Jurnal Sendratasik diterbitkan 4 (empat) kali pada bulan S Maret, Juni, September, dan December denganmemuat artikel / artikel penelitian di bidang musik, tari, dan drama serta pembelajarannya. Memuat teks yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok penyunting, naskah yang digunakan adalah naskah yang lolos dan tidak pernah / tidak akan pindah ke jurnal lain. Jurnal Sendratasik menerima naskah yang memberikan wawasan tentang isu-isu terkini, dan terutama berhubungan dengan studi Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya(Seni Drama, Tari dan Musik) dengan menyebar luaskan pengetahuan di bidang-bidang yang muncul dan berkembang. Hasil riset, terdiri dari laporan ilmiah yang meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang seni secara umum, seni pertunjukan, dan pendidikan seni. Baik dalam bentuk artikel yang melaporkan hasil studi penelitian kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Artikel secara konseptual harus relevan untuk memajukan Seni Pertunjukan dan Pembelajarannya, menyajikan teori tentang seni, model, posisi filosofis, dll. Artikel juga dapat mengacu pada teori-teori ataupun materi- materi yang dikembangkan dalam praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Bahasa naskah yang dikirimkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Harus membahas tentang masalah serta kontribusi baru yang signifikan untuk bidang praktik dan pendidikan seni pertunjukan. Artikel dapat berasal dari salah satu bidang berikut: - Drama - Tari - Musik dan / atau Musik Tradisional - dan Pembelajarannya

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know what the efforts of teacherto motivate boys in Class VII.1 are. This research was qualitative research by using descriptive analysis method. It is described a particular situation. The instrument of the research was a researcher itself. The meeting for teaching and learning process was 5 times where the material that is delivered organizely. The result of the research described boys were interested to learn Minang dance. It can be seen from their high attention, discipline and responsibility during teaching and learning process. The teacher did individual approach by giving reward to boys who had done perfectly in dancing. This research is hoped to give contribution for others especially for art teachers. Abstract This article aims to reveal and explain the value of education in game recorder ensemble in MTsN Tanjung Raya. This research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained by direct observation, interviews, library research, and documentation. Data were analyzed with phenomenological techniques. The results showed, that in the game there ensemble educational aspects and attitudes for students MTsN Tanjung Raya. With the recorder ensemble extracurricular learning, then the recorder ensemble play can produce benefits to educate the attitude and behavior of students in collaboration, compliance and obedience, responsibility, discipline, and being consistent in doing and acting.

Abstract The research aimed at describing the use of music instrument Gaejuma in the society of Mentawai at Siberut Selatan Mentawai. Such traditional arts possessed by the society included vocal music, traditional music instruments and daily traditional dances. The three traditional arts were closely related to social activities such as wedding party, the coronation of shaman, the expansion of new farming area, the construction of new houses and the medication of people. One of the traditional music which was always performed during the local ceremonies in Mentawai was the music instrument Gaejuma. The performance of Gaejuma in every ceremony was to tone up the ceremonies like in the wedding party, to cure those who were sick or ill, to remove the bad spirits during the expansion of new farming area or the construction of new houses, during the coronation. Abstract The Dance Lessson is one of lesson in SD YPPI Perawang Especially for the class IV.7 SD YPPI Perawang. The goal of the study is to describe result in art at class IV.7 SD YPPI Perawang. For avoiding this problem, it takes the researching Class Aktivity ( PTK ) in class IV.7 for the second semester by the formula of observation in the student activity and the Learning Result Proses. By observing this research and the learning result in this case. Can use the tutorial in same age. It can improve the students learning result in class IV.7 SD YPPI Perawang.

Abstract This article aims to explain and reveal how to raise students' motivation in learning notation in MTsN Tarusan. During this time the teacher is plagued with low student motivation, thereby disrupting the smooth teaching and learning. The research was conducted by qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data obtained by interviews, direct observation, library research, and documentation. The research instrument is the researcher himself as a key instrument. Data were analyzed with phenomenological techniques. Results of previous studies suggest that students lack motivation in learning notation, it is caused by lack of proper teaching methods by teachers in the art of music MTsN. After the change in the method by teachers in teaching the art of music notation, reveal positive results in improving student learning motovasi notation. Means cooperative method is able to change the level of student motivation towards learning in MTsN Tarusan notation. Through cooperative pembelajran methods students have the motivation to read notation, because the element of cooperation pembnelajaran important role in practice, so that students are able to help a fellow co weaknesses of the students themselves. Abstract The article aimed at explaining and revealing the implementation of School-Based Curriculum in the learning of arts at SMP Negeri 5 Lubuk Alung. The design of the research was descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from observation, interview, and library research. The data was analyzed using phenomenology technique. The research resulted that the implementation of School-Based Curriculum was not as how it was expected. It is due to the fact that teachers did not understand the learning material so that what was in the lesson plan did not suit the material. Moreover, the teacher did not have musical arts education background. Thus, it effects on wrong way of implementation.

Abstract The research aimed at describing the improvement of students ability in playing recorder through group approach students of grade V Nusa at SD Adabiah Padang, in form of Classroom Action Research. The method used was group approach. The research was conducted in two cycles which consisted of planning, action, observation and reflection. The first cycle was done in three meetings and second cycle was done in two meetings. After the research was conducted, the students’ ability in playing recorder which was low at the beginning was gradually improved. It was seen that the data obtained where the students’ ability was only 69 before the research and 88,06 after the research.

Abstract The aim of this research is describe the study of ensambel music recorder in using training method in SMP Negeri 05 kota Pangkalpinang. This research can be categorized as qualitative research. The way of collection data of this research used observation step through learning process. The way analysis of the data in this research using qualitative research and describing the data. The result from all of the steps in this study can be briefed that learning ensambel music recorder using practise method in SMP Negeri 05 kota Pangkalpinang in the class VIII b is good, it means that practise method can increase the result of study in playing music ensambel music recorder in class VIII b in SMP Negeri 05 kota Pangkalpinang. Abstract This article aims to reveal and explain the impact of exploration methods for learning local dance elapsed areas in SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu. This research is a qualitative descriptive method. Data obtained by direct observation and interviews. Data were analyzed based on the phenomena that occur in learning, to interpret the relationship between the phenomena occurring in the learning. The results showed, exploratory methods in teaching dance at SMP Negeri 1 Banuhampu resulted in increased imagination and creative power and ability of the students in the birth of new motifs from local dance movement. Another impact is that students feel they have freedom of expression, and is able to explore the body with improvisation, so that ideas can create new movement patterns are used for local dance lessons.

ABSTRAK The research aims to describe the implementation of activity-Drum Band and the factors inhibiting the implementation of activity-Extra Drum Band at SMP 4 South Solok. This research is descriptive qualitative research. Object of study is the students of SMP 4 South Solok who participate in extracurricular activities Drum-Band. Instruments used in this study are: Primary instrument is the researcher himself as an observer (observer), participants (actors) played a role in the insider position directly in the object under study and instrument supporting documentation in the form of results from field data recording device in the form of observations, interviews and lists camera. The results describe that in terms of the location of the school and the history of the founding of the school began to get positive response from the entire community for the betterment of education for children in the future and the community with the local administration has clearly played a role in keeping the presence of schools, either directly or indirectly directly. From the research described there are two factors that affect the: factors supporting and inhibiting factors. Limiting factor is not as decisive as the contributing factors. Seen in the field supporting the dominant factor affecting the implementation of the so-Band Drum extracurricular activities can be carried out effectively and efficiently.
