Abstract

Bandeng Juwana Grup is one of the famous traditional food shop in Central Java, established since 1981 and currently have employs more than six hundred employees. Behind its success story, it have a unique backgroud abaout the founder and the main leader, he is come from medical faculty. Threfore, the research has a purpose to analysize and explore the approach of leadership style that had been used by dr. Daniel Nugroho Setiabudi at Bandeng Juwana Grup, moreover it would investigate the effectiveness of the leadership style according to the Indonesia’s local culture. The research uses qualitative method with the fenomemenologi approach and the main subject of the studies was the leadership style applied by dr. Daniel Nugroho Setiabudi at Bandeng Juwana Grup. The source of data would be get by purposive sampling method as the key informan namely dr. Daniel Nugroho Setiabudi and the supporting informan were his workers. Based of this research, it can be concluded that the leadership style applied by dr. Daniel Nugroho Setiabudi was servant leadership style, with the strongest factor are listening and stewardship. However the style had an unique main foundation, that was the principal of loving each others. The leadership style was also distinctive as it had a collaboration with the local Indonesia culture. Finally, the leadership style of dr. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceivedusefulness on purchase intention using trust as mediator study case on online storeberrybenka.com. This study used two independent variables that are perceived ease ofuse and perceived usefulness, purchase intention variable as a dependent variable andtrust variable as an intervening variable. Simple random sampling method is used for thisresearch. Sample were collected from 150 respondents who ever had usedberrybenka.com website. Multiple regression analysis is used for this study. The resultsshowed that perceived ease of use have positive and significant effect on trust, perceivedusefulness have positive and significant effect on trust and perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness, and trust have positive and significant effect on purchase intention.Keywords : Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Mobile technology has emerged as a new potential tool for marketing activities. The emphasis of mobile phone marketing in this study is fashion mobile phone marketing via SMS or Blackberry Message. Message mobile phone marketing type is one of the importance to increase trust, response and purchase intention consumer. Consumer’s trust is importance factor which had significant influence on consumers’ purchase intention the fashion product. The aim of the study are to analyze the significant difference between message fashion mobile phone marketing type (community, website address, brand fashion product) with trust, response and purchase intention consumer in Bandung by using Anova and to understand the effect of message fashion mobile phone marketing type (community, website address, brand fashion product) on trust, response and purchase intention consumer in Bandung by using Conjoint analysis. The result of the study are there is significant difference between message fashion mobile phone marketing type (community, website address, brand fashion product) toward trust, response and purchase intention consumer in Bandung and the consumers prefer message fashion mobile phone marketing that send to community, include website address, and famous fashion brand.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSI Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk hubungan kausal berjenjang antara motivasi intrinsik, kejelasan peran, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan keinginan untuk pindah dalam konteks PT. Bank Papua. Pada model yang dikembangkan, nampak bahwa komitmen organisasi ditempatkan sebagai variabel intervening yang menghubungkan antara kepuasan kerja dengan keinginan karyawan untuk pindah. PT. Bank Papua dipilih sebagai obyek penelitian karena kondisi terkininya, yaitu keluarnya beberapa karyawan potensial dan adanya deviasi antara target dan realisasi kinerja keuangan, telah memberikan ruang yang ideal bagi pengujian hubungan kausal antar variabel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 129 yang diperoleh dengan pendekatan purposive sampling.  Akan tetapi, kuesioner yang kembali dan layak untuk diolah hanya sebanyak 112 kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan untuk mengolah data yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak Amos 4.01. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan kejelasan peran mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara positif, kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi secara positif dan komitmmen organisasi mempengaruhi keinginan untuk pindah secara negatif (artinya makin tinggi komitmen organisasi karyawan, maka akan semakin rendah kemungkinan untuk pindah). Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa para pimpinan PT. Bank Papua seyogyanya berusaha meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dalam rangka mengurangi keinginan karyawan potensial untuk pindah, dengan sebelumnya melakukan evaluasi tingkat kepuasan kerja yang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi intrinsik dan kejelasan peran. Implikasi teoritis dan saran-saran bagi penelitian mendatang juga diuraikan dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci: hubungan kausal berjenjang; keinginan berpindah; studi kasus; SEM

Abstract

ABSTRACT Human resource is the spear from organizations. Without Human Resource, all of the organization resources can’t process and developed to get profit, and it is happened on government organization too. The government organization has Organizational Citizenship Behavior, who helped the employee included the contract workers on their social working scope. Some factors that needed to determine higher or lower the OCB’s level even contract or permanent workers it is loyalty, obesity and their participation to the organization who covered them. Loyalty, obesity and participation levels of contract workers on government sector is an interesting case to research. This research want to analyze and examine influence factors  to the OCB’s contract workers in government organization, with working satisfaction and Organization behavior as an independent variable and use Working Motivation as an intervening variable. Sample of this research is a contract workers who working at Diponegoro University, Semarang. Whereas,  analysis technique on this research using SEM. Based on the research results, that working satisfaction and organization behavior is positively influential to the contract workers working motivation, whereas working motivation factor with a significant too, that positively influential to the OCB’s contract working. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employeeperformance in Perumnas Jakarta. And to know which one variable affectspredominantly between 3 variables namely affective commitment, normative commitment,and continuance commitment to employee performance in Jakarta Perumnas.The study uses three independent variables, namely affective commitment, normativecommitment and continuance commitment, with the dependent variable is theperformance of employees. The data in this study were collected through a questionnairedistributed to 75 employees in Jakarta Perumnas.Based on the research that has been done shows that affective commitment variable has apositive and significant influence on employee performance, variable normativecommitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, andcontinuance commitment variable has a positive and significant influence on employeeperformance.Keywords: Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, Continuance CommitmentEmployee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of corporate governance on dividend yield. The ownership structure is devided to instituitional ownership, ownership concentration, managerial ownership  and board governance is divided to board size, board independence, intensity as independence variables, while dividend yield as dependent variable. Fim age, firm size, debt, and return on equity are also added as control variable. This reseach used secondary data with population consists of 144 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The purposive sampling method used was used in selecting the research sample and 28 manufacturing companies that consistently distributed dividends during the research period. Multiple regression technique are chosen for this research statistic analysis. The result of this research shows that institutional ownerhip, and intensity has a positive significant effect on the dividend yield, but board independence has a negative significant effect on the dividend yield. Meanwhile, ownership concentration, managerial ownership, and board size have no significant effect on the dividend yield.

Abstract

The problems that occurred in the employee portion of sales LG Indonesia Semarang is adecline in performance is indicated by not achieving the target for 2015. The employeeperformance and motivation is also thought to be influenced by factors of organizationalculture and also compensation deemed not feasible by most employees. This study aimedto analyze the influence of organizational culture on the motivation and compensationand employee performance parts sales LG Indonesia Semarang. The population used inthis study were all employees of LG Indonesia Semarang. The sampling technique usedwas purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the salesdepartment LG Indonesia Semarang who have worked more than two years are 71nurses. The method of collecting the data in this study using questionnaires andinterviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on the research,organizational culture and compensation have a positive effect on motivation andperformance, while motivation is also a positive effect on performance. Based on theresults Sobel Test to determine whether there is mediating the relationship between theindependent and dependent variables, it is known that motivation mediates the effect ofcompensation and organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

High population growth and the high mobility of the people and coupled with high carownership aspirations cause increased competition in the automotive industry.Automotive industry competition increased, causing the Honda Freed products lesscompetitive with other products in the class MPV cars. This study aimed to examine theeffect of brand image variables, perceived quality, and perceived risk on purchasingdecisions Honda Freed in Semarang through the perception of value as intervening.The total sample of 100 respondent owners and users of the Honda Freed is taken with aconvenience / accidental sampling technique. Method of data analysts using path analysismethod, the analysis includes: validity, reliability, classic assumption test, linearregression test, t test, F test, and Sobel test coefficient of determination.The results of path analysis showed that the two independent variables, namely the brandimage (0,382) and perceived quality (0,267) had a positive and significant relationship tothe intervening variable that is the perception of value. There is one independent variablethat has a negative relationship to the intervening variable is the perception of risk (-0,352). Intervening variables such as perceived value has a positive correlation (0,475)and parallel to the dependent variable.Keywords: perception of risk, brand image, perceived value, and purchase decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT Path Goal theory explained about leader behavior by directive style, suportif style, partisipative style, maintenance style, and achievement style whice influence a wish. In order to influence low worker, by using one of four style, a leader must  effore to  influence perception and can give motivation to them about his duty clarity, attainment of target, job satisfaction and the effectively time. A leader take charge of to execute duty and also the such responsibility claimed [by] the existence of a leader recognizing as a whole the organizational member so that can grow harmonious same job among organizational component, here role of leader become of vital importance in efficacy of organization which leading of in the case of directive, supportif, partisipative and orient achievement for the job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and performance his subordinate. This research it all was done in Department Agama of Sub-Province of Kendal and Town Semarang, and it was taken example from staff office department agama of sub-province of Kendal and town Semarang. The technich which was used for research is giving 43 quesioner for depag Kendal and 90 depag Semarang, for measuringthese questions by scala likert.  The file for getting this research is helped by SPSS ( Statistical of Program of for Social Science) 7.5 for Windows. Analyse data is done by validity exam and reliabilitas exam by using Cronbach'S Alpha technic, correlation exam with “product moment technich” and regresi linear exam. It consisted of R² exam, F and t exam. The analysis which was  used is Chi-Square analysie to look for some  differences between depag Kendal and Semarang, and double regresi analyse influence of leadership style to job satisfaction, organizational commitmen, and the employees performance. The result of this research indicate that the five factors of leadership style : partisipative style, orient achievement style, directive style, supportif style, and maintenance style are have an effect on positively and signifikan to job satisfaction, organizational commitmen, and the employees performance. From this research results hope able to mange and consider the five variables as measure for developing job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and the employees performance. High and low of job satisfaction, organizational commitmen and the employees performance which was detaile from this research can be distinguished from  an influential leader, even it was believed that make a satisfield, commitmen, and the performance is not easy something and dependent, about a leadership generally tell about satisfaction, commitmen and officer performance can be followed from the leader, so one of superior leadership style.
