Abstract

. This study aims to describe the management of Regular School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SD Negeri 2 Sawahan, Boyolali Regency, starting from planning, implementation and accountability as well as reporting on the use of regular BOS funds by School Management. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the source of this research is the school principal and BOS treasurer. Data collection uses direct interview techniques, field observations, and documenting the results. Data were analyzed using several stages starting from collecting data, sorting data by reduction, presenting data, and verifying the correctness of data. The results of data analysis concluded that the management of Regular School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds at SD Negeri 2 Sawahan had been carried out in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for the Use and Accountability of School Operational Assistance Funds for Elementary Schools in 2022, but in practice there were still obstacles such as delays in the distribution of BOS funds , discrepancies and lack of coordination in reporting BOS funds that must be corrected immediately.

Abstract

The term character is generally equated meaning with manners, manners, manners in English, and it is no different from the meaning of the word moral. The purpose of this research is to get a description of the development of noble character through a program of child-friendly schools. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the research, it is known that a lack of understanding of teachers and the school community about the relevance of the policy development of noble character through the implementation of the program of child-friendly schools. It becomes an opportunity for problem-solving learning by formulating an alternative to overcome the problems encountered, through the strategy conceptual form of practical tips program, child-friendly schools, then through group discussions guided (Focus Group Discussion). Which was attended by the Head of school and teachers, supervisors SRA DKI Jakarta Province Head of JUNIOR high school Learning and academics. Strategy conceptual form of practical Tips is a step to carry out the program of child-friendly schools so that it can provide space for the teacher to pour creativity in the effort to improve the implementation of the learning and development of noble character in the child.

Abstract

This article examines the philosophical perspective of Islamic education on the personality of Muslim educators. This study is important considering that the concept of education in the Islamic world is influenced by a secular Western worldview. In fact, Muslims have a distinctive worldview derived from the Qur'an, hadith and ijtihad of the scholars. The research method uses literature study research, which is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading, analyzing and managing information obtained from various literacy sources. The results of the study obtained an explanation related to the concept of educators in the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy which is divided into five classifications based on sources from the Qur'an, Hadith, opinions of scholars and educational figures. It is hoped that researchers can then study and develop educators even better by adjusting to the current developments in information and communication technology or the times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah koordinator sekolah, bidang Admisi, siswa dan wali murid. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, analisis data yang digunakan dengan cara triangulasi. Peneliti memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang dilakukan oleh Madrasah Bertaraf Internasional Amanatul Ummah sehingga lembaga pendidikan tersebut berhasil memiliki brand di masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu: Pelaksanaan strategi branding yang dilakukan oleh MBI Amanatul Ummah yakni dengan pertama adanya guru yang cerdas sehingga peserta didik dapat berhasil dalam proses pembelajaran baik akademik maupun non akdemik, kedua akses networking yang kuat dan luas, ketiga akses vinansial dan akses sosial. Dalam keempat pelaksnaan strategi yang dilakukan keberhasilan utama untuk mencapai brand dikenal oleh masyarakat yakni adanya kekuatan networking yang kuat dan luas sehingga peserta didik dapat dengan mudah memanfaat relasi yang kuat untuk menyalurkan segala potensi yang dimiliki oleh MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto. Brand MBI Amanatul Ummah telah berhasil memperoleh pembeda dari lembaga pendidikan lainnya yakni layanan, kualitas (prestasi), dan lulusan yang berhasil diterima di perguruan tinggi terbaik diluar negeri maupun di Indonesia

Abstract

The unique human resource governance role has significantly contributed to achieving the University's mission and vision. We have carried out this study to prove the role of quality human resources in achieving the University's mission. The phenomenological approach involves, among other things, a data coding system, in-depth evaluation, high integration, and concluding the principles of validity and reliability. Context of higher education from the 15 publications we reviewed and backed up by other findings in the context of the role of HR and achieving university goals in higher education studies was resulting of this study. These findings will be helpful in the development of similar studies in the future.

Abstract

Menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan diperlukan lembaga pendidikan yang tidak melakukan dikotonimi ilmu pengetahuan. Lembaga pendidikan yang menyadari akan manusia ciptaan Tuhan yang memiliki keistimewaannya masing-masing yaitu sekolah. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini mencoba mengetuhi tahapan dalam mengelola sekolah yang melakukan perkembangan mulai perencaan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, pengelolaan sumber daya guru, hingga pengawasan pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan yang ada di SMP PGRI 1 Kota Mojokerto Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yang mana penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP PGRI 1 Kota Mojokerto yang merupakan objek peneliti. Sedangkan sebagai informan untuk mengetahui apa yang diteliti oleh peneliti yaitu kordinator manajemen, kordinator sekolah dan para pengajar. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah wawancara mendalam, observasi atau pengamatan terhadap kegiatan pendidikan, dan dokumentasi. Dan untuk teknik keabsahan data yaitu meliputi teknik triangulasi sumber dan triangulalsi data. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan beberapa temuan, yaitu : sejarah mengenai SMP PGRI 1 Kota Mojokerto, sikronisasi atau keterpaduan antara kependidikan umum dan kependidikan ekstrakulikuler untuk saling menunjang terjadi pendidikan yang utuh, mulai dari pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan terpadu yang meliputi perencanaan program unggulan pendidikan dan saran prasaran dalam pelaksanaan praktik yang mendalam, pelaksana mutu terpadu dalam melaksanakan setiap program atau menyiapkan SDA, dan pengawasan sumber daya guru terpadu yang dilakukan untuk menjadi tolak ukur dalam pencapain siswa yan beragam atau memiliki motivasi, dan kemudian dapat membuat kebijakan pengembangan dalam perencanaan kedepannya

Abstract

This article explains the implementation of digital school management through the Smart Classroom (SCR) program. This qualitative research approach uses descriptive analysis—data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The study results show that a digital school is an educational institution with a learning process using digital equipment, books, and applications. Digital school management is establishing and implementing IT-based programs through the Smart Classroom program using software and hardware products. Second, Smart Classroom Learning at Al-Azhar 37 Islamic Middle School Pekanbaru uses an iPad. Educators create web-based, Google, and application-based learning materials. They were giving assignments/homework through tests and quizzes. Assessment of exam results through the Google form, students make important notes equipped with photo and video features that can be shared using the notes application as a collaboration with friends. This implementation has received support from the school by facilitating internet access via Wi-Fi hotspots within 24 hours. Third, the urgency of Smart Classrooms in educational institutions will make learning more effective, innovative, fun, comprehensive, and time efficient. The implications of this research are very beneficial for all elements of the school because it can facilitate the current student-centered learning process.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities can be effective if the class is conducive, and this cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in managing the type. Teachers must pay attention to classroom management both personally and physically. This article aims to determine what a teacher must prepare to develop teaching methods with a class management approach at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 09 Jember Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach in collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The validation technique uses source triangulation, namely testing the credibility of the data, which is carried out by examining the data obtained using several sources. The research results conclude The teacher's preparation for learning is that the seating arrangements are carried out in various ways, such as traditional shapes, semicircular shapes, or the letter U and group shapes. The teacher adjusts the student's sitting position. The development of the learning method implemented is 1) The Market Place Activities learning method developed by the teacher can arouse enthusiasm/increase learning enthusiasm. 2) the Expert Group method can grow students' courage to express their opinions in class. 3) the Group Investigation method can cultivate good work habits in everyday life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam mengatasi penyalahgunaan gadget dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan konseling kelompok di kelas XI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan deskriptif analisis. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Menganalisis peneliti menggunakan dua tahap yaitu pengolahan data dan analisis data, dalam hal menganalisis data peneliti juga menggunakan dua metode yaitu analisis sebelum lapangan dan analisis lapangan dari kedua metode tersebut akan ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dilakukan dengan Teknik tersendiri, yakni dengan mengumpulkan peserta didik dengan membentuk lingkaran, lalu kemudian pendamping atau konselor berada ditengah dan memberikan pengarahan tentang bahaya gadget. Faktor-faktor penyebab siswa mengalami kecanduan gadget adalah berasal dari berbagai tempat yang terhubung langsung dengan peserta didik. Hal ini mencakup lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan masyarakat sekitar. Adapun cara mengatasi kecanduan gadget siswa melalui bimbingan kelompok yakni dengan membentuk kelompok kecil didampingi dengan satu orang guru yang bertugas sebagai konselor.
