<![CDATA[Every Indonesian citizen is expected to be a good citizen, obedient and not violating laws, religious norms, cultural norms and community norms. However, in reality, not all Indonesian citizens comply with these norms. Many violated and were legally convicted and served time in detention in correctional institutions (Lapas) or prisons and detention centers (Rutan) in Indonesia. Every member of the assisted community in prisons and detention centers from various ethnicities, religions and races must get receive spiritual guidance according to their religion. The same applies to the Class IIA Pemuda Tangerang Prison which is located at LPK No.1 Pemuda Tangerang street, especially for the rehabilitation assisted residents because of drug cases who are Christian and Catholic. In certain activities, Christians and Catholics are sometimes combined and sometimes separated, depending on the interests of the activities and settings of the prison officials. Christian Religious Spiritual Guidance Service which is implemented in August 2020 thanks to the collaboration between prison leaders and the central leadership of the Rise and Shine Ministry Foundation, which mandated the Banten Province branch of the Foundation board to carry out these activities. During August the activities were carried out for four times by different teams. Thus the spiritual guidance of Christianity is one of the strategies to serve Christian assisted members intended to equip the assisted residents to realized, repent and change their character according to God's Word and do not repeat acts that violate the law and are ready to return to the family and society after serving their respective sentences.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasing the creativity of students is needed in a Christian educational institution, because besides imparting knowledge about the character building of Chistlike students, but also the need for real character building both in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. The purpose of this training is to produce creative and innovative students in appreciating culture as a gift or gift from God. In this writing, the author emphasizes the skills of the East Rote SMTK students through training in the manufacture of the traditional Rote woven cloth, which is currently almost lost or extinct due to the lack of interest in the community to cultivate it. Therefore, with this training, students are expected in addition to having knowledge and skills, but more than that it can be salt and light for social life. So that in the end it has a positive impact, both for school, students and for the local Rote community.]]>

<![CDATA[The patternal abstrity is an attempt made by the church service has the development and the problems faced well be based on the Bible. With the devotion to the society (PKM) facilitate for the resolitation of issues that have occurred, in realizing the congregation participating in the service. The beginning of a stirring house in the lodge is lodging with congregation and shepherds and with the aim of ": building church for our comfort together in worship". But the reality that exists after the church stands sturdy and can be used, there are some unbelievers and there are even some families who move religion. The time is getting the passage of the congregation and the participation in the service has been reduced, the congregation that comes to worship every week only one or two others choose to busy themselves and no matter the worship of the car. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT The effort to manifest the growing church in the ministry of every servant of God is a calling as well as a demand for every servant of God in their ministry. However, not a few have failed in this case due to several factors. Some of these factors come from outside the church, but some come from within the church itself. To deal with this, good management is needed to handle it. The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of church growth for the ministry of the Servant of the Gereja Kristen Setia Indonesia in the Karama Sector, Kalumpang sub-district, Mamuju district, West Sulawesi. The approach used is observation with the interview method and providing outreach to the authorities then providing guidance to God's servants. As a result, there is a need for guidance for God's servants to uphold the dynamics of church growth both in quality and quantity towards the growth of congregational faith. Key words: growth; Church; Coaching; Congregation ABSTRAK Upaya perwujudan gereja yang bertumbuh dalam pelayanan setiap hamba Tuhan merupakan panggilan sekaligus tuntutan bagi setiap hamba Tuhand alam pelayanan mereka. Namun tidak sedikit yang menemui kegagalan dalam hal ini karena disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Beberapa faktor itu ada yang datang dari luar gereja, namun ada juga yang bersasal dari dalam gereja itu sendiri. Untuk menghadapi hal ini maka perlu manajemen yang baik untuk menanganinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dinamika pertumbuhan gereja bagi pelayanan hamba Tuhan Gereja Kristen Setia Indonesia di Sektor Karama, kecamatan Kalumpang kabupaten Mamuju Sulawesi Barat. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan metode wawancara dan memberikan sosialisasi kepada pihak yang berwewenang kemudian mengadakan pembinaan kepada para hamba Tuhan. Sebagai hasil bahwa sangat diperlukan pembinaan bagi para hamba Tuhan untuk menunjung dinamika pertumbuhan gereja baik secara kualitas maupun secara kuantitas menuju pertumbuhan iman jemaat. <![CDATA[Ensingo Hamlet is one of the hamlets located in Dangin Village, Noyan District. In this hamlet stands the Indonesian Faithful Christian Church which is named GKSI Ensingo Congregation. On average, the servants of God who were sent to Ensingo to be pastors of the congregation could not last long because the members of the congregation did not have the awareness to make the pastor prosper in meeting their physical needs. Another problem that is the cause is that the members of the congregation do not have awareness in fellowship or worship God, enjoy drinking alcohol, bring down fellow church members, jealousy, and other old traits that are still plaguing their lives. The research objective is to explain the role of pastors as educators in shepherding in the Indonesian Christian Church of Ensingo Congregation. To answer the problems and research objectives, the research methodology used is qualitative research methods, by applying the methods of observation, interviews, and literature. The results of the research to be achieved are that the church pastor must play a proactive role in an intense approach that begins with diligent personal prayer, so that he has love to invite all church members to come to fellowship or worship Jesus Christ in places of worship then continue to educate and preach regularly. biblical so that God's people have loyalty in fellowship with Jesus Christ.]]>

<![CDATA[This Community Service is aimed at the youth category for Bible study activities. In the pandemic era since the end of February 2020, various activities in the realm of stewardship must also participate in government recommendations as part of breaking the chain of coronavirus transmission. Therefore, online media is used to create youth coaching by selecting the zoom application in its implementation. The coaching method starts with planning, implementing, finding partners for cooperation, and implementing activities. Of course, it ends with an evaluation of the activities. The Bible study model used this time is reading the Bible from the narrative genre. The community service team found great passion in youth while participating in Bible study coaching using the Bible Digging Method (BGA). The method was felt to be simple, practical, and able to bring Bible readers to find text messages. <![CDATA[Abstract In the realization of the implementation of the Great Commission of Christ, the church, apart from preaching or evangelizing, the church also performs discipleship or is often referred to as teaching new souls and their congregations. A church that has experienced the benefits of the discipleship process will surely grow in the spiritual quality of its congregation. The effect of the benefits that can be seen is that someone who has followed the process of discipleship, that person will certainly grow his spiritual life towards spiritual maturity. Spiritual maturity is very important for believers so that their lives truly reflect the character of Christ. <![CDATA[By carrying out the activities of the lecturers through community service, in carrying out Biblical counseling teaching and training, it will improve the teacher's ability to develop counseling for children who are hurt mentally This is proven when a teacher provides a biblical understanding of counseling, it will certainly affect learning and increase the motivation for children's interest in learning. The writing method for reporting the implementation of biblical counseling for the inner wounds of the children of the Waikabubak West Sumba Christian Theology Middle School (SMTK) with an interest in learning children is through training, teaching and seminars. This activity took place in stages in 2014, 2015 and 2017. The results achieved from this implementation activity were the increasing quality of the Spirituality, Mentality and Intellectuality of the Sumba Church Community, especially the Waikabubak Christian Theological High School, West Sumba.]]>
