<![CDATA[Background - Clothing traders in the Benjeng Traditional Market experienced a decrease in income when the existence of FO (Factory Outlet). The number of FO (Factory Outlet) that stands, Benjeng Traditional Market clothing traders still get income even though not as optimal as the time before the existence of FO (Factory Outlet). Objective - This study aims to examine the Income of Traditional Market Clothing Traders in Facing FO (Factory Outlet). Design : By collecting data from 7 informants and 1 key informant as a way for researchers to find accurate results. Data testing was performed using data analysis namely data reduction, data display, and conclusions. Findings - The results of data analysis about clothing merchant income in the face of FO (Factory Outlet) shows that the existence of Factory Outlets in the Benjeng Region can reduce the income of clothing traders even though the decline is not too large, but the defense of clothing traders in dealing with Factory Outlet is a form of welfare for the clothing traders in Benjeng Market, where this welfare is a main income, daily necessities and livelihood. In addition to the persistence of clothing traders in the Benjeng Market with the presence of Factory Outlets in the Benjeng Area there are things that traders must do so that buyers or customers are more interested in shopping at the Benjeng traditional market by increasing customer satisfaction by way of product innovation, service, price competition, and procedures product location. Research implications - With this research, it is hoped that the Benjeng Market clothing traders will continue to increase the efforts that must be made to provide the best for customers and buyers with the existence of a Factory Outlet in the Benjeng area. Research limitations - Researchers still have limitations in conducting this research, namely, the research setting only uses clothing traders in traditional markets so that researchers can only get data from clothing merchant informants.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to identify the motivation of honorary teachers who teach and also the reason they have survived to date at SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study method. Infoman in this research amounted to six people, the types and sources of data used included primary data. Data retrieval techniques use interviews. The data analysis technique uses 3 stages that is, data reduction, data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study can be concluded that the work motivation of the internal motivational honorary teacher is the desire to gain recognition. External motivation is good environmental conditions, good supervision, and flexible regulations. The reasons that make honorary teachers survive teaching for tens of years are needs, home distance factors, age factors, and also work environment factors.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of trucking at the warehouse at PT Berkah Multi Cargo (BMC) Logistics there is a problem where the trucking data input process in the warehouse is still done manually. This makes the process of distributing information in each division take a long time, therefore there is a need for improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze to improve control of the trucking process at the warehouse. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. While the data collection techniques used in this study were observation and face to face interviews. Informants / resource persons or subjects in the study were determined by purposive sampling. The results of this study can be used as a reference by companies, especially logistics companies to improve control of the warehouse trucking process by creating systems such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) describing a business process diagram based on flow chart techniques. This research is limited to PT Berkah Multi Cargo (BMC) Logistics, to make a system it takes people who are experts in the IT field so that the system can be implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[Background - In this modern era, cosmetics are no longer a desire for a consumer but have become a daily necessity for humans. Dressing up can make them appear more confident. In Indonesia, the cosmetics business is a promising business opportunity, so it's no wonder that many companies are successful with their cosmetic products. Cosmetics sales are not inferior to other sales in following technological developments. Objective - To analyze the influence of social media, influencers and customer reviews on customer purchasing decisions for Ms. Glow's cosmetic products. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research examines the influence of social media, influencers and customer reviews on the decision to purchase Ms Glow product with 95 samples of Ms Glow customers have an Id Card, get data through distributing questionnaires to them and for testing using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. Findings - Social media and influencer variables had an effect on the purchase decision for Ms Glow's products, while the customer reviews had no effect on the consumer purchasing decisions Ms Glow. Research implications - This research can be used as a reference for viewing and seeking information on social media, influencers and customer reviews of consumer purchasing decisions for Ms Glow products. Research limitations - In this modern era, customer reviews should be very influential on consumer purchasing decisions because they are done easily, but this research is the opposite with possible answers because they’re confident and have customer loyalty to Ms. Glow's products.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Background - The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the educational aspect of using online internet media. however, storage media for online activities is still lacking. Especially the lack of flexibility, space for modification and privacy controls provided free of charge by existing file sharing service providers provide various obstacles in accelerating and exchanging information and data using file sharing media services, this is what makes various universities and their academics to develop their file sharing services. Purpose - to evaluate the results of the quality of information security from the Aufratia file sharing application developed independently by the UMG academic community. Design / methodology / approach - This research is a descriptive qualitative research type, while the root cause analysis uses the Fishbone Diagram. Findings - The Aufratia application still does not meet the ISO 27001 standard. Information protection is minimal and almost non-existent, making Aufratia unfit to be a release application and currently it is more suitable to be a beta version (tested) application. Research implications - This research provides a contribution in terms of developing file sharing application software that utilizes the internet. Research limitation - Research only examines one software, further research can be modified or compared with other software to assess the advantages and disadvantages that can be used to complement each other.]]>

<![CDATA[The high divorce rate every year in the Gresik area, resulting in many women with single parent status who have multiple roles. Divorce makes the family less qualified and has an impact on the human resources produced, which also decreases. Most children of single parent women have poor quality education. This study aims to analyze how to play a dual role with single parent status in children's education in Sukomulyo Manyar Gresik Village. This type of research is qualitative research. The selection of informants in this study, researchers conducted interviews with 5 (five) single parents, using purposive sampling with several criteria. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validation technique uses member check. The results of this study indicate that someone who carries out multiple roles with single parent status has very little free time with children. Busy parents work all day resulting in less concern for children in learning activities, but it does not reduce the enthusiasm for single parent women to motivate and encourage their children to realize their future. This research contributes to single parents in order to provide knowledge about the dual roles they face in supporting their child's educational development. <![CDATA[Background - The people in Pelang Village, Kembangbahu District, Lamongan Regency, the majority of their livelihoods come from the agricultural sector. In 2017-2020 many farmers are converting rice land into sugar cane plantations. The impact of land shifting results in reduced planting and harvested areas for food crops or reduced amounts of rice production and changes in income. Objective - This study aims to determine the income before land conversion, the impact on income after land conversion, the causes of land conversion, and the impacts. Design/Methodology/Approach - This type of research is a qualitative research. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with structured interviews and unstructured interviews (free). The data used in this study is primary data. Findings - The results of this study indicate that the impact on the income obtained by farmers before transferring land is experiencing stability, while the impact after transferring rice land to sugar cane has increased. The cause of rice farmers who transfer their land to sugar cane farmers because they can get increased profits. Research implications - This research can be used as material for consideration when changing the function of land owned by farmers. Research limitations - This study has limitations regarding the yield generated during harvest. Researchers only get income information every time it is harvested, the income has not been reduced by drugs in the treatment of the land owned.]]>

<![CDATA[Background - Changes in the lifestyle of young people who mostly prefer to hang out at coffee shops, so that the interest in coffee shops decreases. but contrary to the condition of the coffee shop in the Brotonegoro Gresik area which still survives to obtain optimal profit. Objective - This study aims to analyze the triple bottom line of coffee shops in the Brotonegoro Gresik area to deal with modern coffee shops in obtaining optimal profit. Design/Methodology/Approach - The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with structured interviews and unstructured interviews (free) Findings - The results of this study found that coffee shops pay attention to the environment (planet) by paying attention to the cleanliness of the coffee shop premises, the facilities provided, and paying attention to the layout (layout) of food and beverages being sold. Coffee shops pay attention to service (people), namely by maintaining ethics, paying attention to appearance, and maintaining quality. Profit (profit) as the fulfillment of the necessities of life and business continuity for coffee shop owners in the Brotonegoro Gresik area. Research implications - The results of this research can be used as a reference for coffee shop owners to provide added value and develop their business. Research limitations - Research conducted by researchers still has limitations, namely researchers have not explored service quality more deeply, so that the information obtained by researchers in the form of service quality is only based on the dimensions of reliability, certainty and empathy.]]>

Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Gresik Branch Office. The sample in this study uses accidental sampling based on chance. The size of the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques are using questionnaire. <![CDATA[Decrease in employee performance cause of burnout due to doing more than one type of work and responsibilities at one time. This study aims to understand burnout (mental fatigue) that is often experienced by employees and the factors that cause it. So that this research can be a reference for readers who experience or want to know burnout. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive research method based on the results of observations and interviews with resource persons in the field and continued the results of previous research. The type of sample used in this research is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were employees and employees of Iron and Steel Retail who found a double job desk (holding more than one task and responsibility). This study shows the impact of mental fatigue experienced by employees due to carrying out several different tasks and responsibilities. These include decreased loyalty, decreased productivity, and job discomfort. Mental fatigue occurs due to the severe stress experienced by a person in carrying out activities, resulting in a feeling of reluctance or not being motivated to carry out activities that are usually done. The results of this study can be used as a reference for managing human resources (employees) in companies to create work comfort and improve the quality of employees' work. This research is limited to company x, for development it is necessary to carry out more in-depth research and involve many companies and employees as the population.]]>
