Abstract

Kemunculan wirausaha-wirausaha baru yang berlatar belakang sarjana harus menjadi prioritas universitas untuk dikembangkan. Universitas memiliki peranan besar dalam memotivasi mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha muda sangat penting dalam menumbuhkan jumlah wirausaha baru mencapai 3% dari seluruh mahasiswa yang mendapatkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan yang sudah menjalankan wirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh skill yang dimiliki mahasiswa terhadap minat berwirausaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Pendekatan survey adalah penelitian yang sumber data dan informasi utamannya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan mata kuliah kewirausahaan dan bersedian mengisi kuesioner, jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 66 responden. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti teknik analisis data yang digunakan oleh peneliti uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa hanya skill dibidang computer yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha. Mata kuliah kewirausahaan sebaiknya di lengkapi dengan kurikulum yang mengakomodir peningkatan praktik berwirausaha bagi mahasiswa Perguruan tinggi sebaiknya menstimulus mahasiswa untuk membuat kegiatan bersifat pelatiha/seminar/workshop yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan skill mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on job satisfaction which had an impact on the performance of employees in the Sampit and Palangka Raya Hypermart shopping center. The research sample of 150 workers was chosen based on a minimum work period of one year and analyzed by the quantitative method of SPSS 24.0. The results of the analysis prove that the work environment has a significant influence on job satisfaction while compensation is a variable that does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a high impact on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a significant influence on performance. The benefit of this research is to increase job satisfaction so that good performance impacts can improve service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami hubungan antara psychological capital dan job performance, serta melihat efektifitas intervensi pelatihan untuk meningkatan psychological capital dan job performance. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan lembaga pemerintahan instansi TCA. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner job performance (Koopmans, 2014) (Alpha Cronbach =0.88) dan kuesioner psychological capital (Lunthas et al., 2015) (Alpha Cronbach =0.92). Hasil uji korelasi person menunjukkan hubungan positif signifikan antara psychological capital dan job performance (r=.79 dan p<0.01). Selanjutnya dari hasil korelasi dilakukan intervensi pelatihan how to become superhero yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan meningkatkan psychological capital dan job performance. Pada penelitian ini evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan hingga tahap pengetahuan psychological capital. Hasil uji wilcoxon Signed Rangks Test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan psychological capital dari karyawan setelah diberikanya intervensi pelatihan psychological capital(Z =-3.283 dan p<.05). Dengan hasil tersebut pihak instansi TCA dapat menjadikan pelatihan psychological capital sebagai program pengembangan diri karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan job performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta mencari variabel mana yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 22.0 menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi merupakan variabel yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan variabel kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil Pengujian dengan Uji t diketahui bahwa variabel kompensasi dan kompetensi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada rumah sakit ibu dan anak Bunda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuesioner dan mengambil semua populasi menjadi responden penelitian. Jumlah responden adalah 100 orang. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan uji kesahihan, uji keter-andalan, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda. Implikasi penelitian kompensasi dalam kinerja dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik bagi kinerja pelayanan rumah sakit, begitu juga dengan kompetensi dalam meningkatkan kinerja menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dan positif.

Abstract

Earnings management is one of the critical issues related to financial reporting quality, particularly after the Enron and WorldCom scandals. Earnings management behaviors are related to the low level of corporate social responsibilities (CSR) and improvement in both areas would be expected to result to Improvements in the quality of financial reporting (FR). Hence, the aims and objective of this study is to examine the impact of earnings management as financial reporting quality on information asymmetry for the listed firms, Nigeria. The study is a conceptual paper on the relationship between earnings management of financial report and information asymmetry of Nigerian listed firms. Based on constructing the underlying theoretical framework of earnings management, the relationship between earnings management and information asymmetry is studied. The study revealed that both real earnings quality and accruals earning quality models are relevant to understanding the financial reports, that is, lower information asymmetry challenge. Therefore, uninformed users of financial reports are encouraged to rely on financial analysts in order to make efficient portfolio decisions. Also, if there is any need for the management of listed companies to use earnings manipulation, real earnings manipulation is recommended for them rather than the accrual-based approach. Finally, the study suggests that other researcher(s) can go beyond this to put retail and institutional on one side, and foreign investors on the other side, then focus on each group in separate studies.

Abstract

The property demand and value habitually based on environmental facilities at the surrounding of the apartment complex. Among the educated and average income group of people having a high request for that housing existing a natural green environment, entertainment environment and health & safety environment. Most of them gives the priority on environmental facilities instead of price as a consequence the property demand and value rise simultaneously. Malaysian condominium developers can attract the target customers to achieve the target sales by green marketing with strategic advertising. Currently, many developers are practising to add the environmental elements in their marketing strategy. As a consequence, the foreign investment is increasing in the housing industries, and the developer’s business is becoming successful field not only Malaysia but also Singapore, Australia, UAE and so one.

Abstract

This Study will commence to reconnoiter the main cause of turnover intention of Private sector School’s Librarian. The theme is to cadre that issues and gives measure to reduce the turnover intention of employees. How diverse factors tend to predict job satisfaction like reward, motivation, stress, poor management and work environment. We will begin by scrutinizing the people why they leave job so early is there any individual factor or contribution of institutions factors. Next, we will explain the data used, methods and variables chosen for our model. The idea is based on a survey taken by questionnaire to various librarian who is functioning in a Private’s school. In order to get the dependable results, a comprehensive statistical analysis is made on a distributed data set in computer simulation via analytical software. The obtainable results clearly list that those factors are lot of importance in turnover intention
