Abstract

Objektif. Tujuan riset ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor upt pengelolaan irigasi bah bolon dinas sumber daya air cipta karya dan tata ruang provinsi sumatera utara.Metode Riset. Ada pula riset ini memakai desain riset kepustakaan (library research) serta riset lapangan (field research). Kemudian buat metode pengumpulan informasi memakai tata cara wawancara, tata cara dokumentasi serta tata cara kuesioner. Informasi yang diperoleh ialah tipe informasi kualitatif serta informasi kuantitatif. Hasil informasi yang yang diperoleh dari lapangan hendak dianalisis secara deskriptif baik secara kualitatif ataupun kuantitatif.Hasil. Disiplin sudah baik, semangat sangat besar serta cara para karyawan dalam bekerja sangat efektif. Hitungan dari suatu analisis regresi adalah: Ŷ= 5,402+0,375X1+0,234 X2 maksudnya adalah, disiplin serta motivasi menciptakan hasil yang baik bagi para karyawan. Hitungan dari suatu Analisa mengenai korelasi didapatkan melalui r = 0,802 maksudnya adalah, memiliki suatu relasi yang besar serta efektif dalam suatu disiplin serta semangat terhadap para karyawan dalam suatu organisasi bisnis.Kesimpulan. Hitungan dari suatu test dugaan sementara menjelaskan bahwa H0 tidak diterima, maksudnya adalah terdapat keterkaitan melalui signifikansi dalam disiplin serta semangat bagi para karyawan di Kantor UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Bah Bolon Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya Dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara baik secara simultan dan juga parsial. Itu semua dinyatakan dalam test dugaan sementara yang berdasarkan simultan, yaitu hitungan test f hitung 26,101> Ftabel terhadap ukuran signifikan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Objektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Cipta Selera Semesta. Metode penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Cipta Selera Semesta sebanyak 100 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan data kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 24,462 dengan probabilitas signifikansi sebesar 0,000, sedangkan Ftabel dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,09. Karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel (24,462 > 3,09), maka dapat dikatakan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas (motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi) berpengaruh secara simultan. . berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Cipta Selera Semesta. Kesimpulan. Disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas (motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Cipta Selera Semesta. Pengaruh yang diberikan merupakan pengaruh positif yang cukup besar terhadap variabel Produktivitas Kerja atau dapat dikatakan bahwa ketika nilai variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) dan Budaya Organisasi (X2) meningkat maka nilai variabel Produktivitas Kerja (Y) meningkat.

Abstract

Objective. This study aims to identify and analyze consumer considerations factors in online purchasing decisions with trust as a moderating variable. Research Methods.This research is an associative research. The population in this study were students of the Study Program of Master of Management, Postgraduate, Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan who had made online purchases. The number of samples was 80 respondents who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Primary data collection used questionnaires and secondary data collection used literature study. Testing the hypothesis in this study used linear regression analysis and interaction test with a significance value of = 5% (0.05). Results.The results showed that the variables of consumer consideration factors and consumer confidence had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of Postgraduate Management Master Program. Consumer trust was able to strengthen the influence of consumer considerations factors on consumer purchasing decisions online. Conclusion.All aspects contained in these variables consisting of price, product, ease of transaction and transaction security have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions to shop online. The better and clearer the practice of prices, products, convenience and security of transactions provided by companies or individual online sellers, the easier it is for consumers to make purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Objective. The purpose of this study was to determine: To analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction at the Best Pematangsiantar Store. Then the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at the Best Pematangsiantar Store. Research Methods. The object of research is Pematangsiantar Best Store which is located on Jl. Sutomo No. 63, Kelurahan Dwikora, Kecamatan Siantar Barat, Pematangsiantar, 21118. In this study, all members of the population were used as data sources, namely as the sample of the researcher. Where the research population is the Best Pematangsiantar Store customers with a total of 35 people, who also become the research sample. Results. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that relationship marketing has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that relationship marketing has a strong and positive relationship with customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a very strong and positive relationship with customer loyalty.. The results of the hypothesis test state that H0 is rejected, meaning that relationship marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Conclusion. Relationship marketing at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, the leadership should try to improve and also create long-term relationships with customers and also fulfill all the needs according to the wishes of these customers. Customer satisfaction at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, it is better for the leadership to maintain long-term relationships and give good attention so that customers will feel more satisfied. Customer loyalty at the Best Pematangsiantar Store in this case has been categorized as good. Even though it has been categorized as good, the leadership should try to establish close relationships with customers and pay attention so that customers become loyal.

Abstract

Objektif. Tujuan riset ini merupakan untuk mengenali cerminan brand image, anggapan konsumen serta keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar. untuk mengenali pengaruh brand image dan anggapan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar.Metode Riset. Ada pula riset ini memakai desain riset kepustakaan (library research) serta riset lapangan (field research). Kemudian buat metode pengumpulan informasi memakai tata cara wawancara, tata cara dokumentasi serta tata cara kuesioner. Informasi yang diperoleh ialah tipe informasi kualitatif serta informasi kuantitatif. Hasil informasi yang yang diperoleh dari lapangan hendak dianalisis secara deskriptif baik secara kualitatif ataupun kuantitatif.Hasil. Hasil riset ini bisa disimpulkan bagaikan berikut: 1. brand image, anggapan konsumen serta keputusan pembelian pada toko BK telah baik. 2. Hasil analisis regresi Ŷ= 18,229+ 0,383X1+ 0,362X2 artinya ada pengaruh positif serta signifikan antara Brand image serta anggapan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar. 3. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai R= 0,722, maksudnya ada ikatan yang sangat kokoh antara Brand image serta anggapan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar.Kesimpulan. Dari koefisien determinasi melaporkan besar rendahnya keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar sebesar 52,1% bisa dipaparkan oleh brand image serta anggapan konsumen, sebaliknya sisanya sebesar 47,9% dipaparkan oleh aspek lain yang tidak diteliti dalam riset ini. 4. Hasil hipotesis H0 ditolak, maksudnya brand image serta anggapan konsumen mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko BK Pematangsiantar baik secara simultan ataupun parsial.

Abstract

Objective. The aims of this study are: 1. To find out the description of communication, work discipline, and teamwork of non-medical employees at PT Horas Insani Abadi Pematangsiantar. 2. To determine the effect of communication and work discipline on the teamwork of non-medical employees at PT Horas Insani Abadi Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. Research Methods. The place of research was conducted at Horas Insani Hospital Pematangsiantar which is located on Jl. Medan Km 2.5, Siantar Martoba District, Pematangsiantar City, North Sumatra. In this study, the population used were all non-medical employees of PT Horas Insani Abadi Pematangsiantar, totaling 105 people. Results. The results of this study can be concluded as follows: Communication, work discipline, and teamwork of employees are good. There is a positive influence between communication and work discipline on employee teamwork. There is a strong and positive relationship between communication, work discipline and employee teamwork. Then whether or not the teamwork of employees can be explained by communication and work discipline. The results of the hypothesis test stated that H0 was rejected, meaning that communication and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee teamwork at PT Horas Insani Abadi Pematangsiantar either simultaneously or partially. Conclusion. The suggestions from the results of this study are: To make communication effective, the hospital should provide facilities in the form of shelves where patient status is stored. To improve work discipline, the hospital should provide sanctions in the form of a warning to employees who violate the rules set by the hospital so that employees are more disciplined at work. To improve teamwork, employees should have discussions related to work so that good cooperation can be established.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Organizational Culture, Leadership Behavior, Decision Making, and Professionalism Work on Employee Performance at the Radio Republik Indonesia Office, Padang City. The research variables are Organizational Culture (X1), Leadership Behavior (X2), Decision Making (X3), Work Professionalism (X4) and Employee Performance as variables (Y). Data Collection Methods Through Surveys and Distributing Questionnaires with a sample of 85 respondents. Given the importance of corporate culture, leadership behavior, decision making and work professionalism on employee performance at the Radio Republik Indonesia office, the author is interested in conducting research in the form of a thesis.

Abstract

Kampar is a district in Riau Province which has 841.332 people. (BPS : 2019). As long as the society’s growth over Kampar District, the need of transportation system is also increased, which makes accidents number increased every year. By the term of condition, some handling operations are needed to know the capacity and rank of accident-prone areas to reduce traffic accidents. This study used secondary data from local police agency by accidents data from 214-2018. Data were analyzed to count the accident-prone areas. The total numbers of accident rate was on Jalan Rimbo Panjang-Bangkinang with the total 53 accidents. There were 99 victims of whom 18 people wee died, 32 people were seriously injured and 49 were slightly injured. It observed by Blacks Spot and Black Site methods. Based on Accident rate, roads on Rimbo Panjang-Bangkinang were identify by Accident Rate 0,399. Sei Tiarap-Kampar Village on Accident Rate 0,233 and Penyesawan Village – Air Tiris by Accident Rate 0,233 And Clack Site 0,133 for Padang Mutung-Village-Penyesawan Village. 0,116 for Sei Tiarap – Kampar Village and 0,033 for Penyesawan-Air Tiris. The conclusion is there are three accident-prone areas from thirteen locations, which makes handling and addition of facilities and infrastructure should be done, as well as development of traffic discipline of road users.

Abstract

Objective. The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the work-life balance among the female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine at the Central General Hospital of DR. M. Djamil Padang. Respondents and the types of sampling techniques were using the saturated sampling, as many as 74 female nurses. The data were obtained through a measuring instrument, namely the Work-Life Balance Scale from Fisher, Bulger, and Smith (2009) which has been modified by Novelia (2013). Research Method. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative. Results. Based on the results of the research, it was found that the majority of female nurses has a high level of the work-life balance. Conclusion. This means that female nurses have been able to work to develop the role that they live by being able to manage the time between work and personal life with their good ability to regulate personal life so as not to interfere with the work they do.

Abstract

Objective. Kedai Kopi Baravi Pematangsiantar merupakan salah satu usaha dagang khususnya produk minuman. Salah satu produk yang ditawarkan adalah minuman yang berbaur dengan kopi hitam dan sekaligus menjadi fokus produk pada penelitian ini, hal ini dikarenakan produk yang ditawarkan pada Kedai Kopi Baravi Pematangsiantar sebagian besar adalah produk yang berbaur dengan kopi hitam dan juga karena sebagian besar pengunjung Kedai Kopi Baravi adalah laki - laki yang menyukai produk yang berbaur dengan kopi hitam. Tujuannya yaitu untuk memenuhi gaya hidup masyarakat pada zaman sekarang, dimana masyarakat lebih senang menghabiskan waktu luangnya untuk mengunjungi kafe yang dapat membuat konsumen merasa nyaman. Untuk segmen dalam menarik konsumen Kedai Kopi Baravi Pematangsiantar berupaya untuk menciptakan kualitas produk yang baik dan memberikan lokasi yang baik juga agar mendapatkan kepuasan konsumen. Research Methods. Lokasi dilakukan di Kedai Kopi Baravi Pematangsiantar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang berkunjung ke Kedai Kopi Baravi Pematangsiantar pada bulan April sebanyak 70 orang dimana seluruh populasi menjadi sampel. Results. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan lokasi dan kepuasan konsumen sudah baik. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh positif antara Lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kedai Kopi Baravi Pematangsiantar. Kemudian, terdapat hubungan yang sedang dan positif antara lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu, lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Kedai Kopi Baravi Pematangsiantar secara parsial. Conclusion. Hasil analisis deskriptif kualitatif menunjukkan lokasi sudah baik. Kemudian nilai rata-rata tertinggi pada dimensi Akses untuk indikator jarak lokasi dengan masyarakat. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata terendah pada dimensi Tempat parkir untuk indikator kondisi tempat parkir.
