Editors invite academics to contribute their thoughts, whether in the form of research results, in-depth studies, book reviews in accordance with the disciplines they have. <![CDATA[The worship and remembrance practicum program is meant to help students to internalize religious values. This study was conducted at MIS Al-Washliyah Insanul Kamil located in Melati Kebun, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency; by using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The sources of data in this study consisted of school principals, teachers of worship and remembrance practicum programs, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The purpose of this study focused on background, strategies for internalizing religious character in students, as well as inhibiting and supporting factors in the prayer and remembrance practicum program. The findings of the analysis showed that the background of the program is based on the awareness of the importance of providing in-depth guidance regarding worship and remembrance toward students in daily life to create perfect people. The internalization strategy is carried out through the program and interspersed with advice regarding the primacy of the material being taught. Supporting factors in the program include students who are guided by competent teachers, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of supporting tools that have not been fulfilled such as the torso.]]>

<![CDATA[The act of verbal bullying is a feeling harsh, the impacts can be generated such are problem of social, psychological and academic problems, from those impacts it is necessary to have a comprehensive prevention effort. This research and development seek to construct a group counselling guideline book using role-play techniques with welas asih to prevent verbal bullying in Junior High School (JHS). This study uses the ADDIE model research and development approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Based on the results of the analysis of research data, validation of guidance and counselling material experts, validation of cultural experts, validation of learning media experts, and potential product users as well as effectiveness tests, it can be concluded that the group counselling guideline book use role play technique with welas asih to prevent verbal bullying in Junior High School (JHS) is in the very good category according to the aspects of product acceptability (accuracy, usability, convenience, and attractiveness). Based on the results of limited field tests, it shows that a group counselling guideline book using role-play techniques with welas asih is effective in preventing acts of verbal bullying in Junior High School (JHS).]]>

<![CDATA[Sikap altruis dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan bagi mahasiswa perantau untuk bertahan hidup. Sikap altruis merupakan sikap dan tindakan yang dimunculkan oleh individu secara sukarela untuk membantu dan mensejahterakan orang lain tanpa meminta imbalan apapun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan memberikan informasi gambaran terkait sikap altruis mahasiswa perantau Kalimantan Utara secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 121 mahasiswa perantau Kalimantan Utara yang sedang menempuh pendidikan S1 di Jawa Timur. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menetapkan fokus penelitian, melakukan kajian pustaka, mengembangkan instrumen penelitian, menghimpun data lapangan, dan analisis data penelitian. Analisis sikap altruis memuat aspek kerjasama, menolong, berbagi, berderma dan jujur. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap altruis mahasiswa perantau Kalimantan Utara berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 48.76%. Sikap altruis mahasiswa perantau perlu ditanamkan dan ditingkatkan, karena dengan ditanamkannya sikap altruis mahasiswa perantau akan lebih menjadi mahasiswa yang peka terhadap kehidupan pribadi maupun sosialnya serta mampu memberikan perasaan kesenangan yang dapat mendorong kesuksesan dan kesejahteraan setelah menanamkan sikap altruis.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to provide information on the description of verbal violent behavior, the causes of verbal violence, and the impact of verbal violent behavior. The research method that the researchers used was qualitative, This research was studied in the design of a case study on adolescents at SMA Nurul Muttaqin Malang consisting of 3 informants, The data collection used by the researcher was secondary data and primary data, and three data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are 1) Researchers found similarities with the exposure of the teenagers interviewed because they almost had the same problems in their lives, such as friendships that were friends who had almost the same personality, personal and family with the same problems, 2) The form of verbal violence behavior carried out by adolescents in accordance with previous theories was only that this was done on social media in the form of harsh sentences and words thrown through social media, and 3) this research has many limitations so that further research is needed to be more accommodating so that it has a deeper and comprehensive understanding.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to build student morality in the Alpha generation through PAI teacher cooperation with parents in building a student mentality in the Alpha generation in the Field Pahlawan Nasional. A picture of student morals and the efforts made by PAI teachers with parents to overcome the difficulties faced in building students' morals in the Alpha generation is presented in the Field Pahlawan Nasional SMP. The research method used is a qualitative one with a case study approach through observation and interview. The results of this study showed that the ethics of students in the Pahlawan Nasional School are already in accordance with the commands of God SWT. This is demonstrated by the way students interact using a language that is polite to older people as well as to peers, and are accustomed to greeting and welcoming when meeting with teachers. Students’ parents also consult directly with PAI teachers via phone and direct visits to the school to learn about their child’s moral and mental development at school. Parents should know their child’s community in the surrounding area; PAI teachers teach Islamic Religious Education, especially about building ethics in this Alpha generation; parents should also improve their Islamic education so that their children can take the example of their parents.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the public speaking skill program activities in PAI extracurricular activities at SMAS An-Nizam Medan, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors and what are the paths after implementing PAI extracurriculars, namely public speaking skills/Kultum at SMAS An-Nizam Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research was taken at SMAS An-Nizam Medan. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the PAI extracurricular activities that were implemented were one of the public speaking skills/Kultum programs which were carried out every day after the midday prayer. As for the supporting factors in the implementation of public speaking skills/Kultum, there are professional teachers who are very supportive in motivating students. While the inhibiting factor in this implementation is the lack of self-confidence of introverted students which results in being nervous when in front. Furthermore, the impact of the implementation of the public speaking skill/Kultum program on PAI extracurricular activities is that you can get used to speaking in public, especially later in the community and this program is not obtained in class lessons but only in PAI extracurriculars and can represent the school when there is a speech contest both held by internal and external parties, as well as from government and private sectors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe and find out how the results of parenting activities in this institution are related to the development of the character of existing students. The management patterns carried out by the head of the school against parenting, as well as the obstacles and support that the institution has in developing the character of the child, are also the subject of this research. This research is conducted using qualitative research methods. Qualitative research methods are chosen because qualitative approaches serve to explore and understand the meaning of individuals or groups related to social problems that can later be used to interpret and gain an in-depth understanding of certain aspects of human beliefs, attitudes, or behavior. The subjects of the research are the head of the school as well as the head of the institute, parents, teachers, and students. To obtain the desired data, this research uses interview techniques, snowballing systems, documentation, and observations. The analysis is done using qualitative analysis. By conducting research through a qualitative approach during the fieldwork conducted for about three months, there are some conclusions related to the management of early childhood character development in this institution. The results obtained were that 1) management of early childhood character development was heavily influenced by the success of parenting or patterns of care carried out by parents during the home 2) Parenting was chosen as one of the strategies because it was judged very effective for the sustainability of child education throughout the home. 3) The obstacle that exists in the management of the development of early children's character is that the majority of pupils' guardians still have not mastered the existing parenting science.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the development map and research direction of Islamic education management in Scopus database-indexed publications. This study used bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the Scopus database on Islamic education management from 1983 to 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer is used to visually analyze keyword occurrence and document citation stimulants. The author found 379 publications that fit the function, subject, and criteria set. The results of this study show that research with the theme of Islamic education management was mostly carried out in 2020. Indonesia is the country that contributes the most publications and is followed by Iran in second place. The highest affiliation is occupied by an Iranian university, Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The most relevant author is Majdzadeh, R. The source that has published the most writing on the theme of Islamic education management is the Eastern Mediterranean Health Journal. The limitation of this study is only taking metadata on publications indexed by Scopus. This study presents a brief overview of the literature accessible to researchers in Islamic education management and provides recommendations for future research.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aims to identify and analyze how governance is thought in Islam perspective. The issue of state leadership in Islam is interesting to study, especially how to find examples of good and clean leadership in Islam. Moreover, one of the global trends of the 21st century is the tendency to implement good governance which is a reference for developing countries in the midst of rampant corrupt government systems. Good governance is a government that guarantees justice, dignity, equality, self-respect and the sharing of development benefits by all. This study concludes that governance in Islam is a state for the benefit, the state is a tool or means to create and maintain benefit. Good and effective governance from an Islamic perspective is based on sharia and siyāsah shar'iyyah. Siyāsah shar'iyyah is Islamic governance and political policy in maintaining the benefit and resisting damage. In essence, the concept of good governance according to the Qur'an is the principle of al-amānah (trusted) and al-'adālah (justice). Honesty and fairness are the basis of a good leader in running his government. In the language of trust means trusted, trusted, honesty, integrity, and responsibility. The state in the view of Islam is a state that prospers and makes its people happy in achieving maqasid al-syariah.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and motivation on teacher performance with commitment as a mediating variable for teachers of SMA Negeri in Bandar Lampung City. This research method is quantitative and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data used in the study this obtained from results testing questionnaire against 224 teachers at State High Schools in Bandar Lampung City who were used sample in study with technique purposive sampling. The results obtained from study This support proposed hypothesis that is experience Work influential positive and significant to performance, motivation influential positive and significant to performance, commitment mediate influence experience Work to performance and commitment mediate influence motivation to performance. Implications from study this is so that teachers can increase performance through experience work and work for produce quality work in accordance with criteria that have been determined at school. Apart from that, it is hoped that school principals can increase teacher work motivation using the method of assessing the work of teachers who have completed their assignments. Then by giving appreciation to other teachers, it is hoped that teachers can improve interpersonal relationships, so that teachers feel comfortable and connected. between teachers is increasingly harmonious, with conditions that can improve teacher performance. And, hopefully to head school for can increase teachers' commitment to advance school with method make attachment with the teacher so the teacher will feel become part family at school. Lastly, teachers should do more increase its independence in Work although no there is supervision from head school and able finish task without must wait help colleague work.]]>
