Abstract

There are problems that must be fixed at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Division. The problem is the lack of implementation of performance in carrying out tasks so that the work is not immediately resolved in compiling reports based on their responsibilities, currently there are employees who come late when they come to work, lack of attention from the leadership to employees and picky employees they like, So that employees who don't get attention feel ignored. This study aims to determine: the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Divisio. This research method uses an associative quantitative method with causality. The population and samples used in this study were employees at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Division, which has 56 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample where all the population is sampled. The results of this study indicate that: 1. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. 2. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. 3. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation and work discipline together on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Division.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. The Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City. The type method in this study uses an associative quantitative method that is causal, which is a study to determine the relationship/influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable without making additional changes or manipulation of existing data. The population and samples used in this study were employees at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City, amounting to 32 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample where the population is less than <100 employees. The results of this study indicate that: There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline together on Employee Performance at the Walantaka District Office, Serang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the ability to manage work stress on employee performance, the effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, the effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, the effect in kpknl djkn banten. The population in this study is government employees at kpknl djkn banten. And the number that will be as a sample of the entire population is 102. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of ability to manage work stress on employee performance, there is a significant effect of ability to manage work stress on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of leadership style on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with causality approach. The object of this research is the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Banten Province using a sample of 119 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3). Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 4). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate between transformational leadership and organizational culture in partial mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on ASN employees in the Secretariat of the Regional Legislative Assembly of Banten, amounting to 40 people with census sampling techniques. Analysis of the research data using the SEM-PLS method with the SmartPLS 2.3.m3 application. The results of hypothesis testing show there is no direct influence of work motivation on employee performance. There is a direct influence from work discipline on employee performance. There is a direct effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction. There is a direct influence from work discipline on employee job satisfaction. There is a direct influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. The mediation test results show job satisfaction can mediate the indirect influence of motivation on employee performance and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

technology and information in the field of medicine and health, dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang Regency must prepare its nursing staff to be better and more professional in their work. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership, and organizational climate, on teamwork. This research was conducted at dr. Drajat Prawiranegara (RSDP) Serang Regency. The population in this study is the HR of Nursing Staff at the RSDP with the status of Civil Servants (PNS), totaling 342 people. The number of samples calculated by the Slovin formula, amounted to 77 people. Sampling was done by random sampling method, namely the sample was drawn from the population group at random with the help of Microsoft Excel software. This quantitative research includes survey research, using statistical tests, and PLS Program software version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has no significant effect on teamwork, organizational climate has a significant effect on teamwork. The research findings show that transformational leadership has no significant effect on teamwork, while organizational climate has a significant effect on teamwork.

Abstract

The study of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is growing in line with the awareness that individual behavior affects the performance of individuals, groups, and organizations. Positive behavior of human resources (HR), both as superiors and subordinates, will create a comfortable work environment and in turn improve individual and organizational performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that can improve organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at dr. Drajat Prawiranegara (RSUD Serang), in November 2021. The population in this study were non-medical civil servants specifically group III (three) at Serang Hospital, totaling 793 people. The number of samples calculated by the Slovin formula, amounted to 82 people. Sampling was done by random sampling method, namely the sample was drawn from the population group at random with the help of Microsoft Excel software. This quantitative research includes survey research, using statistical tests, and PLS software version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of management and employee placement has a significant direct effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of civil servants at Dr. Hospital. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang Regency. The findings in this study indicate that the effectiveness of management and employee placement has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of compensation and motivation on performance. The type method in this study uses quantitative methods as causality, which is a study to determine the relationship/influence of independent variables on variables without making additional changes or manipulation of existing data. The population is 367 employees and the sample used in this study is the employees of PT. Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2 Quality Improvement Production Division Cikande Serang which employs 79 employees using the slovin formula. The sampling technique in this study uses Incidental Sampling. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on employee performance compensation with value. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect of compensation and motivation together on employee performance at PT. Parkland World Indonesia Plant 2 Production Quality Improvement Section. To be able to improve employee performance can be done by offering compensation and increasing employee motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance. The object of the research was conducted at PT Bank BCA Multifinance with the number of samples taken as many as 90 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS model which was processed with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is no effect of workload on employee performance. There is a significant effect of work stress on employee performance. This study found that work stress can affect employee performance, so good management of work stress is needed from management so that employees can still improve their performance even though they are under pressure.

Abstract

This study aimed at revealing the Work Motivation and Work Behavior towards Employees’ Work Performance. This study used a quantitative method with questionnaire and survey as the instrument. The data of 57 employees in PT. Mitra Karya Banten were collected by using Probability Sampling method which is random selection method that is used slovin formula. The data was examined by using classical assumption test, double linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test using the application of SPSS 20th version. The results show that: (1) work motivation have the positive effect and is important for the employees’ work performance, based on result of output result show tcount > ttable (2,383 > 1,673), and have value (0,021 < 0,05). (2) work behavior have the positive effect and is important for the employees’ work performance, based on result of output result show tcount > ttable (3,063 > 1,673), and have value (0,003 < 0,05).
