Abstract

Febrile convulsion in children are fairly common disease in under five children. The increase of body temperature is very concerned to patient with febrile convulsion, because the increase of high body temperature will triggers recurrence of convulsion. The purpose of this research design was to perform nursing care on febrile convulsion with nursing problem of the risk of febrile convulsion recurrence.The research design was a case study with one respondent who diagnosed with febrile convulsion and had the risk of febrile convulsion recurrence. Data collection methods were interviews, observation, and documentation using format nursing care for children. Assessment used four main sources, namely the client, the nurse, the client's family, and the medical record. Then enforced nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.From the assessment obtained data mother said her child was having fever, lips slightly red, fussy, had convulsion ± 3 times during at the puskesmas. Body temperature was 37,7oC, pulse rate was 113x/ minute, respiration rate was24x/ minute. From the result of assessment the nursing diagnose was recurrence of febrile convulsions and ineffectiveness of thermoregulation.The result of data from complaint and condition of client  there was nursing problem of the risk offebrile convulsion recurrence and ineffectiveness of thermoregulation. Intervention conducted was assesed history of seizures , giving health education about febrile Convulsion, warm compress, monitoring vital signs regularly, and take action of interdependent. The result of evaluation nursing care in 3 days nursing problem of febrile convulsion recurrence and ineffectiveness thermoregulation resolved.Key words: Nursing care, Recurrence febrile convulsion, Hypertermia.

Abstract

Device props that developed is smartphone projector that was equipped by student work sheets. Smartphone projector props from simple materials and easy to find intheform of a water-filled bulb that the system works like a convex lens, so it can produce real, inverted, and zoomed in shadow properties. Student work sheets as a supplement containing the props instruction, material reviews, and evaluation questions. The result of feasibility test of practicum device categorized as very high with percentage 87.64%. Research and Development in the form of Pretest and Postest One Group Design carried out for thr test of respondents. This research was held in junior high school 3 Juwana. The effectiveness test analysis was performed by the N-Gain <g> test and questionnaire student response. Validation results by validators for smartphone projector with student work sheets showed average score of 87.64%, so the tool props are very suitable to use as instructional media. N-Gain test analysis showed pretest-posttest results were classified as medium criterion with a <g> value of 0.589 and 82.35% classical completeness that is high. The results of the analysis of student responses show the value of 78.76 with positive criteria

Abstract

Abstrak: Pernikahan oleh beberapa orang (baca: umat Islam) dipahami sebagai perjanjian kepemilikan (aqd at-tamlik), sehingga setelah selesai akad pernikahan, maka ditetapkanlah kepemilikan suami atas istri. Pemahaman seperti ini dapat mengakibatkan seorang suami bebas memrintah kepada istrinya untuk melayaninya sesuai dengan keinginannya (kapan saja dan di mana saja). Apakah benar hubungan seksual antara suami dan istri dipahami sebagaimana hubungan antara pemilik dengan barang yang dimilikinya? Ini adalah pertanyaan mendasar yang dicoba-carikan jawabannya dalam artikel ini. Melalui studi teks, konteks, dan kontekstualisasi QS. al-Baqarah: 223, dapat diperoleh jawaban bahwa hubungan seksual antara suami dan istri bukan sekedar kontrak kepemilikan, melainkan ada semangat kesetaraan di sana. Istri adalah lahan (ladang pertanian), ia membutuhkan petani (baca: suami) yang cerdas, sehingga lahan tersebut dapat terus dijaga dan dilestarikan kesuburannya. Marriage by some people (read: Muslims) is understood as the covenant of ownership (aqd at-tamlik) so after the marriage contract has been established, wife seemed to be wholly owned by husband. Consequently, the husband will be free to ask his wife to serve him as he wishes (anytime and anywhere). Is it true that sexual relation between husband and wife is regarded as the relationship between the owner and his goods? This is the fundamental question that this article tries to find its answer. Through the study of the text, context and contextualization of Qur’an, Surah Al-Baqarah verse 223, it can be obtained an answer that sexual relation between husband and wife is more than just a contract of ownership. There is a spirit of equality. Wife is a field (a farming place), it requires farmer (read: husband) who are intelligent, so that the field can be constantly maintained and preserved its fertility. Kata Kunci: relasi seksual, suami-istri, dan kesehatan reproduksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat secara nyata proses dan implementasi metode problem solving sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS)di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Janggalan Kudus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran IPS di MI Tamrinul Aulad Kudus itu disesuaikan dengan Kurikulum KTSP, tetapi untuk kelas I dan IV sudah mulai menerapkan Kurikulum 2013, (2) Penerapan metode problem solving di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus menjadikan siswa lebih aktif berpikir, aktif dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan bersemangat, (3) Faktor pendukung metode problem solving yaitu: peran guru, kemampuan untuk memahami kajian, keaktifan siswa, keefektifan metode, kesiapan anak didik, dan kecerdasan siswa. Faktor penghambat metode problem solving pada mata pelajaran IPS, yaitu: kurangnya motivasi siswa, kurangnya dukungan guru, dan kurangnya konsentrasi siswa.Kata kunci: Kemampuan berfikir, Metode Problem SolvingThis study aims to clearly see the process and implementation of problem solving methods as an effort to improve students' thinking skills in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Research location at MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Janggalan Kudus. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social Studies learning at MI Tamrinul Aulad Kudus is adjusted to the KTSP Curriculum, but for classes I and IV have begun to apply the 2013 Curriculum, (2) The application of problem solving methods in MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus makes students more active thinking, active in learning in the classroom and excited, (3) Factors supporting the problem solving methods, namely: the role of the teacher, the ability to understand the study, student activeness, the effectiveness of the method, students' readiness, and student intelligence. Abstract

The quality of public policy in educational field seen from gender perspective can be divided into three levels: responsive, neutral, and potentially bias to gender issues. Among the policies of education in Banyumas Regency, which is stated in Strategic Planning (Renstra) of 2008-2013 and Renja of 2012, there was only one policy which could be categorized into responsive to gender issues, while others were neutral to gender issues. From this fact, it can be concluded that gender has not been a mainstream in Education Affairs Office (Dinas Pendidikan) of Banyumas Regency. The activities concerning gender issues have been just programmed and only incidentally realized by one section of the office. The success or failure of the integration of gender in educational policy in Banyumas regency is influenced by four factors of its formulation, namely the capacity of human resources, capacity building, the strength of networking, and organization culture.

Abstract

Diffraction is one of the properties of light in the form of a bending event in the direction of the propagation of the waves through a narrow gap. Research on natural materials as an alternative to grating has been carried out with varying results. Natural ingredients in the form of scallion stems (Allium fistulosum) and banana heart (Musa paradisiaca) were chosen as the diffraction lattice preparations because they have fibers that resemble scratches on the diffraction grating produced by factories. Special care is given to each preparation to obtain the fiber. By using Tracker and analysis of the level of accuracy, the results obtained value m, and an accuracy of 95.81% for the diffraction grating of scallion stems, and the value of d = and accuracy of 90.01%. The results of this study indicate that scallion stalks and banana blossoms have potential and can be used as diffraction grating to explain light diffraction phenomena.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra adalah bagaimana mengembangkan desain media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, terutama video pembelajaran interaktif. Tujuan diadakannya pendidikan dan pelatihan ini adalah 1) Meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam membuat dan mengembangkan desain video pembelajaran yang menarik dan 2) Meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang, membuat dan mengembangkan desain video pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah guru SMA Negeri Kembangbahu. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pelatihan, yaitu kegiatan yang disertai dengan demonstrasi atau percontohan untuk menghasilkan keterampilan tertentu. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapatkan antusia yang baik oleh mitra karena tidak banyak memerlukan keterampilan yang tinggi akan teknologi dan tidak memerlukan jaringan internet yang kuat. Pentingnya pengabdian ini dilakukan karena terdapat hasil karya guru berupa video pembelajaran atau presentasi guru yang dibuat dengan aplikasi Screencast O Matic.

Abstract

This article examines concept of learning styles and the effect on students' critical thinking ability. According to United Nations (UN) critical thinking skills (critical thinking skills) is characteristic of the current era of globalization of society, namely the knowledge society (knowledge-based scoeity). But critical thinking is considered by most students is difficult, moreover, the lesson is still centered on the lecturer (Teacher Centered Learning) so that students are difficult to express ideas. So that students' critical thinking skills are still low. Learning style is considered to be a means to develop critical thinking abilities. It is based on the results of the study Nurbaeti, et al (2015) There is a positive relationship between learning style with critical thinking skills. Based on these descriptions, the necessary efforts to develop students' critical thinking skills by observing the learning style of each individual. Achievement of critical thinking skills of students affected by many factors, one of which is learning style. In addition to the use of appropriate teaching methods, learning styles also a motivating factor to achieve critical thinking skills. Because the student's learning style has a close connection with the achievement of the average value of critical thinking skills and cognitive abilities of learners

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Hipotensi dan hipertensi merupakan dua permasalahan dengan prevalensi yang terus mengalami peningkatan pada usia remaja dan salah satu buah dengan kandungan likopen tinggi yang berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah. Tujuan : mengetahui pengaruh pemberian jus tomat terhadap tekanan darah. Metode : Desain penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre test post test. Sampel penelitian masing-masing sebanyak 22 responden yang diambil dengan cara purpossive sampling. Pemberian intervensi dilaksanakan selama 7 hari berturu turut. Aenalisis data yang menggunakan software program STATA 13.1 dengan menggunakan uji paired T—Test. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan intervensi terjadi perubahan signifikan (P 0,05) tekanan darah baik sistol dan diastol pada responden hipertensi dan hipotensi. Kesimpulan : Jus tomat berpengaruh terhadap tekanan darah. Kata kunci : Hipertensi, Hipotensi, Jus Tomat, Remaja Putri
