Abstract

The aims of this research are first, to know degree of business efficiency level of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency. Second, to know the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency is less than fifty percent than the total family income. The tools analysis proposed in this research for knowing the degree of business efficiency level of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters is benefit cost ratio analysis (B/C ratio), whereas for knoing the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari toward the total family income is used comparison method (percentage). The results of this research at Traditional Hat (Caping) are first, the average of business efficiency level is efficient and the level of efficiency is 1,45. Then, the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency is 38,33 percent. It means that 61,66 percent income of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters comes from the other businesses. Based on the findings, it can be suggested that Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency should be kept maintaining and even improved by giving guidance, training and education to Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters. The government should help the income of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency by establishing a crafters cooperative. As a result, the crafter cooperative can manage the crafters income, and finally the income proportion of Traditional Hat (Caping) Crafters at Banjarsari Village Ajibarang District Banyumas Regency will increase as well.

Abstract

Development of small and medium businesses batik in subdistrict Sumpiuh,Banyumas was conducted on small and medium businesses batik Budi Djamil and BatikTata. The purpose of this activity is to provide the support equipment production andassistance to make proposals for manufacturing production equipment toDisperindagkop, Banyumas. To give counseling, training and mentoring financialmanagement, bookkeeping activities, provide education and training on the use offinancial reporting based computer information systems, especially for small andmedium businesses Batik Tata. It also give guidance about management production anddevelopment of design, conduct design of manufacture packaging and label design toincrease the sale value and customer value, and also it will bring assistance onmanagement marketing and e-marketing. Method with extension activities, training,coaching and mentoring can bring benefits that can increase the production capacity ofpartners, increasing sales turnover and overcome the problems of the partners.

Abstract

Purpose: The objective of this study is find out how the attempt to increase market performance of micro and small medium enterprises in Bekasi City. In addition, this study olso examines the effect of market orientation, product innovation, and competitiveness on market performance in the digital era. Methodology: This research was conducted by survey by distributing questionnaires to 114 micro and small medium enterprise actors. The samplingof research used non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Findings: The results indicate that market orientation and innovation  influence significantly competitiveness, market orientation influences market performance, product innovation influences market performance, and competitiveness influences market performance of small and medium enterprises in Bekasi City. Keywords: market orientation, innovation,  competitiveness, market performance , digital era, SMEs.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Koperasi Pengusaha Angkutan Kota (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011. The objectives of this research were to know the financial performance of (KOPATA) Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 and to know the tendency of financial performance of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011.The methods used in this research were financial performance analysis based on the decree of Minister of Cooperative, Small and Medium Business No.14/M.KUKM/XII/2009 consisting seven aspects such as Capital Structure, Asset Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, Independence and Growth, the Cooperative Identity and Trend Analysis.The result of this research showed that the average of financial performance scores of KOPATA Purwokerto during 2007 to 2011 was 58,10 located under the value 60 ≤ x ≤ 100, so it can be classified as “Unhealthy”. Then, the result was based on trend analysis calculation showed that its equation had negative slope (-0,125). It meant that the trend of financial performance tend to decrease or projected to fall.The implication of conclusion above was KOPATA Purwokerto should maximize its idle assets to optimize its profit for example, by expanding new business such as rental facilities and providing spar-parts needed by members. KOPATA Purwokerto should pay attention the application of 5C’s analysis such as Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition of Economic to minimize the risk and troubled loans/non performing loan

Abstract

The self-repairing capability of the development structure or innovation happens differently toward different industry and also the products. There are the differences in establishing the innovation capability of the Bandol’smakers in Banaran, Banyumas seen from the company’s measurement, operational time from the company and the educational background of the owners. The company’s measurement factor can has significant influence toward the process of establishing the innovation capability. Operational time factor can has significant influence toward the process of establishing the innovation capability. Also, the educational factor can has significant influence towardthe process of establishing the innovation capability. The implications are the Bandol’s Producers in Banaran, Banyumas need to increase the innovation capability based on the company’s type, because there are some companies that have low about this capability. Since The Company’s measurement, operational time from the company and educational background give the significant influence, therefore the owners should concern toward those variable. The increasing of the innovation capability needs to be done together with the company’s measurement, operational time and the education of the owners.

Abstract

Researches on the influence of financial performance toward corporate value have been widely conducted and showed different results. In several researches, financial performance, which is measured by profitability ratio has a positive effect on corporate value. However there are also some findings that profitability has a negative effect. Researcher predicted that there are other influencing factors. This condition drives researcher to use Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The aim of this research is to examine the influence of financial performance which is measured by profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, and activity ratio toward corporate value by considering Corporate Social Responsibility as moderating variables. The population of this research are corporates which have been the winner of ISRA (Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award) and also listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis is tested by regression analysis to find out the interactive influence of the moderating variables. The corporate value is measured by Price to Book Value (PBV), while disclosure of CSR is measured by CSR Index. The results indicate that ROE, DER, TATO and the disclosure of CSR has a positive effect toward corporate value, CR has no effect toward corporate value, and the disclosure of CSR is not able to moderate relation between financial performance toward

Abstract

Employee statifaction at the moment assumed less enough for organization to subsidize employee performance. for that's need employee engagement. employee engagement are some involvement, commitment, willing and sense of belonging towards job and organization. This research need to found degree employee engagement at Ekonomi Faculty of University Jenderal Soedirman. This research use survey method to measures level employee engagement, with three three dimensions engagement which are, organization dimension, job dimension, opportunity and growth dimension. This research have result total Employee engagement is 3.15, with with the highest level degree is employee engagement Job dimension, then followed with dimension employee engagement opportunity and growth, and employee engagement organization dimension level has lower degree.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of costumer income, costumer family consumption, price, interest, advance payment, and time expectancy of credit return toward credit demand of motorcycles sales in FIF Purwokerto. The method research is case study with logistic regression (logit) analysis. The results showed that : (1) Income, consumption, and time expectancy of motorcycle credit have significant effects; (2) Income has the bigest effect to credit demand of motorcycle because Wald score income variable bigger than its score of other variables. The implication of this research is to get credit, new costumers should think more about thier income factor.

Abstract

Basically the meaning of working capital is the capital needed by the company to finance company’s operation daily. The need of working capital for a company can be reflected from it’s sales scale volume. By the sales scale volume owned by the company, the activity level of company’s operation can be determined.The aims of research are first to analyze the tendence of working capital turnover development level observed from sales level and the tendency of working capital need observed from company’s operation turnover level at Drinking Water Loco Company of Banyumas, purbalingga and Banjarnegara Regency. It is Limited on company’s functional working capital which includes working capital elements, they are cash, inventory and account receivable. The data collected includes six year data, that is from 2000 till 2005.As the result of the research, it can be concluded that working capital turnover at PDAM Banyumas, Purbalingga and banjarnegara Regency from 2000 till 2005 tends to reduce if be folowed the sales increase and the need of working capital tends at PDAM Banyumas, Purbalingga dan Banjarnegara Regency to increase.From this research, it can be implicated that PDAM Banyumas, Purbalingga and Banjarnegara Regency must effort working capital turnover periode isn’t too long and the third Regency must pay more attention on the size of its sales level in order to create sufficient amount of working capital need suitable with company’s activity level.
