Abstract

SMK Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa is a private school under the auspices of the Kasih Imanuel Indonesia Methodist Foundation, which was established in 2008. SMK Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa has various majors, one of which is Network and Computer Engineering (TKJ). Assembling computer equipment is one of the subjects that can help students become more familiar with computer equipment and know how to fix it and of course this lesson is already a lesson that is in accordance with the majors of SMK Swasta Methodist Tanjung Morawa students, namely Computer Network Engineering (TKJ). The students have studied theoretically related to assembling computer equipment, therefore, the Faculty of Informatics, Universitas Mikroskil offers activities in the form of training in assembling computer equipment to improve students' ability to have good knowledge in computer equipment and how to assemble it. This training activity lasted for 2 days and was carried out in the accounting laboratory at Universitas Mikroskil. During this training activity the students were given pre-test questions, materials and case studies, post-tests and final feedback.

Abstract

  Gunungsari Village, Maesan District is one of the villages in the Argopuro mountain region so that its natural potential is quite abundant, one of which is coffee. However, in terms of marketing, the community is only limited to selling green bean coffee. The focus of the chosen service is training and assistance related to coffee processing. The service location is located in Gunungsari Village, Maesan District, Bondowoso Regency. The approach used in this community service is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach, which starts with mapping the existing assets in Gunungsari village, followed by discussions with government officials and the community door to door. Then do a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The FGD activities resulted in an agreement that the asset to be developed was coffee. The next step is to hold coffee processing training and assistance which aims to increase the selling price of coffee produced by farmers in Gunungsari Village..

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah menetapkan Kurikulum Merdeka sebagai kurikulum pendidikan nasional. Kurikulum Merdeka medorong guru untuk menyusun program kerja yang berpihak kepada peserta didik sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang aman dan nyaman. Fakta yang terjadi menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun program kerja yang berpihak kepada peserta didik untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang aman dan nyaman. Oleh karena itu pelatihan ini sangat perlu untuk dilakukan, sehingga kemampuan guru dalam menyusun program kerja yang berpihak kepada peserta didik untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang aman dan nyaman dapat meningkat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Guru yang memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun program kerja untuk mewujudkan sekolah yang aman dan nyaman setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan mencapai 92,6 %.

Abstract

Membuat kerajinan dengan Stik Es Krim yang layak jual. Tujuan Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa-K (PKM-K) adalah menginspirasi siswa untuk menjadi wirausaha dengan mengubah Stik Es Krim bekas menjadi kerajinan yang bernilai jual. Metode pelaksanaan Input, proses (produksi), output, dan evaluasi program semuanya tercakup. Konsekuensi dari program ini adalah masukan,tinjauan pasar langsung untuk memutuskan situasi ekonomi. Kemudian, kami akan berbicara dengan lima mahasiswi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo dan mewawancarai mereka. Langkah selanjutnya adalah studi kelayakan bisnis. Pemilihan bahan dan penyediaan sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung proses produksi merupakan langkah terakhir. Proses (penciptaan), yaitu cara pembuatan Lampu Hias dari Stik Es Krim ini dimulai dari penataan bahan dan alat hingga Improving Light siap dipasarkan. Produk akhir atau result adalah transformasi Stik Es Krim menjadi Lampu Hias yang dapat digunakan dan dijual kepada pelanggan. Tahap terakhir adalah evaluasi, yang dilakukan setelah produksi produk Lampu Hias selesai. Pada titik ini, kami akan membahas kekurangan yang menyebabkan pelanggan merasa tidak nyaman menggunakan produk kami. Proyek akhir dalam program PKM-K yang menggunakan Stik Es Krim adalah menghasilkan kerajinan berbentuk Lampu Hias atau LASTIK. Kerajinan ini memiliki nilai jual, dapat mengajarkan siswa bagaimana berinovasi dan berkreasi dalam proses pengolahan limbah Stik Es Krim serta dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk berlatih berwirausaha dengan pemahaman konsep kewirausahaan yang komprehensif, dan dapat menginspirasi siswa untuk memulai dalam berbisnis.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Akan tetapi, UMKM masih belum memahami dalam hal pajak UMKM dan manajemen persediaan. Oleh karena itu, dengan UMKM memiliki dan paham terkait pajak UMKM dan manajemen persediaan maka dapat memudahkan kegiatan usahanya. Pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada UMKM Alfi Store yang merupakan salah satu UMKM yang berada di Piyungan Bantul. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat membantu mitra UMKM untuk memperoleh pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam hal perpajakan UMKM dan manajemen persediaan, sehingga mitra UMKM dapat menghitung pajak dan persediaan baang yang dimiliki.

Abstract

West Lombok is one of the regencies with the largest coconut producer in West Nusa Tenggara. The prioritized priority is young coconuts and old coconuts, usually for the coconut milk to be taken and direct consumption for vegetables and wet snacks. In addition to the fruit that people rarely know that also has potential, namely the bones of the leaves or often called sticks, these leaves are both dry and wet at the same time they are also harvested but not utilized. So seeing its considerable potential, assistance is provided to improve the skills and income of the community in Taman Sari Village through the making of ingke (stick plates). The mentoring method consists of 3 stages, namely counseling, training, and evaluation. The main target of this mentoring activity is mothers who live in the village of Ataman Sari, West Lombok. The results of the mentoring show that the activity was attended by 25 people with a companion team of 5 people so that each handled 5 participants. After the activities were carried out it was proven to be able to increase the knowledge of 75% and the skills of the community by 70% and in addition to knowledge and skills they were also able to make ingke independently. Inke produced not only for personal use can also be sold for additional income. The results of the evaluation show that the community needs to be assisted in the creation of other ingke plates so that the production results are more diverse.

Abstract

Technological developments are growing rapidly and have brought many benefits to mankind. Its presence can alleviate all the difficulties that arise in work and human activities. Technological developments also open up employment opportunities, especially in today's digital era, many startups need jobs to create and develop a technology, just like the programmer profession. This community empowerment program through training aims to equip job seekers to have skills in applying bootstrap templates to a website in order to simplify the website design process. This program was implemented at the Tasikmalaya City Manpower Office on Thursday, October 13, 2022 with the target of fresh graduate job seekers, unfamiliar with programming, and having the desire to learn about programming in Tasikmalaya City. The curriculum used for this program is based on the standard curriculum contained in the SKKNI, namely Installing Programming Software Tools. The stages carried out are preparation, introduction, delivery of sub-topics, conclusions, applications, evaluations, additional assignments, and class arrangements. The approach used is an andragogic approach with direct learning strategies (Direct Instruction) with lecture, demonstration, practice and discussion/question and answer methods with an inductive learning model centered on the trainees (student centered learning). The evaluation process on empowerment is carried out through interview and observation techniques.

Abstract

The aim of this community service was to improve students’ English pragmatic competence. The problem of the students found in SMA Al-ghozali was that they often misunderstood the implicit meaning of words. Hence, the students needed to be given a training related to learning English pragmatics. This PkM activity involved 31 students of Al-Ghozali High School located at Jalan Permata No. 19 RT. 06 RW 05, Curug, Gudung Sindur, Bogor, West Java. The stages of training in PkM activities consisted of (1) planning, (2) implementation, and (3) evaluation. At the planning stage, three lecturers and five students of Pamulang University involved prepared a learning method and pre-test. At the implementation stage, the students of Pamulang University provided a training by presenting materials and conducting a discussion on a topic of Implicature. The students collaborated to complete the exercises given by the students of UNPAM team. They carried out correction activity accompanied by the students of UNPAM.  The students then  competed to answer questions  by using  games  in  order  to  create  a  fun  learning  atmosphere.  At the evaluation stage, the students carried out post-test. The students of UNPAM concluded the lesson and closed the training session at the end of the training. The average scores of the pre-test and post-test increased from 48.1 to 72.9 or 51.5 %. It can be said that the students’ English Pragmatics competency increases.

Abstract

Implementation in the process of electing the student council president involves information technology using the electoral system as learning for students who practice democracy directly. Activities, especially the election of the Student Council chairperson, still use media assisted by simple information, namely in the form of sheets of paper, and are still not effective. The problem faced requires a new motivation that is easier to guide information on the election of the Student Council chairperson in Palembang City Senior High School as well as minimizing information fraud in the election and facilitating the election of the Student Council chairperson. This study introduces the E-Voting Website to Student Council Palembang City by bringing up the idea of implementing the Student Council chairman election by utilizing development information.
