Abstract

A study of Analysis Salmonella-Shigella in Sate Sauce, was conducted in Biology Laboratory, Faculty of  Biology University Medan Area. The purpose of this study was to find out the bacteria found in the street vendors sate and detect the presence of Salmonella-Shigella in the sample. The results showed that the total number of total bacteria in sample was 24 x 104 CFU. Detection of Salmonelle-Shigella was done by growing bacteria on selective medium of Salmonella Shigella Agar (SSA) and showed positive results for Salmonella bacteria presence by the change of media color from green to blue.

Abstract

Today, more companies recognize the importance of retaining current customers. Many markets have settled into maturity and there are not many new customers entering most categories. Competition is increasing and the cost of attracting new customers are raising. Offensive marketing typically cost more than defensive marketing, because it takes a great deal of effort and spending to coax satisfied customer away from competitors. The best approach to customer retention is make long-term mutual relationship through relationship marketing programme. Relationship marketing is cross-functional marketing. It is organized around processes that involve all aspect of the organization. This new marketing perspective focus on creating, maintaining and enhancing strong relationship with customers and other stakeholders with goal is to deliver long-term superior customer value more than its competitor.

Abstract

According to fiqh, husband or wife’s appostation (murtad) becomes the marriage fasid (imperfect), void by law, while according to Compilation of Islamic Law article 116 letter “H”, “murtad that makes unharmonious in the household” is one of reason for divorce. The word murtad it self should be enough to be a reason without any sentence “that makes unharmonious in the household.”. It is according to article 40 and 44 KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law) that forbidding interfaith marriage.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan koperasi sebagai penunjang ekonomi masyarakat berkembang dengan pesat, demikian juga halnya di kota Pekanbaru. Koperasi simpan pinjammenjadi lembaga penyedia modal usaha kecil dan menengah.  Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Pekanbaru sebagai penanggung jawab pembinaan dan pengembangan koperasi, memiliki kendala dalam penilaian kinerja koperasi simpan pinjam khususnya kecamatan Tampan. Hal ini dikarenakan  setiap koperasi tersebut belum memiliki aplikasi layanan simpan pinjam dan penilaian kinerja layanannya secara  baik. Tujuan penelitian yakni membangun model  dan implementasi  aplikasi layanan simpan pinjam pada  koperasi. Kinerja layanan diukur berdasarkan lima (5) faktor, yaitu : permodalan, kualitas, manajemen, efisiensi dan likuiditas. Tahapan pengujian dan evaluasi sistem dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metoda Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) digunakan untuk menilai kinerja layanan.Hasil penelitian berupa penilaian kinerja dengan kriteria: Sangat Sehat, Sehat, Cukup Sehat, Kurang Sehat dan Sangat Tidak Sehat. Hasil aplikasi  dapat dijadikan pertimbangan untuk evaluasi dan pengembangan koperasi selanjutnya. Kata Kunci : aplikasi, penilaian kinerja, koperasi, simpan-pinjam, Metoda AHP

Abstract

Kajian tentang penapisan jamur tanah penghasil senyawa antimikroba yang diisolasi dari Bangka dan Taman Wisata Alam Sibolangit dan kemampuannya menghambat pertumbuhan jamur penyakit tanaman telah dilakukan. Tiga puluh isolat jamur diisolasi dari tanah menggunakan agar dektrosa kentang. Jamur yang ditemukan termasuk genus Penicillium, Aspergillus, Fusarium, Curvularia, Rhizomucor, Paecilomyces, Moniliella, Eupenicillium, dan Trichoderma, dan empat jamur tidak dapat diidentifikasi yaitu sp.1, sp.2, sp.3, dan sp.4. Jamur yang paling sering ditemukan dari genus Aspergillus dan Penicillium. Empatbelas isolat berpotensi menghambat pertumbuhan pertumbuhan Ganoderma boninense dan Fusarium oxysporum. Tidak ada isolat yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan Penicillium citrinum. Ekstrak methanol Penicillium sp.1 menunjukkan kemampuan terbesar dalam menghambat pertumbuhan G. Boninense, sedangkan Penicillium sp.8 menghambat pertumbuhan F. oxysporum.

Abstract

This research is done and the reason that there are many changes happened in whether it is the makeup and clothes of the bridegroom in a wedding procession in Lubuk Alung. The changes also can be seen in the Bridesmaid(Pasumandan)’s clothes where she is no longer wearing a selendang/ scarf but tokah, just like what the bridegroom wear. The focus of this research is the makeup on the face including tool, cosmetic, and working process, the style of the clothes, and the equipments used by the bridegroom and the meaning of the parts of the clothes. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with qualitative approach. The research data is collected by using interview, observation, and documentation, and monitoring technique. The result of the bride and Pasumandan’s make up in Lubuk Alung from makeup artists showed that: 1) there is a similarity and difference on putting on the makeup in Lubuk Alung, whether it is the tools and cosmetic, even the process started form face cleaning, foundation, eye shadow smearing, and nose shading 2) The style of the clothes worn by the bridegroom in Lubuk Alung in the present days is very different from the clothes in the past, such as wearing pair of trousers below the ankle. 3) The accessories used by the bridegroom also very different from the past, in the present, the star necklace and rago-rago are no longer worn by the bridegroom. 4) Almost all of the makeup artists do not understand the clothes of the bridegroom in the past and the meaning of each part of the clothes.Keywords : Bridal makeup, pasumandan, clothes and accessories

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze changes in the use of color gray hair with coconut oil and papaya seeds are assessed in terms of hair color. The study consisted of three different treatment control group, the experimental group the first and the second experimental group. The study was quasi-experimental study with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design and Engineering voluntary sampling was purposive sampling. Samples were five mothers who have never had hair coloring and have 25% gray hair. Data analysis is a variant analysis and Duncan test. The results showed that the change in hair color in the control group showed no change for the better in the indicator. In contrast, the experimental group the first and the second experimental group showed significant results in each indicator. As a result, the utilization of papaya seeds against gray hair color changes significantly with frequency eskperimen second best in the group that was mixed with coconut oil. Abstract

The background of this research is the fact that the wedding ceremony and bridegroom makeup in Minangkabau is known in general in the society and the further details of this procession are only known by some particular local people in the custom. The researcher discovers that there is the difference in wedding ceremony in Kecamatan Pauh and other kecamatan in Padang, West Sumatera. The goal of this research is to discover more about the wedding ceremony and the bridegroom makeup in Kecamatan Pauh, Padang, West Sumatera. This research use qualitative research method in order to dig in a more detail information regarding the wedding ceremony and bridegroom makeup in Kecamatan Pauh, Padang, West Sumatera. The object of this research is the wedding ceremony and bridegroom makeup, and the informants in this research are four people who know the detail information about the wedding ceremony and bridegroom makeup in Kecamatan Pauh, Padang. The data is collected by doing observation, interview, documentation and the data analysis is data triangulation and reduction.The result of this research shows that the wedding ceremony and its’ sequence have some differences in the tradition between Kecamatan Pauh and other areas in Padang. In Kecamatan Pauh, the old tradition is the guide for the present tradition, even though there are some parts that have changed. The clothes of the bridegroom in the old days is pretty different with the present clothes. Thus, a clearer information about the wedding ceremony and bridegroom makeup in Kecamatan Pauh, Padang is obtained to be known for the next generation and can be conserved in the future so that this tradition will not disappear later.Kata kunci : Wedding ceremony, cosmetologys

Abstract

This research is motivated because of the presence of different perceptions expressed by personnel beauty salon in the city of Padang , seen from the indicators : Competence Affective and Psychomotor Competency . The purpose of this study was to obtain information about : ( 1 ) Perception Of Beauty Salon Personnel Competencies Affective Implement Field Experience In Industry ( PLI ) Education Prodi Makeup and Beauty Department KK FT - UNP . ( 2 ) Perception Of Beauty Salon Personnel Competence Psychomotor Implement Field Experience In Industry ( PLI ) Education Prodi Makeup and Beauty Department KK FT - UNP .This research is descriptive Quantitative which describe , explain or interpret the data as they are. The population in this study were the supervisors and employees working for about a year in a beauty salon , amounting to 40 people . The sample in this study is the entire population , which is taken by total sampling , the data used is primary data where data collection in this study conducted by questionnaire or questionnaire totaling 67 items . The data analysis technique used is the percentage of engineering and research data is processed memalalui SPSS version 16 and analyzed using descriptive statistics .The results showed that the attitude of competence scores ( Affective ) students in carrying Industrial Field Experience ( PLI ) including both categories of 83.1 % , and competence skills ( psychomotor ) students including both categories of 83.1 % . Of both indicators we can see that the perception of beauty salon personnel to student competence in the implementation of Industrial Field Experience ( PLI ) Education Program Makeup and Beauty Department KK FT - UNP was in both categories with a percentage of 83.1 % .
