Abstract

Currently, bullying behavior often occurs among students. Many studies know the causes of bullying behavior that occurs among learners. The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of social control on bullying behavior that occurs among students. Which later the behavior can be prevented or reduced. In this case, social control also affects the actions of the students. In addition, the parents and teachers must also supervise and control the activities or activities undertaken by students, so that later action of bullying that does not occur among students.

Abstract

Penanaman pendidikan literasi media massa untuk anak sekolah dasar sangat penting dan bermanfaat untuk masa depan. Pencegahan akibat negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh media massa akan lebih baik apabila dilakukan sejak dini, yaitu masih dalam sekolah dasar. Karena anak sekolah dasar akan membawa pengalaman belajarnya saat ia menjadi dewasa. Oleh karena itu penulis menjelaskan tentang hakikat dari literasi media massa, pengaruh media massa terhadap perkembangan anak sekolah dasar dan juga solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menerapkan literasi media massa pada anak sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The purpose I made this article is learning to know about extracurricular activities for the elementary school. This article is based on my opinion, analysis scientific, and theoretical review. The result from my thought is can be concluded that to increase student’s confidence the school can do that with extracurricular activities. Program extracurricular divided into two types there are extracurricular required (scouting) and extracurricular preference. Strategy the teacher to increase student confidence gives them reinforcement and a developmental approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes by using a problem-based learning model (PBL), to increase the learning activity of science through the application of learning problem based learning (PBL) model. This research focuses on the problem of how students' science learning outcomes can be improved. The method used by the study document is research by collecting and analyzing data from pre-existing researches. This study uses document studies of previous research results or better known as meta-analysts. Meta-analysis is a review of some research results in similar problems in which the summary of the results of the study was made quantitatively. Data collection in this research is done by browsing the journal in some electronic media such as a digital library, internet, and library journal collection. A journal search is done through Google Scholar. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of the learning-based learning problem model in science subjects in elementary school. Results of data obtained from several research sources published in several journals then analyzed and concluded. The results of this study indicate that the approach of learning the problem-based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of science. The results of this study indicate if there are differences in the results of science learning between students who use a problem-based learning model with students who use the conventional learning model.

Abstract

This research discussed about students motivation in reading procedure text at the first grade of SMA Ekasakti University. This research is important to conducted because with analysis students motivasion can preapared steps to increasing students reading skill.t The technique of analyzing the data the researcher was descriptive qualitative. Questionnaire was used to collect the data. The finding showed that there was any significant analysis students’ motivation. It could be showed that from 21 students in reading procedure text, there were10 students (60-79%) in good, 4 students (50-59%) and in poor,and 7 students (0-49) very poor category.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa yang rentan dengan perubahan berupa perubahan biologis, kognitif dan sosio-emosional. Perilaku remaja sebagai luapan emosi negatif dan suasana hati yang tidak menentu akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk perilaku agresif, seperti: memukul, menyerang, memaki, mengeluarkan kata-kata kasar, mengancam, memalak dan lain sebagainya. Perilaku agresif adalah perilaku fisik atau verbal yang dimaksudkan untuk merusak atau melukai orang lain, yang mengakibatkan orang lain mengalami penderitaan, sehingga mendatangkan kesusahan baik fisik maupun psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) membantu siswa menurunkan perilaku agresif dengan menggunakan konseling pendekatan kognitif perilaku, 2) memberikan keterampilan pada guru BK/konselor untuk terampil menggunakan konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui penelitian action reseach yang terdiri dari dua siklus dengan memberikan apersepsi dan tindakan dengan pendekatan konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP dan guru BK/konselor di SMP. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah interview dan observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa dampak bertambahnya keterampilan guru BK dalam melaksanakan intervensi konseling kreatif dalam bingkai kognitif perilaku yang berfokus pada pembahasan penurunan perilaku agresif siswa. Secara keseluruhan dari kedua siklus tersebut terdapat perubahan keterampilan yang dimiliki gurur BK/konselor dalam menangani perilaku agresif siswa.

Abstract

In learning a clever child must help a less intelligent child, a strong child should help the weak, and each child should encourage each other to foster a strong learning motivation. This study is based on the problems: (a) How to improve student achievement by applying the cooperative learning method of STAD model? (b) How is the influence of STAD model of cooperative learning method toward student's learning motivation? The purpose of this research are: (a) Want to know the improvement of student learning achievement after application of cooperative learning method STAD model. (b) Want to know the influence of student learning motivation after applied STAD cooperative learning model method. This research uses action research for three rounds. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is a student of Class XI IPA 1 SMAN 2 Batang Anai. Data obtained informative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activity. From the analyst's result, it is found that the students' learning achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle III that is, cycle I (65,22%), cycle II (78,26%), cycle III (86,96%). The conclusion of this research is cooperative learning method STAD model can have a positive effect on student's motivation to study grade XI IPA 1 SMAN 2 BATANG ANAI, and this learning model can be used as one of mathematics learning alternative.

Abstract

Perubahan yang terjadi sekarang ini merupakan akibat dari bergesernya aktivitas anak dalam bermain, saat ini anak lebih senang bermain menggunakan permainan digital seperti bermain games online di warnet maupun di handphone. Permainan tradisional semakin tergeser dan terlupakan dengan adanya teknologi yang semakin modern dan canggih. Padahal dampak yang ditimbulkan dari bermain video games sangat memprihatinkan, menyebabkan prestasi belajar anak menjadi menurun, membuat anak melupakan segalanya, dan yang lebih parah membuat anak terjerumus dalam tindakan kriminal. Untuk itu permainan tradisional harus dikembalikan lagi karena dapat menimbulkan dampak yang positif bagi anak, dan menciptakan generasi penerus bangsa yang berkarakter unggul.

Abstract

The background of this study is the low learning outcomes of sixth-grade students in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 04 Sariak Laweh on Math in particular for simple geometry materials. On the basic competency 8.2 about determining the nets of cube and box, the students at the first condition had the lowest score around 50 and the highest was 70 with the average score was 61, 25. In general, the percentage level of mastery learning was just about 18,75%. Therefore, there were many students who have not reached the minimum completeness standard (65 points). The research primary goal is to concretize the learning and involve students in the process of math learning to improve the students’ learning outcomes. The research subject is sixth-grade students in SDN 04 Sariak Laweh. This study conducted in two cycles, from September to October 2017. From the data analysis in the first cycle, it can be reported that the percentage of students’ learning outcomes increased from 18.75% to 81.25%. Based on the data analysis it is generally can be concluded that the learning outcomes experienced an increase significantly in the context of cognitive, psychomotor, and effective. In addition, the teachers are confident to deliver the materials with little weakness, such as time control. In addition, the students also have learning outcome improvement and the students’ are no longer fear and ashamed to answer the questions for the teachers.

Abstract

Studying the concept of number is part of the learning procedure of counting. Learning to count is one lesson that had to be given to early childhood. Ability to know the concept of numbers can be done in various ways packaged in an interesting and innovative, so as to foster interest in learning and teaching children to know the concept can be conveyed to the maximum number. One way to improve a child's ability in the concept of number is a manipulative play, manipulative play is a play that involves hand-eye coordination and motor skills. Children need the opportunity to work on a delicate skill that involves little more control and direction. Playing the manipulative develop a sense of coordination, challenging their little finger to follow the line or use their tools properly. To increase interest in learning mathematics to children in kindergartens. This study was performed in group A in kindergarten IT Ar-Rahmah.
