Abstract

Along with the development of communication technology and information systems, an increasing number of attendance systems and academic information is being made. In the implementation of this application, at the initial stage, the user must register his identity by using an attendance application program that was built with the PHP programming language, then the attendance data is stored in the My SQL database which has been integrated with the SMS Gateway through the SMS sending software. In addition, with SMS Gateway technology, parents will find it easier to obtain attendance information for their children. From the student side, it is hoped that this application will foster a more disciplined attitude in terms of time because this application will indirectly foster a timely mental attitude in students, and it is hoped that this application can fix any deficiencies in the attendance application that has been implemented earlier.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia selama ini, guru masih sering menggunakan metode ceramah atau penugasan saja. Dimana guru lebih memfokuskan diri pada upaya pengalihan pengetahuan ke dalam kepala siswa tanpa memperhatikan bahwa ketika siswa memasuki kelas, siswa mempunyai bekal kemampuan dan pengetahuan yang tidak sama. Siswa ditempatkan sebagai obyek sehingga siswa menjadi pasif dan tenggelam dalam kondisi belajar yang kurang merangsang aktivitas belajar yang optimal. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang menjadikan siswa berfikir aktif, kritis, dan menjadikan siswa sebagai subyek bukan sebagai obyek. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk masalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran CIRC dalam pembelajaran menemukan hal-hal menarik dari dongeng. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII semester I SMP Negeri 1 Pringsewu yang terdiri atas lima kelas yang berjumlah 198. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tatis cluster random sampling. Kelas VII.1 (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas VII.2 (kelas kontrol). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes yang berbentuk soal uraian. Untuk analisis data dilakukan uji sampel menggunakan rumus uji beda untuk mengetahui keadaan awal antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Setelah adanya perlakuan diantara kedua kelas tersebut, selanjutnya dilakukan uji statistik t-tes. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t-tes sampel berpasangan diperoleh nilai       t sebesar 1,917.  Jika dibandingkan dengan nilai t pada dk=n-2 maka akan diketahui t sebesar 1,917, lebih besar dari pada nilai t sebesar 1,671 atau 1,917 > 1,671. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya perlakuan pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran CIRC terhadap kemampuan menemukan hal-hal menarik dari dongeng.

Abstract

The development of science and technology which is increasingly rapid, will make the competition for human resources increasingly stringent and competitive. In the process of improving the quality of human resources, the world of education plays a very important role. This role is related to efforts to make the next generation of the nation with reliable human resources. To improve the quality of human resources from the education sector, teachers are a key factor for achieving the success of an education. Multazam Gisting Vocational School is an institution that is engaged in education which aims to prepare and develop students thoroughly in the academic, psychological and social fields. As an educational institution that has the aim to educate the nation's life The results of identification of conditions that occur, directly or indirectly have implications for changes in work motivation, which in turn affects the morale of teachers. Based on data obtained from preliminary observations, it is obtained data that there is a decrease in teacher work motivation, showing that from 20 teachers the percentage of employee attendance has decreased, where until December 2018 employees were present only 85%. While absenteeism increased to 15%. The data is the low level of employee attendance indicates decreased work motivation. Based on data and analysis qualitatively and quantitatively in this study a conclusion can be drawn that there is a significant influence of teacher work motivation on teacher morale in Vocational School Multazam This is evidenced by a regression coefficient of 0.688, a significance of less than 0.05 of 0.000, the regression model Y = 18.720 + 0.668X1. The magnitude of the effect of employee communication on morale by the remaining 91% by 9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes in science lessons for fourth grade students of MI Negeri 3 West Lampung. One of the contributing factors is the teacher who lectures more in delivering material, so that students become bored quickly and their science learning becomes less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Quantum Learning Models in MI Negeri 3 West Lampung. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study are Miles and Huberman models, namely 1) data collection; 2) data reduction; 3) display data; 4) draw conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the application of the quantum learning model in MIN 3 West Lampung went well. The implementation of learning activities is based on the quantum learning model which consists of six learning stages, namely: growing, natural, naming, demonstrating, repeating, and celebrating which is then known as TANDUR. The teacher is able to apply this method in accordance with the steps that exist, although in reality the teacher experiences obstacles in class conditioning during the discussion activities but the teacher is able to solve the problem well. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the quantum learning model in MIN 3 West Lampung went well.

Abstract

The development of information systems and technology requires planning to complement the direction of high the development of information systems to complement the strategic direction and management of high schools and above to manage effective and efficient teaching and learning process needs to adopt the concept of electronic learning. In managing electronic learning, a Learning Management System is needed that is able to manage learning content that is more updated and makes learning easier. This Learning Management System (LMS) uses a Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning approach. The design of this LMS uses the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method as a strategic planning approach to defining data architecture, applications, and technology in the use of information to support business processes then architectural design to identify needs and create architectural schemes and make plans to implement them. The use of computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) is a learning model that brings the benefits of collaborative and cooperative learning models for learner actors that are localized with a computer network. The concept of CSLS learning does provide a different perspective on the teaching and learning process. The system design uses the RUP methodology. The methodology has four phases, namely Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. However, not all phases were carried out in this research. Only two phases were carried out in this study, namely Inception and Elaboration

Abstract

Computer-based information system (Computer Based Decision Support System) is currently developing very rapidly along with the progress of the development of people's lives, one of which relates to the provision of relevant systems in decision making. MA Al Mahfuzhiyah is one of the madrassas in Central Lampung District that tries to improve the quality of education by prioritizing the quality of educators and education personnel. Provide added value and enthusiasm the MA Al Mahfuzhiyah teachers give awards to outstanding teachers. In the selection of high achieving teachers, assessment needs to be done so that the objectives give satisfaction to those who will be given an award. Selection of topical methods as a media for evaluating teacher performance to determine teacher achievement Based on the results of these calculations, then a large sample taken in this study determined 3 people. From the results of topsis test with 3 samples obtained V3 or the sample of having the highest value then V1 with sequence number two and V2 has the lowest value and placed number three.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Sabilil Muttaqien was established in 2000 and is the first Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Tanggamus. Financial management at the Muhammadiyah Sabilil Muttaqien Islamic Boarding School still faces various problems. In addition, financial management at the boarding school met with obstacles relating to the budget, accounting, administrative arrangements, allocation and development needs of the pesantren as well as in the process of daily activities. This is because in Islamic boarding schools still use a very simple financial management system, not yet using an integrated financial system. For this reason, researchers conducted research on financial information systems at Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School Sabilil Muttaqien and made a financial application using the visual basic programming language and the MySQL database. Data collection methods conducted by researchers are by observation, interviews, and literature study in addition to that the writer also uses the waterfall method as a method of developing the system. The purpose of this research is to design a system that can be used to record activities and financial income and expenditure quickly and easily as well as facilitate financial staff in preparing financial reports. From the results of this research, the financial information system can be accessed by the treasurer through a desktop application that can speed up the process of recording activities and financial income and expenditure easily and quickly and can minimize errors in inputting data carried out conventionally and optimize data security.

Abstract

Sasaran dan prasarana menjadi pendukung wajib bagi terselenggarnya Pendidikan yang baik dan efektif bagi Sekolah. Tatakelola Manajeman sarana dan prasarana menjadi suatu keharusan bagi kebrlangsungan Pendidikan di lingkungan sekolah. SMK Multazam Gisting merupakan sekolah mengah kejuruan dibawah Yayasan Pendidikan startech yang memiliki berbagai sarana dan prsarasan Pendidikan diwilayah Gisting Kabupaten Tanggamus. Dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di SMK Multazam disusunlah manajeman sarana dan prasarana yang baik dan tersetruktur guna mengetahui sebarapa besaran peningkatan kualitsa dan mutu Pendidikan. Dari Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan proses pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana serta pendukung proses belajar mengajar untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Pengolahan sarana dan prsarana didasarkan pada prosedur yang meliputi: perencanaan, pengadaan, pendistribusian, penggunaan, pemeliharaan, inventarisasi dan penghapusan. Implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana SMK Multazam Gisting sudah sangat baik  karena sarana dan prasarana merupakan fasilitas pendukung yang dapat menunjang proses kegiatan dalam organisasi apa saja termasuk yang dudalamnya adalah satuan pendidikan, Mutu pendidikan yang ada di SMK Multazam Gisting juga masuk kategori sangat baik,  sebagai acuan dengan   melihat hasil yang diperoleh penyebaran angket guru dan siswa dengan hasil yang sama sangat baik karena SMK Multazam Gisting menerapkan strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan .

Abstract

In every educational institution, sometimes a teacher performance appraisal system is needed, which aims to improve the quality of good teachers. However, at Ambarawa 1 Public Elementary School, the teacher performance evaluation still uses a manual system, namely the DP3 system where the scores are written on paper in a predetermined format. This takes a long time, considering the many elementary school teachers, with many criteria. This problem makes researchers want to conduct research and design a decision support system for teacher performance appraisal at Ambarawa 1 Elementary Schools. The TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is one method that is often used in determining a decision, researchers use this method. The existence of this decision support system helps the principal in assessing his subordinates, namely the teacher so that the assessment of teacher performance is appropriate

Abstract

Economics subject is one of the subjects in school that studies the behavior of individual societies in fulfilling their daily needs. During a pandemic like this, teaching and learning activities in every school, especially high school, have begun to be converted into online learning. Therefore, an effective mobile learning application is needed with the aim that every high school student can use this application anywhere and anytime. By using the literature study research method, the researcher collected market material on economic subjects from various book sources as material for making applications. This mobile learning application is made using the waterfall method and uses use case diagrams and activity diagrams in the design process. This mobile learning application for market material on economic subjects can make it easier for every high school student to study anywhere and anytime.
