Abstract

This study aims to determine which services need to be improved so that the number of new students increases. Using 5 research variables, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method approach which will produce a House of Quality matrix, a total of 12 service attributes need to be improved. After knowing the 12 service attributes that must be improved, the researcher conducted an interview with the Principal of JHS Muhammadiyah 1 Malang, so that eight technical responses were obtained, namely conducting discipline and character training for teachers, adding additional equipment, namely main textbooks, rulers, markers, erasers and attendance books. class, holding disciplinary training and human resource relations to staff, installing CCTV in the school area, namely in front of the teacher's room, each class and where students pass by (sports fields, bicycle / motorbike parking lots, and gazebos), adding gazebos and Wi-Fi in the school area then adding fiction story books in the library, adding school facilities such as toilets, improving school layouts so that the distance between classrooms and canteens, laboratories and libraries is close and maximizing social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and the school website in school promotion.

Abstract

This research was conducted to answer what business actors can do to be able to maintain their business amid the COVID-19 pandemic that is sweeping the world. This study also aims to describe what are the survival strategies that must be carried out by business actors. Therefore, they can survive and become more responsive and adaptable to business changes, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Usually, even though there are online sales, many consumers still buy products directly at the store or shopping center. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which is the right type of research to capture human perception with direct contact through an inductive process and symbolic interaction. Using literature review, the decomposition of the data was obtained. This research provides an opinion in finding opportunities and maintaining business in the new normal era for MSME in the form of recognizing consumer behavior, improving quality and services, using technology in MSME in the form of digital marketing, building synergies between digital MSME and citizens, and use the Customer relationship marketing (CRM).

Abstract

One of the impacts felt by entrepreneurs during the Covid-19 pandemic was the decline in the economy and business. In this modern era, social media has become a basic need for society. Therefore, business people must optimize digital marketing strategies. One way that is considered the most effective is using the services of an influencer. The purpose of this research is to find out how big the role of influencers and digital content is in increasing a business. This type of research is narrative qualitative research and data collection method by interview. The results of this study are entrepreneurs admit that influencers and digital content are very influential on their online business. Especially during the covid 19 pandemic like now, both in terms of turnover and followers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and development on teacher performance and is mediated by a readiness to change during the covid 19 pandemic. The type of research used is Explanatory Research or survey research methods. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 38 teachers at the Salsabila Foundation. Testing the instrument in this study uses validity and reliability tests where the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test in this study are Normal distribution and there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that training and development affect teacher performance through readiness to change. It can be concluded that readiness to change can mediate between training and development on teacher performance at the Salsabila foundation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price on brand image and its impact on Go-Jek customer satisfaction via Go-Ride services. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was UMM students with a sample of UMM students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Department. 100 students were selected by the purposive sampling method while data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study show that price has no significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price affects the brand image and brand image affects consumer satisfaction. Indirectly, the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction through brand image.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the dimensions of total quality management (TQM) implementation on the operational performance of MSMEs in Malang City and to find out what dimensions of TQM are considered to be dominant in influencing operational performance during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on MSME Entrepreneurs in Lowokwaru District, Malang City with a total sample of 45 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and Likert scale to measure the dimensions. The instrument test in this study uses validity and reliability tests, and the analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all dimensions of TQM had partial effect except the dimensions of Long-Term Commitment and Unity of Purpose. The simultaneous test proves that the dimensions of TQM have a simultaneous effect on operational performance. It is also known that education and training are dimensions of TQM implementation that have a dominant influence on operational performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, organizational change, and organizational culture on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory. The populations are 61 employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang City, sampling using the census method. This type of data uses quantitative and the data source is primary data. Data collection through questionnaires. The method of analysis uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results of the calculation of the perceived organizational support scale range show high, organizational change shows good, organizational culture shows good and employee performance shows high. Perceptions of organizational support, organizational change, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe customer perceptions of shopee website quality, shopee customer satisfaction and shopee customer loyalty. The data analysis technique used scale and path range analysis. The results of the analysis show that the customer's perception of the quality of the shopee website can be found to be in the good category. Shopee customer satisfaction is in the very satisfied category. Shopee customer loyalty is included in the very loyal category. Website quality affects customer satisfaction, meaning that the better the quality of the shopee website, the customer satisfaction will increase. Customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty, meaning that with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will increase

Abstract

Capital market are venues where are channeled between the suppliers who have funds and those who are in need of capital. One of the corporate actions to influence the number of shares and share's value to attract the investor is stock split. To looking of the effect stock split of the company can be seen from trading volume activity, return, and abnormal return. In this research discusses the effect of the stock split events can affect trading volume activity, return of shares, and abnormal return by looking at the difference in trading volume activity, return of share, and abnormal return both before and after the stock split. Event window of this research which is 5 days before and 5 days after the stock split events. The data collected are historical data taken from various sources on the internet. The samples are based on purposive sampling, in this research using kolmogorov smirnov test for the normality data and using wilcoxon sign rank test to obtain the result. In this research declared that the stock split positively affects to trading volume activity. And the stock split will not affect both returns and abnormal returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity and solvability on the profitability of banking companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The population used in this study is data on loan to deposit ratio, debt to, capital adequacy ratio, and ROA. The sample taken is data from the 2017-2019 period as many as 28 banking companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, while the analytical tool used is SPPS version 25. The results of this study state that the projected liquidity variable with the loan to deposit ratio has no significant effect on company profitability. The solvability variable projected by the capital adequacy ratio has no significant effect on the company's profitability. The liquidity variable projected by the loan to deposit ratio, and the solvability variable projected by the capital adequacy ratio simultaneously do not affect the company's profitability, and the most influential variable on profitability is solvability projected by the capital adequacy ratio (CAR).
