Abstract

Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMP Al-Falah Jangkar, dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen sarana prasarana dalam menunjang kompetensi guru. Adapun metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang objektif, faktual, akurat dan sistematis, mengenai masalah-masalah yang ada di obyek penelitian. Data tentang obyek penelitian ini di peroleh dengan cara observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil pembahasan yang di peroleh dari penlitian, dapat di simpulkan bahwa manajemen sarana prasarana dalam SMP Al-Falah sudah baik karena dapat di lihat dari bagaimana cara kepala sekolah dalam memanaj sarana prasarana melalui beberapa tahapanya itu perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, penginventarisasian, dan terakhir penghapusan. Salah satunya tidak kalah penting adalah kelengkapan sarana prasarana mengikuti kemajuan jaman

Abstract

The progress of an educational institution cannot be separated from the influence and power of leadership which in this case is the principal. Leadership is an important scientific discipline that must be possessed by a leader so that he can apply the concept of leadership well. One of the important elements in leadership theory is making the right decisions so that later they have effective implications. This research was conducted in a private junior high school in Situbondo district, with the aim of understanding and obtaining an objective, factual, accurate and systematic picture of the problems in the research object. Data about the object of this study were obtained by means of observation, interviews and documentation of the decision-making patterns that exist in the private junior high school in making decisions. The research method uses qualitative research. From the results of the discussion obtained from the research, it can be concluded that the decision-making culture in the junior high school which is the location of this research has a characteristic, namely the uniformity of understanding that a decision-making must always be determined in an official meeting forum involving all education personnel. But of course in this case the researcher does not provide a justification but only provides an overview of the phenomenon of decision making in a private junior high school in Situbondo district.

Abstract

The importance of education in schools in order to realize its goals, namely learning activities, so that all school organizational activities lead to the achievement of efficiency and effectiveness of learning. Teachers play a role not only as agents of change that drive the wheels of social and economic transformation in society. He not only changes students' lives, but also enriches and strengthens students' personalities to become human beings with virtue because they have values that they want to strive for and realize in society. The principal as a leader in every educational institution must be able to think about the relationship between education and the development and development of science and technology which is always changing so that there is a need for work motivation or work motivation..

Abstract

Pesantren is an Islamic educational institution that grows and is recognized by the surrounding community and has its own characteristics, kiai as leader figures and students as objects given religious knowledge and dormitories as a place to live for students. Education aims to foster citizens to have Muslim personalities in accordance with the teachings of Islam and to instill this religious sense in all aspects of their lives and make them useful for religion, society, nation and state. The purpose of this study was to determine the curriculum management planning of Darun-Najah Al-Mas'udiyah Denpasar Islamic boarding school in shaping the character of students. The results of this qualitative research show that in planning the pesantren curriculum, the head of the Darun Najah Al-Mas'udiyah Islamic Boarding School Denpasar carries out a work program. management, in the Darun Najah Al-Mas'udiyah Islamic Boarding School Denpasar, routine evaluations are carried out once a month or quarterly.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Principal's Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance in Al-Falah Vocational School. The research method uses qualitative research. The informants in this study are school principals and educators or teachers. The key informant is how the principal in supervising and developing teacher performance, either directly or through the Deputy Head of Curriculum. The data collection procedure used three techniques, namely through observation, interviews and documentation studies. For the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques. The results showed that: the principal's leadership in improving teacher performance at SMK Al-Falah was good. Thus, it can be concluded that the principal's leadership contributes well to the advancement of the quality of education where the performance of educators or teachers is the key to success in the world of education.

Abstract

Some experts try to develop a variety of conceptual perspectives to find the best and most efficient learning approach design. Likewise, Muslim scholars also seem to be trying to contribute to the development of learning approaches. This article attempts to reveal the idea of Imam Al Ghozal as an Islamic scholar's perspective. The focus studied is the content of the book ayyuhā al-walad fī nasīhati al-muta'allimīn wa maw'izatihim liya'lamū wa yumayyizū 'ilman nāfi'an min gayrihi and efforts to formulate the perspective learning approach of the book. The study was carried out with a library research approach with content analysis techniques. The findings of the study provide a conclusion that the formulation of a learning approach needs to be directed at strengthening general science and religion in a balanced way. Not only strengthening religious scholarship, al Ghozali's ideas in the book studied emphasize the theocentric transformation to theo-anthrophocentric in religious learning.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic Religious Education in SMP Negeri 2 Jember has not changed the situation much. This is due to the dichotomy of education system, caused by general lessons that subordinate Islamic Religious Education, so that religious teachers lose the guts to continue to develop Islamic Religious Education strategies, even if sometimes the potential exists. So there needs to be a form of a reliable strategy, in order to attract students' interest in learning religion. In this regard, the discussion in this journal discusses the school's strategy in developing Islamic education at SMP Negeri 2 Jember. The research method used in this research is qualitative. This research is a case study, because this research is carried out intensively, in detail and fundamentally about an institution that projects educational development strategies. The results of this study indicate that SMP Negeri 2 Jember concentrates on learning PAI. This is evidenced by the various efforts made for the success of school strategies in improving PAI learning in public schools on a macro basis.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan masalah penting yang memperoleh prioritas utama sejak awal kehidupan manusia. Bahkan Rasulullah SAW sendiri telah mengisyaratkan bahwa proses belajar bagi setiap manusia adalah sejak ia masih dalam kandungan ibunya, sampai ia sudah mendekati liang kuburnya. Sebagai agama yang mengutamakan pendidikan, maka sepanjang kurun kehidupan umat Islam hingga kini, telah muncul banyak ahli pendidikan yang menyumbangkan buah pikirannya dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan pandangan Al-Ghazali dan Zakiah Daradjat, tentang sosok guru dan apakah sosok guru menurut Al-Ghazali dan Zakiah Daradjat terdapat persamaan atau perbedaannya, serta dapat dijadikan rujukan bagi para guru di masa sekarang ini. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan historis dan filosofis dan metode analisis data induktif deduktif, komparatif dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Al-Ghazali dan Zakiah Daradjat memiliki kontribusi yang besar dalam rangka membangun sosok figur seorang guru. Sedangkan kontribusi pemikiran kedua tokoh ini ternyata terdapat suatu perbedaan walaupun banyak persamaannya. Secara operasional, konsepnya dapat diaplikasikan dan dijadikan alternatif acuan bagi seorang guru di masa sekarang, namun harus menggunakan bentuk pendekatan baru serta diperlukan penyempurnaan.

Abstract

Peran dan profesionalisme guru dalam pembelajaran di sekolah sangat diperlukan. Guru dituntut untuk mampu meningkatkan kualitas belajar para peserta didik dalam bentuk kegiatan belajar yang sedemikian rupa dapat menghasilkan pribadi yang mandiri, pelajar yang efektif dan pekerja yang produkti sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diinginkan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan tehnik pemerikasaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran guru Akidah Akhlak dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar Akidah Akhlak siswa MTs. Al-Falah sebagai pembimbing, model dan teladan dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MTs. Al-Falah yaitu selalu berusaha membimbing siswa-siswi untuk berperilaku dengan baik, mengingatkan jika mereka melakukan perbuatan yang tidak terpuji, memberikan contoh nyata pada saat mengajar yaitu mengucapkan salam terlebih dahulu, setelah itu berdoa secara bersama-sama. hambatan yaitu siswa yang kurang mampu pada pelajaran akidah akhlak, kurangnya memperhatikan pada pelajaran akidah akhlak sedangkan langkah-langkah guru Akidah Akhlak MTs. Al-Falah Bungatan dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar Akidah Akhlak meliputi menfokuskan terhadap siswa, memberikan bimbingan khusus, kerjasama antar pihak luar, adanya sarana dan prasarana.
