Abstract

Children are a trust given by God to parents. So that parents have an obligation in children's education. The purpose of this research is to describe the roles and responsibilities of parents towards their children's education in an Islamic perspective. In this paper used the research method of literature review (library research). Primary and secondary data sources come from literature in the form of books and journal articles, data analysis uses content analysis. The results of the study show that parents in their role as educators for their children are role models for children. So that the role of parents is very necessary in children's education, parents are the first teachers for children. The big responsibility of parents in the family is not only to provide for their children, but what is more important in the Islamic view is to provide education for their children.

Abstract

The progress and development of science and technology that humans sometimes achieve cannot be separated from human exploration of the universe and its contents. The reason is that science and technology seek sources of knowledge from nature. And Islam, the religion sent down by Allah, which calls on humans to explore and experiment with nature, was one of the factors in this progress. Through the integration of faith and science and technology, it is hoped that various weaknesses and setbacks of Muslims can be corrected, so that they can again feel the progress and glory achieved by Muslims in classical times. This will also affect Islamic education which is expected to survive the rapid development of science and technology in this century. This research uses the library method or library research. The collection of data from this research comes from reading sources related to this discussion. The results of the research is synthesis or a combination of religion and science is the unification of human understanding, both of which are a unity of truth. Both come from the Almighty, namely Allah SWT. Both work side by side to fill human life.

Abstract

The main problem of education in Indonesia lies in the quality of teachers at various levels of education. Teachers need to have good qualifications in conducting learning so that they become qualified. It is not wrong to say that quality students, both academically, expertise, emotional maturity and spiritual morality are in the hands of the teacher. To make this happen, teachers who have qualifications, competence, and high dedication in carrying out their duties in the world of education. In this study, researchers used library research methods or library research, namely research aimed at collecting data and information on various types of material contained in books or libraries. Various problems related to teachers are basically caused by a lack of mastery of competence so that teachers are not optimal in carrying out learning in class and outside the classroom. Competency standards issued by the ministry of education are designed to align teacher perceptions with the expectation that teachers in Indonesia will all have above average competence.

Abstract

Blended learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan diselingi dengan pembelajaran daring secara terpadu, tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin mengatahui bagaimana MAN Kotawarngin Timur (Kotim) mengoptimalisasi pembelajaran PAI berbasis Blended learning di saat Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas (PTMT) dan bagaiman implikasinya di era new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research dan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa MAN Kotim dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan blended learning dengan pendekatan sinkron dan asinkron. Adapun implikasinya guru dan murid mendapatkan kemudahan dalam mengakses materi pembelajaran; lebih interaktif dan tidak gagap teknologi; dalam proses pembelajaran berjalan lebih menyenangkan karena tidak terpaku pada pelajaran di kelas; dan murid bisa mandiri dalam penyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya di rumah.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Proses pembelajaran yang kurang kondusif menyebabkan rendahnya minat belajar siswa, khususnya mata pelajaran fikih kelas VII MTs 17 Darul Ulum Bali Plumpang, kecamatan Sukodadi, Lamongan. Sehingga mengakibatkan tingkat pemahaman siswa rendah dan nilai akhir kurang memuaskan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penggunaan media audio visual menjadi alternatif solusi dalam efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh media audio visual dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran fikih di MTs 17 Darul Ulum Bali. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pangaruh penggunaan media audio visual dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. hasil tes yang telah dianalisis menggunakan rumus paired sampel t-test yang sebelumnya di uji nomalitas terlebih dahulu menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dinyatakan baik. Berdasarkan dari hasil uji normalitas pretest adalah signifikasi 0,139 > 0,05 dengan rata-rata 62,8, sedangkan hasil uji normalitas posttest adalah signifikasi 0,089 > 0,05 dengan rata-rata 74,8. Kemudian, hasil uji t-test adalah -5.692 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini berarti (hipotesis alternatif) diterima dan (hipotesis nol) ditolak. Kata kunci : Media audio visual, Minat belajar ABSTRACT: The learning process which was not conducive led to low interest in student learning, especially in fiqh class VII MTs 17 Darul Ulum Bali Plumpang, Sukodadi sub-district, Lamongan. So that resulted in a low level of student understanding and unsatisfactory final grades. To overcome these problems, the use of audio-visual media is an alternative solution in the effectiveness of the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of audio-visual media in increasing class VII students' learning interest in fiqh subjects at MTs 17 Darul Ulum Bali. The method used is quantitative. The results of the study showed that there was an influence on the use of audio-visual media in increasing students' interest in learning. The test results that have been analyzed using the paired sample t-test formula which was previously tested for normality first show that the use of audio-visual media is stated to be good. Based on the results of the pretest normality test is significance 0.139 > 0.05 with an average of 62.8, while the posttest normality test results are significance 0.089 > 0.05 with an average of 74.8. Then, the result of the t-test is -5,692 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that H_a (alternative hypothesis) is accepted and H_o (null hypothesis) is rejected. Abstract

Muhammadiyah is one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia that has the character of tajdid (renewal) and has made a real contribution through its charity to the nation and state. This includes renewal in the field of education and social religion. This paper discusses the history of the birth of Muhammadiyah, the renewal of Muhammadiyah Islamic Education, and the role of Muhammadiyah in responding to social changes in society. The research method used is descriptive analysis. The results showed that: 1) Muhammadiyah was born as a response to the damage to the faith, the backwardness of the people, as well as the development of Islamic thought in the Middle East which required a change, one of which was in the field of education. 2) The effort to reform Islamic education by KH Ahmad Dahlan was carried out by unifying the colonial education system with the traditional education system that existed at that time. 3) Muhammadiyah's renewal as a response to social change was realized through its business charities. Entering the second-century Muhammadiyah is faced with challenges and contemporary issues of the postmodern period which certainly requires Muhammadiyah to continue to improve.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter di lembaga pendidikan merupakan landasan dalam pengembangan akhlak. Materi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Budi Pekerti (BP) merupakan materi pembelajaran yang sangat relevan dengan pengembangan akhlak di sekolah. Pembelajaran akhlak tidak dapat dilepaskan dari budaya lingkungan sekolah. Budaya Minangkabau yang berkembang melalui budaya Islam memiliki nilai-nilai akhlak yang dibuktikan dengan beberapa istilah akhlak yang relevan dengan ungkapan Minangkabau. Integrasi pembelajaran PAI BP dengan budaya Minangkabau perlu dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan dan penguatan akhlak peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kajian pustaka bersumber dari 16 jurnal nasional dan 3 jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Jurnal diseleksi dari Google Schoolar dengan kata kunci “integrasi akhlak dalam pembelajaran”, “budaya Minangkabau dalam pembelajaran akhlak”, dan “teori humanistik dalam pembelajaran akhlak”. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pembelajaran PAI BP dengan nilai akhlak dalam budaya Minangkabau dapat dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan teori humanistik. Tahap perencanaan pembelajaran baik persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi harus mengandung unsur akhlak. Kata Kunci: Integrasi nilai akhlak, pendidikan karakter, budaya Minangkabau, Pembelajaran PAI BP

Abstract

This research departs from the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the world of education. Educational practitioners are forced to adapt to social restrictions. Online learning requires lecturers to master various kinds of online learning applications. The purpose of this study is to find a way out in the implementation of online learning through a combination of various online learning applications so that learning objectives can be achieved. The Kemmis and Taggart action research methods with the stages of planning, observe and act, and reflection are used by researchers as a step to improve learning that is more effective. Data was collected by means of focus group discussions, participatory observation, peer observation and self-assessment. The subjects in this study were 4th semester students of PGMI class A and B at IAIN Purwokerto. The findings in this study are (1) multi-application-based online learning planning is carried out in two cycles. The first cycle uses three learning applications, namely telegram group, google classroom and eclass. While the second cycle uses four applications, namely google meet, google classroom, telegram group and eclass. Each cycle carried out two lessons. The planning process is carried out by compiling technical guidelines for the use of each application in learning that is delivered to students. In addition to technical application use, online lectures based on multi-application technicalities are also prepared; (2) The first cycle found several weaknesses such as low student participation, lecture material could not be captured by students optimally, the dominance of the chat feature on the telegram group application reduced students' motivation to always be online, and three online learning applications still did not support interactive lectures. So that in the second cycle, lectures are carried out using four applications in an integrative way to increase the effectiveness of online learning. The effectiveness is shown in terms of ease, the functionality of the application in each learning activity and the achievement of learning objectives; and (3) The obstacle faced by students in the multi-application-based online learning process is the unstable internet network.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the presence of the internet era which is accompanied by the increasingly massive penetration of social media in various aspects of life so that the emergence of adherents of the Google school is the mainstream way of understanding Islam for the current generation Z. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study type of research. The data collection technique used was observation, in-depth interviews and documentation of Generation Z who were at MA "Matholi'ul Anwar" Lamongan and SMAN 2 Lamongan who have the same characteristics from January to December 2021. While checking the validity of the data by using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The research findings show that; There has been a shift among Generation Z who are digital natives or native speakers of digital technology, so they prefer to use "Google" in finding answers and understanding fiqh rather than reading and asking teachers for reasons of more privacy, effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

The theacing of Islamic education has a strategic position in the development of the quality of every human being in education as well as the character, attitude and practice of religious teachings. Therefore, Islamic religious value education is a very basic dimension for humans to change for the better in accordance with the guidelines of life. The religious element is based on Islamic religious values, which allows each individual or group examine and determine attitudes in the social evirontment, this also affect values in muslim civilization itself an adab or religious attitude that must exist in every person. The purpose of this study is to find out the nature of the basic values of instilling character education in Islamic religious civilization. This study uses a method with a literature study show that what are the various basic values of Islamic education and the essentialism of Islamic religious character education. So, overall that the basic value of education in Islamic civilization is that education must be done as well as possible so that education can be instilled in the character of very human being who is intellectual and has good manners.
