Abstract

Becoming a female worker abroad, especially in Middle Eastern countries, Malaysia is the dream and hope for most women and families in Lebak Kepuh Village. Family poverty factor is the main reason for families to send their children to work abroad. Working as farm laborers and getting caught up in loan sharks forced these families to send their children to become TKW. Private Indonesian Employment Service Delivery Companies (PPTKIS) have sprung up as a connector between workers and overseas job providers. However, unfortunately, many of these PPTKIS are not registered with the Ministry of Manpower and some are looking to the villages to seduce women to be sent to work abroad or in the capital city with the lure of a large salary. Even though this is often not true. Instead of getting a job, they are even traded in the trafficking of people into commercial sex workers and / or into illegal labor. This activity aims to socialize Law Number 21 of 2017 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons. The causes, methods, methods and consequences of victims of trafficking in persons are presented and described in this activity. This includes serious legal sanctions that will be imposed on parties who deliberately commit the criminal act of trafficking in persons. Village officials ranging from neighborhood units, neighborhood units to village officials are at the forefront of preventing criminal acts of trafficking in persons because the form of trafficking begins with manipulating population data for poor families who want to send their children to work in public families, reporting companies that supply illegal foreign workers to the authorities. is an effort to stop the criminal act of trafficking in persons (women) in Desa Lebak Kepuh , Kecamatan Lebak , Serang Regency.

Abstract

Risiko tinggi ibu hamil merupakan keadaan kehamilan yang dapat mengakibatkan bahaya kemungkinan terjadi komplikasi pada ibu hamil, bahkan kematian ibu saat melahirkan dan janin. Hasil studi pendahuluan pada kader Posyandu di kelurahan Tejosari kota Metro dari 16 kader yang aktif masih kurangnya kemampuan kader mengenali risiko tinggi kehamilan. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan kader dengan tujuan PKM adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan kader Posyandu tentang deteksi dini ibu hamil risiko tinggi dengan pendekatan kartu skor poedji rockjati (KSPR) dan meningkatkan ketrampilan pengukuran tekanan darah dan LILA. Kegiatan pemberdayaan kader dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, small group discussion dan praktik ketrampilan dengan simulasi. Hasil kegiatan PKM menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dari rata-rata pengukuran pre test 69,67 menjadi 82,40 pada pengukuran post test dan ketrampilan dasar kader setelah pelatihan pengukuran tekanan darah dari hasil observasi rata-rata semua cukup baik dan untuk ketrampilan pengukuran LILA diperoleh hasil semua baik. Kesimpulan bahwa pemberdayaan kader Posyandu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang deteksi dini ibu hamil risiko tinggi. Perlu dilakukan pemantauan kemampuan kader langsung ke ibu hamil dalam melakukan fungsi edukasi.

Abstract

Game merupakan industri yang sangat besar saat ini.Menurut data asosiasi IP development, Cipta Kreasi (CAKRA) pasar game Indonesia pada 2018 lalu mencapai US$1,13 miliar atau setara Rp 16 triliun (asumsi Rp 14.000/US$). Sayang game buatan lokal hanya menguasai 0,2%. Sisanya dikuasai game buatan luar negeri. pemerinta harus fokus untuk mendorong produksi game nasional menjadi sektor unggulan untuk membantu perekonomian nasional. Untuk meningkatkan industri kreatif bidang game maka diperlukan kegiatana pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dan siswa dalam membuat game dengan berbagai software yang ada melalui pelatihan. software yang digunakan untuk pembuatan adalah software construk 2.0 tahapan yang dilakuakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pre test, pemberian materi pelatihan,praktik pembuatan game, post test dan pemantauan hasil. kegiatan program pengabidan masyarakat untuk peningkatan pengetahuan pembuatan game dalam rangka penegenalan industrikreatif dengan cara pelatihan dapat mewujudkan wirausaha baru di bidang industri kreatif.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai proses pengembangan potensi diri untuk unggul secara spritiual, pengendalian diri, kecerdasan knowledge, kepribadian dan memiliki akhlak mulia. Pesantren merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan ilmu umum dengan sistem pembinaan twenty four hours (full time 24 jam) diharapkan membentuk kepribadian peserta didik yang baik kini menjadi lembaga yang menakutkan dengan adanya kasus-kasus kekerasan terjadi di asrama (tempat pendidikan pesantren) yang berdampak pada trauma berkepanjangan bagi korban kekerasan. Fokus utama program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan Hukum dan Pengawasan penegakan aturan di Pesantren, bertujuan untuk efektivitas penerapan hukum dalam lingkungan secara dini di Pesantren, khususnya dalam lingkungan Pesantren Assaadah. Tujuan khusus yang diharapkan tercapai melalui program pengabdian ini yaitu perbaikan kualitas pendidikan dan kepribadian siswa pesantren dan menciptakan kedisiplinan dilingkungan pesantren sehingga tercipta pola komunikasi dan penanganan perilaku menyimpang yang efektIf dan efisien.

Abstract

Antiseptics are substances that can inhibit the growth and development of pathogenic microorganisms such as viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi. aloe vera is a functional plant that is widely cultivated in Indonesia. Research shows aloe vera contains saponins, flavonoids, polyphenols, and tannins which are antiseptic. By utilizing aloe vera in Renon village, especially on Jalan Tukad Badung 18, Bali, South Denpasar, it can help local communities to maintain or develop the family economy during this pandemic. By introducing innovative and creative antiseptic products or hand sanitizers and the addition of aloe vera and lime juice, this product can make this product a way of dealing with viruses and bacteria in the midst of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia so that people can maintain a healthy lifestyle.One of the goals is to make innovative products that are good for health and open employment opportunities for students and the general public. Hand sanitizers made of aloe vera are effective at killing germs and are also very efficient and economical during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

With these various advantages, it is necessary to further develop it to increase the income and welfare of the people in Islamic boarding schools which have the potential for managing economic empowerment with a large number of students. This of course requires assistance to the production and business management aspects of partners in each Islamic boarding school. Productive business institutions in Islamic boarding schools have complex institutional characteristics, so that the dynamics that occur between business actors greatly affect the performance of these productive businesses. This program is an empowerment activity for members of the “Insan Mandiri” Joint Business Group (KUB) of the Al Insan Kerotek Islamic Boarding School, Cibeber District, the output target to be achieved in this empowerment activity, namely the availability of intensively maintained productive efforts for Islamic boarding school students and the availability of the application of appropriate technology. simple activities in running productive businesses for joint business groups among students through web design training. The web design training method for students uses an open source web with simple steps for making it. It is hoped that this web design training can improve the competence of students in carrying out the promotion of the products of the students' work and business more optimally and are widely known by the public.

Abstract

This activity is carried out in collaboration with 3 Universities in the City of Tasikmalaya with the Financial Services Institution in the Capital Market to develop student competencies through an apprenticeship training program. This activity is carried out for 30 working days starting from February 2021 to March 2021 with a rotating system considering the training period during the Covid 19 pandemic. Internships are carried out online and once a week carried out offline with a rotating system to avoid crowds and maintain health protocols. With this work apprenticeship, it is hoped that students participating in the apprenticeship who are final year students can prepare themselves in the real world of work after graduating from college, where apprenticeships are also expected to be able to apply the theories obtained during college to be able to apply them in companies or institutions where they work. This activity is carried out with assistance from lecturers and tutors from the company. The implementation of this internship resulted in participants being able to learn firsthand the stock trading system at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with direct supervision of the trading market and be able to see how the marketing administration of opening a share account.

Abstract

Public relations (public relations) are one of the processes in building the image of an institution. Social media has emerged as a flexible and informative means of communication. Social media is one of them because of features such as sharing text or writing, photos and videos. with assistance carried out in terms of making social media, processing content and publishing content on facebook, instagram and youtube, boarding school administrators can interact with the wider community, improve the image of the institution despite the limited human resources and funding with the right digital branding strategy.

Abstract

The golden period of growth and development of children occurs from the beginning of pregnancy until birth and children are 2 years or 1000 days. The impact of children not being stimulated can be growth disorders and delays. The problem of delays or deviations in child development is still a problem for children in Indonesia. The role of cadres needs to be increased to stimulate early detection and early intervention of developmental deviations. This activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres in early stimulation and intervention for growth and development, so as to be able to find early developmental deviations in toddlers. This activity uses a training method with education using modules and simulations using a developmental pre-screening questionnaire. The participants of the activity were the Melati Cadre and Kenanga Cadre totaling 14 people and 19 infants under five in the West Hadimulyo sub-district, Metro Central district, Metro city. Evaluation of activities was carried out by pre-test and post-test and assessment of the skills of cadres to stimulate development using developmental pre-screening questionnaires. The results of the activity obtained increased knowledge and skills of Integrated Service Post cadres to stimulate development with a developmental pre-screening questionnaire. The enthusiasm of the cadres in this activity and the support of partners, so that the activity can be smooth and successful. It is necessary to follow up the implementation of cadre skills directly during early stimulation activities and interventions for the growth and development of children of various ages

Abstract

Maintaining cleanliness and environmental health from an early age is one of the most important factors that must be considered in everyday life, especially now that our country and even the world is experiencing a covid-19 pandemic, therefore personal and environmental health needs to be considered, especially for children. children and elderly parents. The problems faced by service partners, which lie in the lack of knowledge about maintaining cleanliness during the covid-19 pandemic, and the lack of supporting facilities such as: hand sanitizers, masks, etc. The purpose of holding this service activity is to increase knowledge to the community about the importance of clean living. The implementation method carried out in this activity is through the socialization stage, the preparation stage and the evaluation stage. The result is an increased understanding in the community about the importance of keeping the environment clean, by always washing hands after leaving the house, maintaining distance, not littering, and always wearing masks when doing activities outside the home.
