Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of permissive parenting on the socio-emotional development of early childhood in Kindergarten in Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The research location is in Al-Hidayah Kindergarten. The population in this study were all students and parents of Al-Hidayah Kindergarten students totaling 31 students along with their parents. Group A consists of 15 children, group B consists of 16 children. As for the sample, the researcher took 16 parents and 1 teacher (homeroom teacher). The method used in this research is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using the results of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the Regression Correlation Coefficient formula. The results showed that the results of research conducted through the results of questionnaires and interviews obtained the results of the calculation of the regression correlation coefficient where the value of the regression Y = a + bX = 2.33 + 0.78 . a = 2.33 means that if the influence of parenting has a value of 0 (none) then social emotional development has a value of 2.33. b = 0.78 means that if the permissive parenting is 1, it will affect the emotional social has a value of 0.78. And the coefficient value where the coefficient value is 0.06, it can be seen that there is a relationship or influence of permissive parenting on the socio-emotional development of early childhood.

Abstract

Early childhood is a unique individual who needs to given learning differently from children over their age. Early childhood learning is presented through playing or making toys. Through activity of making toys make children have good knowledge without them knowing it. Activities to make APE can stimulate various aspects of children's abilities. Fine motor abilities are one of aspects that cannot missed in the provision of stimulus. Purpose of this study is explore effective learning activities to stimulate fine motor skills of early childhood age 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina Abiansemal. This research was carried out using qualitative descriptive research methods. Results showed effective learning was carried out using interesting and fun learning methods. Obstacles experienced by teachers in developing stimulation of fine motor skills are factors from inside and outside the child. Impact of stimulating fine motor abilities of children aged 5-6 years through activity of making educational game tools shows positive and negative impacts. Data obtained, seen that positive impact more than negative impact so that stimulation provided also better. Teachers have tried resolve negative impact so this learning method can continue to be applied.

Abstract

Finding out whether natural material media can be effort to improve numeracy ability of children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Kumara Ngurah Rai II, is the purpose of this study, considering the problems experienced in PAUD Kumara Ngurah Rai II, namely the limited provision of concrete media in early numeracy which requires large enough budget. Class action research or commonly called PTK is type of this study, the object observed is the early numeracy abilities and 22 children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Kumara Ngurah Rai II Getasan Village, Petang District, Badung Regency consisting of 7 women and 15 men will be subject of this study. PTK was held early March 2022, then resumed in April to May 2022 the total is 3 months. Data collection methods used are teacher observation sheets, interviews and documentation. Divided into 2 cycles, research in cycle I children have increased compared to the results of pre-action, namely the percentage of developing according to expectations as many as 8 people (36.4%) to 9 people (40.90%) but the success criteria have not been achieved so that it continues to cycle II with an increase to develop very well as many as 19 people at a percentage of 86.36%. Results of the study showed that natural material media can be used to improve the early numeracy ability of children aged 5-6 years at PAUD Kumara Ngurah Rai II Getasan Village, Petang District, Badung Regency.

Abstract

One of the nation's heritages that should always be preserved is traditional games, but in today's digital era, traditional games are less popular with children, some even don't know what traditional games are. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of traditional games in the digital era and their integration in early childhood education. The research site is in RA Al-Fayunasra, Danau Pulai Indah Village, Kempas District. The subjects in this study were the principal, 4 teachers consisting of 2 class teachers and 2 core teachers, students who stood from Group A and Group B, totaling 21 children. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Analyzed using the Miles & Huberman technique, the validity of the data using data triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of traditional games at RA Al-Fayunasra is integrated in two forms, namely during the learning process and when children are resting/playing and waiting to be picked up. During the learning process, traditional games are used as opening activities, namely the domikado game and the big circle and small circle. When the core activities of the game applied were hompimpa and uset games. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of traditional games in early childhood education can be integrated both in the learning process and when children are outside the classroom.

Abstract

Sociologically, the family has important role in the parenting process. This role is carried out by parents, especially mothers. Currently, there is a part of mothers not only work in the domestic sector but also in the public sector. This means that this parenting role needs to be taken by other socialization agents so that parents can still work. So this study aims to determine the rational choice of parents to leave their children in the TPA and to find out the process of parents choosing Siti Walidah Baby Daycare as a substitute daycare place. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The study included daycare manager and 5 informants from the parents. In determining the subjects in this study, the authors used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of parents or guardians choosing the full daycare program, entrusting more than one child, and having children aged 0 to 5 years. According to the study's findings, all research subjects, as parents, have the same motivation for leaving their children in daycare; whereas they previously began with their situation and their partners, who work 8 hours a day in office operations and no one takes care of children at home, they are now looking for other alternatives to fill the role. child care, compare one day care center with another, and also consider all aspects to decide the choice they take. In the end, they decide to go with Siti Walidah Babysitting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's example in forming the Islamic character of PAUD IT Bunayya Pekanbaru students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Analyzed using the Miles & Huberman technique, the validity of the data using data triangulation. The location of this research is in PAUD IT Bunayya Jalan Putra Panca Sei Mintan Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru Village, with six research subjects namely, the principal, and 5 class teachers. The results of this study indicate that the example displayed by the teacher is an effective way to form students' Islamic character, as can be seen that Islamic character is already attached to students, so that students implement these character values ​​in everyday life. Efforts made by teachers and schools so that Islamic character values ​​are attached to children are through example, consistent habituation, giving praise and motivation, evaluating teacher performance, reflection and building good cooperation with parents. Based on the results of the research that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the role model is a very appropriate and effective method to shape the Islamic character of early childhood, because the values ​​of the Islamic character are internalized in the child directly.

Abstract

The attitude of tolerance is one of the character education that must be instilled and applied in children. The task of parents and educators in providing understanding and example by planting from an early age. This study examines the book The Tale of the Animal Save the Leatherback Turtle by Titi Anisatul Laely and Mokhamad Nur Zaman from the aspect of tolerance for early childhood. Fairy tale books are one of the interesting media in instilling tolerance in early childhood. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inculcation of tolerance in early childhood in the book Tale of Animals to Save Leatherback Turtles by Titi Anisatul Laely and Mokhamad Nur Zaman. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a textual analysis approach or library research in the form of literature review. The data source is from the book Fairy Tale of Animals to Save Leatherback Turtles by Titi Anisatul Laely and Mokhamad Nur Zaman. Data collection using documentation. Data analysis was carried out in several ways, namely data reduction, data classification, and verification of data information. The results of the study determine and identify that attitudes or behaviors that reflect the cultivation of an attitude of tolerance are mutual respect, help and accept differences (humble). These three attitudes are attitudes of tolerance that must be instilled from an early age in children, so that children can be accepted in a wider environment and can socialize with others.
