Abstract

Multiple intellegences are instructions of Indonesian National Anthem, Indonesia Raya, “.... “Bangunlah Jiwanya, Bangunlah badannya, untuk Indonesia Raya””. To construct multiple intellegences must to be done from childhood, because this is gold periode. The implementation of multiple intellegences in BCCT or Center learning model in childhood education consist of linguistic, logical mathematic, musical, bodily kinesthetic, spatial, interpersonal, intra personal, naturalistic, extensional and spiritual intelligence. These intelligences are implemented in playing activities in centers or BCCT (Beyond Centers and Circle Time) learning model which consist of Block Center, reading and calculating center , creativity center, micro and macro role play center, praying center and natural center.

Abstract

Textbook research is an important so that the quality of text books is always maintained. The purpose of this study is to describe and report the results of an analysis of the readability or feasibility of Indonesian textbooks that are widely used in schools in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with observation techniques. The collected data were analyzed according to the symptoms assessed in the study and then described. The results of the study concluded that 44.4% were in the appropriate category, 33.3% were in the inappropriate category, and 22.2% were in the invalid category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe M. Quraish Shihab's views on character education through the study of the al-mishbah tafsir book. This study used a research library method. Data collection is done by reading, understanding, analyzing, comparing existing data and then grouping them according to their respective characteristics through the Critical Discourse Analysis model. The results of the research show that in Surah Al-Furqan verses 63-70 that actions called character are being wise, generous, not killing people except for reasons justified by syar a' (Islamic law), praying a lot and repenting, and keeping yourself from committing free sex. Meanwhile, the values ??of character education that can be understood are that if good character is conveyed to students continuously and systematically it is able to shape the personality and character of a strong Muslim, so that they can display and apply the values ??of Islamic teachings in their life.

Abstract

Nowadays, social media has become an integral part of student life, they use social networking sites to connect with friends and family. This study involved enhancing student learning experiences facilitated through social networking sites for educational purposes called Edmodo. This study aims to explore students' perceptions about the use of Edmodo as a complementary tool in learning. At the end of the lecture, 94 students who participated in this study completed a 5-Likert-scale survey questionnaire containing 30 items and 4 open-ended questions online. The findings reveal that Edmodo is considered a useful and beneficial learning tool for addressing deficiencies in face-to-face traditional classrooms because it provides various features that support student learning processes. As support for learning, Edmodo is considered an effective learning tool because it increases student motivation, flexibility, and participation in online learning activities. Further research is suggested on the use of Edmodo in students with different educational levels, cultural backgrounds and learning styles. These findings prove the pedagogical advantages of developing and designing blended learning classes.

Abstract

Twitter has turned from a niche service to a mass phenomenon. It is an online social networking tool in which users post 140 character updates of what is going on in their lives along with links to things they think are interesting, funny, or useful to their followers. The statuses are human speech acts underwriting. This research aims to describe the linguistic form of expressive utterances and describe the intentions of expressive utterance in status updates on social media Twitter used by students of STKIP Muhammadiyah Bogor. The type of this research is a descriptive qualitative research in which the writer used documentation and observation method as the method of collecting data. The data of this research are written utterances made by students of the English Department in STKIP Muhammadiyah Bogor. A set of questionnaire was given to all the sixth semester of English education in order to assess their attitude and feedback toward the expressive utterances of statues update on social media Twitter. The result of findings from the data of expressive utterance in the status update on media social twitter is expressing learning feeling, expressing anger feeling, expressing welcoming, expressing congratulating, expressing tiredness, expressing hoping, expressing happiness, expressing love, expressing thanking, expressing sadness, expressing sorrow, expressing worrying, expressing like, expressing dislike, expressing condolence, expressing apologizing, expressing pleasure, expressing longing and expressing shock.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the Indonesian EFL pre-service teachers’ perception and acceptance in using technology during a teaching practice. The research was used mix method research approach. The questionnaire and interview used as the instrument of research to the sixty Indonesian EFL pre service teachers. The research discovered that Indonesian EFL pre service teachers have positive perception and positive acceptance in using technology during teaching practice.

Abstract

This Article is the result of a study in the application of the learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SQ3R learning model on poetry reading skills in class VIII students of SMP Mulia Cibungbulang Bogor. This research method is an experimental method. Based on the results of the test calculation, the value of tcount is 3.032 and ttable is 2.048 with a significant level of 0.05. So it can be stated that the hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So the conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between the SQ3R learning model on reading poetry in class VIII students of SMP Mulia Cibungbulang Bogor.

Abstract

The some studies have discussed a lot about efforts to create meaningfully in a lesson. This article specifically proves that there are differences in the ability of students to explain verbally the meaning content of the letter Al-Jumuah verses 9-11 which are taught with contextual teaching learning strategies that emphasize meaningfully and collaborative learning strategies that emphasize collaboration and integration. The experiment research, by conducting two classes of learning on forty students, each class consisting of twenty students with the same ability. The data on the results of the students' ability to explain the contents of the letter Al-Jumuah verses 9-11 were analyzed with anova once or twice. The analysis resulted in the finding that there was a very significant difference in the students' ability to explain the contents of the verse. The concluded that contextual teaching learning which emphasizes meaningfully can have a very significant effect on students' ability to explain the content of the letter Al-Jumuah verses 9-11. The contextual teaching learning strategies that emphasize meaningfulness can be implemented in distance learning activities in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The background of the research is the low folklore listening skills and the lack of learning models and media applied to class X. It has impact to the students’ scores for under the KKM. This research was conducted during the Covid-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic which implements distance learning (online) in class X MIPA 2 SMA Nusantara Plus, with total 26 students of the 2020/2021 school year. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Learning activities using this articulation model make the learning process easier to listen folklores. Kahoot media known as an attractive and more efficient evaluation media. This research was conducted in two cycles, in each cycle there were two meetings. The results of this study indicate an increase in the ability to listen to saga stories. This can be seen from the results of the pre-cycle average score of 55, cycle I increased to 70 but did not meet the KKM, followed by cycle II with an average value of 86. Thus it can be concluded that the use of Kahoot in articulation learning model can improve folklore listening skills of class X SMA Nusantara Plus. Abstract

The role of the principal in the development of teacher professionalism is an effort from the leadership of the principal to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of the principal as a leader in the development of teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung. This study uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive research strategy. This research includes ethnographic research that describes and interprets social and cultural groups. Data obtained from observations and interviews. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data using descriptive analysis. The data validity used triangulation. The final results of the study concluded that the role of the principal as a leader in the development of teacher professionalism at SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung was carried out through supervision and motivating teachers to participate in teacher empowerment in MGMP training or education and training as well as improving facilities and infrastructure to support learning activities in order to improve quality of education.
