Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the information system and employee performance of Bank bjb of Ciamis branch. Methodology: In this study, the determination of the sample is done by purposive judgment sampling technique that is all employees of Bank bjb of Ciamis branch involved in operational of Bank bjb of Ciamis branch. The number of research samples is 92 respondents. The analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings: The results of this study indicate that there is significant effect of human resource and data quality on the implementation of information system. While, management support has no significant effect on the implementation of information system. Furthermore, human resource quality and management support have no significant effect on employee performance. While, data quality and the implementation of information system have significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research study is a case study conducted in PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas. This research entitled “Invesment Feasibility Analysis in the Context Ex-pansion (Case Study of PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas)”. The objective of this research study is to determine the expansion in fixed assets that will conducted by PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas feasible in the term of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period methods. Population and sample in this research is PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas, using boring sampling as a sampling method.The result of the research showed: the investment in order to expand the addition of fixed assets that will be run by PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas feasible by considering the results of the analysis Internal Rate of Return method of 21% which greater than the cost of capital that has been determined of 10% (IRR>k) and Payback Period method, the investment will show a time for 4 years and 8 months 26 days to capital return on investment so that investment is feasible.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to analyze factors that considered by customers to shopping in traditional market, (2) to to analyze the differentiation of factors that considered by customers to shopping in traditional market base on income level, (3) to to analyze cutomer’s opinion regarding consideration to shopping in traditional market or modern market base on comodity.Sampel in this research are 100 responden with criteria have shoped in traditional market and modern market, 15 yers old or more, and shopping by self decision.Factor analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis used to examine the hypotheses.. The results of this research shown that (1) There are 8 factors that considered by customers to shopping in traditional market, (2) There is no differentiation of factors that considered by customers to shopping in traditional market base on income level, (3) there is no differentiation of factors considered by customers to shopping in traditional market or modern market base on comodity.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure the affect of customer satisfaction to word of mouth, confirmatory factor analyses used in this research. By using 110 sample with purposive sampling. The result of this research there are positive affect train tangibles, station tangibles, personel, reliability, empathy, image to customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction affected to Word Of Mouth.

Abstract

Research on abnormal return for investors was carried out through taking population of stock from 45 companies (emitents) that belong to LQ-45 group during period of August 2004 till February 2005. The stocks that belong to LQ-45 group are stocks that have high liquidity as well as their high capitalization value.This research was focused on an event, it was president and vice presiden election, whether it had a significant effect on investors abnormal return in capital market. The research on something that is always called Event Study has the purpose to find out whether the event has an effect on stock price an it will finally effect has an effect on stock price an it will finally effect investor’s income.To find out whether there was not a significant difference between the average abnormal return 10 days before and 10 days after the election, it was tested using two side t-test with the result that there wasn’t a significant difference. President and Vice President election event is an event that can be anticipated as its execution has been known before, so what will possibly happen is who will be chosen, and how this will have research is that the event is known before so it can be anticipated by the investors.

Abstract

Not until World War II, teen become an important demographic. Their population keep increase every year. Generation Y is the richest teen ever. Moreover, Generation Yalso influence their parents spending. Teenagers fond of fashion and music. Lately they also use credit card. They need education more than adults that for their parents provide the best education services. Marketers need television, internet, video game, peers and parents to encourage them comsume. Because expand of information technology, there are global teenagers. Teenagers all over the world have some similarities on sports, music, fashion and computer. But because of local circumtances they also have differences. So that, marketers should provide different strategy to promote their product in each country. On this article I wrote some important issues about marketing to teenager such as : the history, the importance, products and services, marketing communication, and costumer behaviour of teenager.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of institusional ownership,board of directors, audit committee, company size and leverage toward Cash FlowReturn On Assets (CFROA). The population is listed banking at Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI) that chooses for 2009 until 2013 as the sample. The method of the research ispurposive sampling, there were 23 companies will be used as observation data.Analytical tool used is linier multiple regression analysis. Results show thatinstitutional ownership have not influence to cash flow return on assets. While board ofdirectors, audit committee, size firm and leverage have influence to cash flow return onassets.

Abstract

The role of SMEs in Indonesia in supporting the economy in Indonesia is quite significant. In the post-1997 crisis in Indonesia, SMEs can prove that this sector could become the foundation for the national economy. Number of SMEs also continued to increase from year to year. SMEs in developing countries is almost always the biggest economic activity in number and ability to absorb labor. Development of SMEs as one of supporting economic growth must be accompanied by the development of human resources in various aspects. HR competency development of SMEs important in order to create a quality workforce to reach corporate goals. The current study focused on SMEs Batik in Banyumas, was to examine the impact of human resource competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) on company’s performance in SME Batik Banyumas. Research conducted on 65 respondents in Banyumas showed that HR competencies affect the performance of SMEs. Skills have significant effect on the performance of SMEs. However, knowledge and abilities does not effect the performance of SMEs. The owners of SMEs Batik should pay attention to the importance of human resource competencies to improve their performance. It is also important to improve their skills through training and workshops related to batik. Owners of batik needs to involve employees in their knowledge and skills in the production process of batik that can help increase employee and company performance in the future.

Abstract

This study is an applicative study, entitled “Analysis of The Influence of Service Quality To Recommend and Revisit Intentions Are Mediated By Visitor Satisfaction (Problem Solving of Owabong Business Phenomenon)â€Â. Since the waterpark phenomenon has been growing rapidly over the past several years, visitor loyalty has emerged as a strategic imperative for this bussiness and make the waterpark manager must compete to maintain the loyalty of their visitors. The purpose of this study was to solve waterpark bussiness phenomenon, especially in Owabong waterpark. Population and subject in this study were visitors of Owabong waterpark in Purbalingga. This study empirically investigated five dimensions of service quality (facility, staff emphaty, responsiveness, assurance, and benefits), visitor satisfaction and two dimensions of visitor loyalty (recommend and revisit intentions) from waterpark. Data were collected from 110 visitor. Accidental sample technique was used for the data analysis. Through a questionnaire survey and SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis, the results of this study indicated that three dimensions of service quality (facility, staff emphaty, and assurance) hasn’t influence on visitor satisfaction. Meanwhile, two dimensions of waterpark service quality (responsiveness and benefits) has influence on visitor satisfaction and then generates two dimensions of visitor loyalty (recommend and revisit intention). Conclusions indicate that waterpark management should optimalize their facility presentation and their staff participation, and improve promotion strategies for introducting their value to visitor.

Abstract

This study analyzed the replication of unplanned purchases at online stores that exist in the kaskus.us fjb seen from the intentions and consumers of psychological factors as a stimulus, a case study at 77 kaskus.us fjb users. This study uses new variable product knowledge, consumer's esteem, consumer's excitement, e-wom, on impulse buying intention and impulse buying behavior. The study revealed that; new product knowledge and consumer's excitement to have a positive relationship to impulse buying intention. Note also that the new product knowledge, consumer's esteem, and word of mouth have a positive relationship to impulse buying behavior. And also found that a positive relationship to impulse buying on impulse buying behavior intention.
