Abstract

The increasing situation of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia has prompted the government to make a new policy, namely the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities. The last update was on August 11, 2021, there were 3,749,000,446 people who tested positive. The PPKM policy is one of the policies in the effort to deal with COVID-19 which does not have a clear law, because the phrase to impose restrictions on activities to control the spread of the epidemic is not contained in Law No. 6 of 2018 concerning health quarantine. The document of Law Number 6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine is a legal product that was separated on 7 August 2018 by President Joko Widodo. This law is a legal umbrella in supporting the government to protect the health problems of the Indonesian people from the threat of new diseases and old diseases that re-emerge. The PPKM rules made by the government have caused a lot of losses for the community, especially in the economic field where MSME activities are limited. mobile phone facilities, inadequate signal, parents who do not understand technology.

Abstract

Pulo Panjang Village is one of the developing villages, the problems faced by Pulo Panjang Village in terms of MSMEs are rarely in demand by producers because they think the processing is complicated and requires much capital as a result of many business actors who go out of business. Therefore, the increase in the economy of rural communities cannot be implemented by one party only but must be through coordination with other parties both with the government and the community as a whole. There is much potential that can be explored. One of them is the BUMDesa program. BUMDES was born as a new approach to improve the village economy based on the needs and potential of the village. Bumdes management is fully implemented by the village community, namely from the village, the village, and the village. BUMDES is a community economic institution. When viewed from its potential, this village has excellent potential for establishing BUMDES as a reservoir for community economic activities and public service institutions. Therefore, the formation of BUMDES is expected to be a breakthrough for the people of Pulo Panjang village as the Backbone of Community EconomicImprovement

Abstract

Land registration is a form of land administration regulated in the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA). As stated in the UUPA, land registration must be carried out because the purpose of land registration is very beneficial for land rights holders. However, there are still individuals who have not completed the land registration process in Sinarmukti Village. This is an unorganized form of land administration. Many factors cause the absence of orderly land administration, one of which is the lack of public understanding of agrarian laws and regulations, especially regarding land registration which is one component of land administration. Many problems may arise if land registration is not carried out; for example, a common problem in Indonesia is disagreement (land disputes). Land disputes continue to occur; one of the causes is the irregularity of land administration in the past. This problem can happen anywhere and can appear in the Sinarmukti Village community. Therefore, agricultural law counseling activities are carried out to increase public understanding of agrarian law, especially the orderly land administration with land registration. These activities are carried out through the use of an online seminar system or webinars. The general public can follow the guidelines from the webinars so that the public becomes aware and knows about land administration
