Abstract

This study aims to improve the primary schools learning on subjects mathematics with material cube root. Conventional methods do teachers in learning activities mathematics make the student’s hard to understand and complete the task. this with proven results learns obtained students well below the standard. With the help of the table, numbers cube is expected to students can be easier to understand and resolve problems related to the cube root. research methods used is a class action research aimed at improving learning done teacher so that the student learning outcomes increase. The results indicate that the student learning outcome increase. So it can be concluded that the use of the table numbers cube can increase the understanding and student learning outcomes in material cube root.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru masih monoton sehingga hasil belajarnya masih di bawah KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Belajar) yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 80. Permasalahan yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI siswa kelas 1V.C SD Negeri 014 Simpang Tetap Darul Ihsan Dumai Tahun Ajaran (2016/2017). Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dan setiap siklus dua kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 25 orang siswa. Data awal dari penelitian ini adalah materi pembelajaran sebelum tindakan dengan hasil siswa yang mencapai nilai ketuntasan berjumlah 7 orang atau 28% meningkat pada siklus I sebanyak 14 orang atau 56%. Pada siklus II juga terjadi peningkatan yaitu sebanyak 23 orang atau 92%. Dari penelitian ini juga diperoleh informasi bahwa siswa akan semakin aktif dalam pembelajaran. Rata-rata aktivitas siswa pada siklus I aktivitas siswa memperoleh 71,11% dengan kategori baik dan rata-rata siklus II menjadi 94,45% dengan kategori baik sekali. Aktivitas guru juga semakin baik, pada pertemuan pertama siklus I jumlah skor aktivitas guru adalah 49 (65,33%) meningkat menjadi 58 (77,33%) pada pertemuan kedua. Kemudian meningkat lagi menjadi 67 (89,33%) pada siklus II pertemuan pertama dan terakhir 75 (100%) pada pertemuan kedua Dari penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa, dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa, aktivitas mengajar guru dan meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI siswa.

Abstract

The paper describes the best practice experience of the author to manage school to establish and develop a positive culture of school empowering school resources by implementing Class-Based Management of human resources in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 38 Payakumbuh. Positive cultures relate to the time, discipline, cleanliness, learning, and embarrassment culture, of class members. The positive culture was developed into school culture. The result is changes in attitudes and personalities of school residents, conductive school climate, learners centered, and the increase of creativity of learners. Key to the success of Dedication, Effort, Initiative, Transparency, Prayer, Organizing, Loyalty, Activity, and Reflection, abbreviated DUIT POLAR.

Abstract

This research aims to figure out the position of attitude of undergraduate students of special education programmes, Faculty of Education, State University of Jakarta toward improvement socialisation skills of students with intellectual disabilities through inclusive education. This research used likert scales. The sample of this research was 30. This study used purposive sampled. The reliability of the instrument used Alpha Cronbach is 0.96 compared to r table on a= 0.05 is 0.63. Data analysis used planagan formula. Score limit for positive position is 27% from top’s scores and negative position is 27% from bottom’s scores. The highest score is 123 and the smallest score is 89. Score average is 105.16. The result figure out the attitude of undergraduate students in between positive and negative

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the significant differences of motivation and learning outcomes of science students are learned through the implementation of a guided inquiry learning model with a group of students who were taught through conventional learning in class V SDN 02 Cupak Tangah Padang City. Based on the normality and homogeneity test on the data obtained from the experimental group and the control group is normal and homogenous distribution. The hypothesis test is then tested with t-test and shows thitung = 3.027 and ttable = 2,000 with db = 63 (n1 + n2 - 2 = 32 + 31-2 = 63) and 5% significant level. Based on the test tcount> ttable (3.027> 2,000) then H0 rejected and Ha accepted with the conclusion, "student learning outcomes that apply Inquiry learning model is better than student learning outcomes that apply the conventional learning model in class V SDN 2 Cupak Tangah Padang 2016/2017 ".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between reading habits with Indonesian Language learning results in SD Negeri Tingkir Tengah 02. This type of study using the quantitative-correlational study to see the relation between two variables. There are two variables used in this study is the habit of reading results (X) and Indonesian Language learning(Y). The instruments used in this study is now the habit of reading and learning result of Indonesian Language. The Pearson correlation test result shows the correlation coefficient of 0.010 in the interval coefficient of 0.00 – 0.199 and the significance coefficient 0.949>0.005of alpha coefficients. Then the conclusion of the execution of the study is there is a very weak correlation, positive, and not significant between the habit of reading with Indonesian Language learning result SD Tingkir Tengah 02.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the utilization of Smart Tree Photosynthesis media in science learning in grade V primary school. This research begins from the low learning outcomes of students of class V SDN 11 Air Kalam in science learning with abstract materials. The reason for teachers using more abstract material because the school did not have the appropriate media for learning these materials. Students were uninterested, less motivated, and the learning process did not provide a meaningful experience to students. So the learning outcomes did not reach the specified target. In the early study of science learning with photosynthesis material, only 5 of 33 students who achieve mastery of 70%. The author makes three-dimensional media Smart Tree Photosynthesis as one solution to solve the problem. Based on the results of reflection on two cycles, it can be seen that there was a better activity of student learning outcomes. The grade average value reached 85.76 after the evaluation. So, it can be concluded that the utilization of three dimensions of Smart Tree Photosynthesis media in science learning with the material of making food on green plants is able to improve student learning outcomes, and the lesson presented by the teacher is more meaningful for the students.

Abstract

Every child has a dream. Nowadays, the ideals of children tend not to be interested in the agricultural sector it becomes a big problem. If young generations are not interested in agriculture then it can cause problems in the future. The profession as a farmer is considered primitive and does not guarantee welfare. In order to attract the interest of children, it is necessary to improve development in the agricultural sector, so that farmers can gain prosperity. Schools, teachers, and parents hold important roles to support children so that they have the passion and willingness to understand the agriculture sector. It needs early effort to introduce to children anything about agriculture so that the love and tolerance of children can grow. Giving scholarships to children for continuing their education can also be done to increase the number of farmers in the future.

Abstract

Readiness is someone condition that makes it ready to give a response in makes the point particular to the situation. This research intent for (1) describe teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school one City of Padang is seen of science aspect, (2) describe teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school the one City of Padang is seen of skill aspect, (3) describe teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school the one City of Padang is seen of attitude aspect. This observational type is observational descriptive quantitative. Indigenous observational population teacher brazes elementary school (SD) one City of total Padang 429 teachers braze 4, 5 and 6. The sample were taken to utilize Technic Cluster Random Sampling, so gotten by sample amount as much 37 teachers braze 4, 5, and 6. Research performed by administers instrument questionnaires. Data analysed by percentage analysis. The research findings reveal the teacher readiness braze to perform guidance and counselling service at elementary school one City of Padang in the good category.
