variable to another, both direct and indirect influence on the endogenous variables. The samples were 65 principals of Education Department in Jagakarsa district South Jakarta. The results suggested that there was direct influence of (1) the leadership on the trust at work, (2) the work cultures on the trust at work, (3) the leadership styles on the organizational commitment, (4) the work cultures on the organizational commitment, and the trust at work on the organizational commitment. The results of the study also suggested that leadership styles had indirect influence on the organizational commitment through the trust at work and the work cultures had indirect influence on the organizational commitment through the trust at work.Keywords: organizational commitment, work cultures, elementary schools.Absrak: penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei teknik kausal, dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh satu variabel terhadap variabel lain, baik pengaruh langsung maupun tak langsung terhadap variabel endogen, dari sampel 65 orang kepala sekolah Dinas Pendidikan Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh langsung (1) kepemimpinan terhadap kepercayaan kerja, (2) budaya kerja terhadap kepercayaan kerja, (3) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi, (4) budaya kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, (5) kepercayaan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung. Tetapi sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepercayaan kerja; dan budaya kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui kepercayaan kerja.Kata kunci: komitmen organisasi, budaya kerja, kepala SD.
