Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal, hasil belajar dan kreatifitas mahasiswa Jurusan IKK yang mengambil mata Kuliah Menghias Kue masih rendah, diperkirakan rendahnya hasil belajar ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan sumber belajar atau media pembelajaran yang ada, masih terdapatnya kekurangan pada media pembelajaran yang ada. Oleh karena itu, dirancang dan dibuatlah sebuah media pembelajaran berupa modul pembelajaran untuk mata Kuliah Menghias Kue. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan modul pembelajaran agar layak digunakan di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan Four-D (4D). Prosedur pengembangan Four-D (4D) yaitu Define (pembatasan), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran). Jenis data yaitu data primer dimana data yang diberikan oleh ahli, dosen, dan mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data deskriptif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan kevalidan dan kepraktisan modul pembelajaran . Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah sebuah modul pembelajaran Menghias Kue yang valid dan praktis bagi mahasiswa Jurusan IKK FPP UNP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi rendahnya hasil belajar yang dicapai siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pekerjaan Mekanik dan Keselamatan Kerja (PMKK), dimana terdapatnya 39 orang dari 60 orang yang mendapatkan nilai di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal 7,00. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian korelasional dimana suatu penelitian yang dirancang untuk menentukan tingkat hubungan variabel-variabel yang berbeda dalam suatu populasi pada mata pelajaran PMKK. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes hasil belajar dan angket. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan: (1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PMKK sebesar 0,59 (2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi siswa-siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PMKK sebesar 0,31 dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin dan interaksi siswa-siswa secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PMKK sebesar 0,61. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Disiplin dan Interaksi Siswa – Siswa terhadap Hasil Belajar pada Mata Pelajaran PMKK.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan supervisor di room division terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel axana padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode assossiatif kausal. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 40 orang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: (1) pengawasn supervisor berada pada kategori sangat baik (55%), (2) kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori sangat baik (57%), (3) hasil uji hipotesis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh F 1,003 dengan sig. 0,000<0,05, maka variabel pengawasan supervisor dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan secara signifikan, dengan nilai R square sebesar 0,184. Artinya pengawasan supervisor mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebesar 18,4% dan 81,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya diperoleh t 2,925 dengan tariff signifikan 0,000< 0,05. Artinya setiap peningkatan sebesar 1 satuan pengawasan supervisor akan meningkatkan 0,190 satuan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir Sampah (TPA) merupakan tempat untuk menampung pembuangan sampah dari berbagai lokasi, yang biasa cakupannya adalah satu kota. Penyingkiran dan pemusnahan sampah ke dalam tanah merupakan cara yang selalu digunakan, karena biaya relatif murah, pengoperasiannya mudah dan luwes dalam menerima limbah. Setiap TPA memiliki karakteristik air lindi yang berbeda tergantung dari proses yang terjadi di dalam landfill, yang meliputi proses fisika, kimia dan biologis. Umumnya lindi mengandung Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biology Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total dissolved solids (TDS), total organic carbont (TOC), senyawa nitrogen nitrogen dan berbagai jenis logam berat yang tinggi. Parameter pencemar yang di tinjau pada penelitian ini adalah timbal (Pb) dan Mercury (Hg). Untuk mengetahui penyebaran kontaminan, pada penelitian dilakukan permodelan matematis timbal (Pb) dan Mercury (Hg) dengan munggunakan model analitik 1-dimensi dan 2 dimensi berdasarkan persamaan adveksi dan dispersi pada air tanah dan air permukaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sungai sawah lansek yang merupakan badan air tempat mengalirnya lindi dari TPA regional kota solok. Konsentrasi timbal (Pb) dan Mercury (Hg) diukur pada 3 titik, dari hasil pengukuran tersebut diketahui bahwa sawah lansek memang tercemar oleh lindih TPA yang dilihat dari konsentrasi timbal (Pb) dan Mercury (Hg) yang sudah melebihi baku mutu. Simulasi dari timbal (Pb) dan Mercury (Hg) menunjukkan semakin lama waktu (t), input polutan yang konstan membuat beban kontaminan semakin besar. Akibatnya konsentrasi kontaminan pada t yang lebih besar akan mengalami penurunan yang lebih jauh. Hasil simulasi konsentrasi timbal (Pb) dan merkuri (Hg) telah mencapai jarak ± 100 Meter dari TPA kontaminan terus menyebar seiring bertambahnya umur TPA, kontaminan timbal (Pb) dan mercury (Hg) telah mencapai sungai Batang Lembang yang berjarak ± 2500 Meter dari TPA, dan mengalami penurunan pada jarak yang lebih jauh.

Abstract

Proses belajar pada mata kuliah Perawatan Kulit Wajah belum maksimal, hal ini disebabkan belum tersedianya media pembelajaran seperti modul pembelajaran atau e-book yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai salah satu sarana sumber belajar. Selain itu kurangnya pengembangan bahan ajar yang inovatif sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap konsep materi yang diajarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengembangkan sumber pembelajaran yaitu Modul E-Book yang valid, praktis, dan efektif pada mata kuliah Perawatan Kulit Wajah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model ADDIE mencakup lima fase utama, yakni: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, dan 5) Evaluation. Pelaksanaan penelitian pengembangan modul e-book dimulai dari tahap analisis yakni observasi kelas, dan studi pustaka, tahap perancangan terdiri dari Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) dan bahan ajarperangkat pembelajaran seperti modul e-book, tahap pengembangan menghasilkan dan memvalidasi modul ebook perawatan kulit wajah yang dilakukan oleh ahli validator, tahap implementasi berkaitan dengan praktikalitas dosen dan mahasiswa dalam penggunaan modul e-book, tahap evaluasi berkaitan dengan keefektifan modul yang diperoleh berdasarkan nilai pretest dan posttest yang terdapat peningkatan pada hasil belajar mahasiswa. Modul e-book pada mata kuliah perawatan kulit wajah layak digunakan dan dinyatakan valid untuk mata kuliah perawatan kulit wajah yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa.

Abstract

Perkembangan komputer yang semakin kompleks dapat mendorong setiap individu atau kelompok untuk menerapkannya dalam setiap aktifitas. Pengelolaan secara manual membutuhkan waktu lebih banyak. Salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kosgoro 2 Payakumbuh, Sekolah ini belum memanfaatkan database sebagai media penyimpanan dari data-datanya. Sehingga proses pencarian data akan menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama. Dengan menggunakan sebuah database, akan memudahkan pencarian data akademik seperti data guru, data penerimaan siswa baru, data sekolah dan data karyawan. Selain itu, pengarsipan data sekolah akan lebih rapi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akademik berbasis web yang dibangun dengan PHP dan MySQL dapat bekerja untuk membantu dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru. Program ini juga membantu dalam proses penyimpanan data-data siswa baru dan juga seluruh profil sekolah.

Abstract

Qualified graduates is supported by an efficient process of education, improvement of competence on an ongoing basis, and appropriate curriculum. The curriculum becomes an important part in education. Each educational institution graduates expect superior quality, good morals, knowledge and competence of skilled labor. Quality of qualified graduates will increase the demand of stakeholders to recruit workers in the industry related. It is necessary to implement a quality program in an effort to provide the best service for educational activities. This study discusses the program carried out by educational and vocational study program in electrical engineering (EEVE) achieve the goal to do assessment by AUN-QA (ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance) in evaluating the curriculum. AUN-QA aims to conduct quality assurance of courses that a member of AUN, as well as guiding and guide the university to improve and maintain the quality of the university. Researchers use qualitative research using the comparative method of ex-postfacto with the kind of correlational study. The study was conducted with data collection, such as observation, interviews, field observation and documentation study. This research resulted in the development of curriculum in vocational and educational courses in electrical engineering (EEVE), in terms of meeting the basic needs for qualified graduates, competent and professional in accordance with the standards of the AUN-QA. Through this research is expected to be a pattern for other courses to evaluate the curriculum for graduates scored an excellent, competent and qualified

Abstract

This research was based on the demands of the 21st century in which teachers should have 4 skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication). Teachers are required to change the way of teaching that initially (teacher-centered) turns into (student-centered) and able to participate to follow the development of technology. Therefore, E-book learning is needed that can present material pedagogy integrated with kolb learning and 4C's. This research aims to produce the final product in the form of valid e-book media learning, practical and effective in pedagogy subject. This was a research and development (Research and Development) research. This development research used ADDIE development model consisting of 5 stages which were Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Based on the results, e-book validation testing conducted by three validators, it obtained Aiken's score 0.9 with a valid category. The test results practicalities of the teachers and the students were 86% in the practical category. The effectiveness test results was 89.65%. Thus, it can be concluded that this research has produced a pedagogical e-book which is valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the Forming Factors of Business Interest of Students in the Department of Light Vehicle Engineering at Vocational High School 2 Payakumbuh based on the internal factors: (1) Education, (2) Personality, (3) Motivation, (4) Experience, (5) Knowledge, (6) Opportunities, (7) Commitment, (8) Discipline, and (9) Leadership. This type of study was quantitative descriptive. The study population was all TKR Department students in the academic year 2019/2020 consisting of 110 students. Then, there were 85 students as samples, using the Slovin formula with a precision of 5%. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and confirmatory analysis for hypothesis testing. Confirmatory analysis there are 9 independent variables analyzed through Anti Image Matrix Analysis, from the results of the research trial there are 2 variables: Education and Knowledge have MSA scores that do not meet the requirements: 0.338 <0.500 and 0.353 <0.500 so only 7 variables for further analysis. In the analysis of communilities there are 3 variables which have values ​​below 0.500, namely Personality: 0.477, Experience: 0.306 and Commitment: 0.475, then this variable is discarded. The results of the analysis of the research trials formed a factor group of 3.128 which means that the factor was able to explain 78.2% of the 4 variables, and 21.8% of the other variables. It can be concluded that there are 4 variables: motivation, opportunity, discipline, and leadership which are the most dominant factors.

Abstract

in the learning process of basic electricity and electronics subject, students face problems in understanding the material because it is considered as difficult without supported of adequate media. Then, the time allocation for basic electricity and electronics learning in the classroom is only four hours in a week, thus the material delivering is considered as not optimally to students. Therefore, teaching learning process needs to be supported by suitable and adequate media. The purpose of this research is mobile based learning media that is valid, practical and effective for Basic Electricity and Electronics subjects. The method of this research is Research and Development (R&D). This research and development used the Borg and Gall model that consists of several stages. The instrument used in this research is validation questionnaire that was given to material experts and media experts. The results obtained from this development research are a learning media based on mobile learning in the Basic Electricity and Electronics subjects. Based on research developed media are valid media, with the results of media validation of 0.84 and material validation of 0.74. The practical value of the results of the teacher's response of 94% and student responses of 84.24% were categorized very practical. From the posttest scores students get effective results that is 0.00 which is smaller than 0.005 which means that it is significant from the value of the experimental class and the control class.
