This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and concern) on the satisfaction of prepaid electricity customers at PT PLN (Persero) Gresik, case study: Ngipik Village, Gresik District. This study uses a quantitative approach. the subject of this study was prepaid electricity customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik, with 120 samples. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis. The regression results obtained t count of 3.571 while the t table amounted to 1.980 which means direct evidence has an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. Reliability variable has t count of 2.856 while t table is 1.980, therefore the reliability variable influences customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. The responsiveness variable has a t count of 2.696 while the t table is 1.980 so the responsiveness variable influences customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. The guarantee variable has a t count of 3.039 while the t table is 1.980 so the guarantee variable influences customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. Concern variables have t arithmetic of 3.410 while t table is 1.980 so that the variables of concern affect customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Gresik. direct evidence variables, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and concern have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to identify the motivation of honorary teachers who teach and also the reason they have survived to date at SMK Negeri 1 Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a case study method. Infoman in this research amounted to six people, the types and sources of data used included primary data. Data retrieval techniques use interviews. The data analysis technique uses 3 stages that is, data reduction, data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study can be concluded that the work motivation of the internal motivational honorary teacher is the desire to gain recognition. External motivation is good environmental conditions, good supervision, and flexible regulations. The reasons that make honorary teachers survive teaching for tens of years are needs, home distance factors, age factors, and also work environment factors.

This study aims to determine the Influence of Corporate Image, Service Quality, Interest Rates and Promotions on Decisions of Taking Home Ownership Loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Gresik Branch Office. The sample in this study uses accidental sampling based on chance. The size of the sample used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Data collection techniques are using questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that corporate image influences credit decision making, Service Quality influences credit leverage decisions, Interest rates affect credit decision making, Promotion affects the decision to take home ownership loans (KPR) at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Gresik Branch Office.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study all consumers in Gresik Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer amounted to 150 people while the sample was 110 people and there were 10 people who did not meet the researcher's criteria, the method used by purposive sampling researchers with the provisions of respondents who had chosen an exelent building package and luxury home package at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Regression results obtained t count 9.495 while t table 1.985 therefore product quality affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The variable price has -4,180 while t table 1,985 influences consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The service quality has a t count of 7.225 while the t table of 1,985 affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Product quality, price and service quality variables have a simultaneous and significant influence on customer satisfaction

The existence of earnings information that is needed in the financial statements can be targeted by parties who are not responsible for carrying out earnings management practices. There are several factors that can present earnings management practices, namely audit quality, company size and leverage. This study discusses the evaluation of quality, company size and leverage on earnings management in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. By using 117 samples of annual financial statements or financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Tests carried out using multiple linear regression. Regression results indicate the results of quality audits and firm size significantly influence earnings management. Meanwhile, leverage is not significant to earnings management. It is expected that the results of this study can add insight for users of financial statements to pay attention to audit quality and company size to avoid earnings management practices.

This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios on financial distress on retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2018. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The sample used is the financial statements of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange a with total of 40. Testing is done using logistic regression. The results showed that the Current Ratio variable influenced and negatively affected financial distress. Return On Assets has no effect and is positive for financial distress. While the Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over variables have no effect and are negative for financial distress. The conclusion that the current ratio variable influences and negatively affects financial distress. The return on asset variable has no effect and is positive for financial distress. The variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turn Over has no effect and is negative for financial distress. Next researcher is to make the Current Ratio (CR) variable as a mediating variable between X variables, namely Return On Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) with Y variable, namely financial distress

Background - Clothing traders in the Benjeng Traditional Market experienced a decrease in income when the existence of FO (Factory Outlet). The number of FO (Factory Outlet) that stands, Benjeng Traditional Market clothing traders still get income even though not as optimal as the time before the existence of FO (Factory Outlet). Objective - This study aims to examine the Income of Traditional Market Clothing Traders in Facing FO (Factory Outlet). Design : By collecting data from 7 informants and 1 key informant as a way for researchers to find accurate results. Data testing was performed using data analysis namely data reduction, data display, and conclusions. Findings - The results of data analysis about clothing merchant income in the face of FO (Factory Outlet) shows that the existence of Factory Outlets in the Benjeng Region can reduce the income of clothing traders even though the decline is not too large, but the defense of clothing traders in dealing with Factory Outlet is a form of welfare for the clothing traders in Benjeng Market, where this welfare is a main income, daily necessities and livelihood. In addition to the persistence of clothing traders in the Benjeng Market with the presence of Factory Outlets in the Benjeng Area there are things that traders must do so that buyers or customers are more interested in shopping at the Benjeng traditional market by increasing customer satisfaction by way of product innovation, service, price competition, and procedures product location. Research implications - With this research, it is hoped that the Benjeng Market clothing traders will continue to increase the efforts that must be made to provide the best for customers and buyers with the existence of a Factory Outlet in the Benjeng area. Research limitations - Researchers still have limitations in conducting this research, namely, the research setting only uses clothing traders in traditional markets so that researchers can only get data from clothing merchant informants.

Abstract Background - The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the educational aspect of using online internet media. however, storage media for online activities is still lacking. Especially the lack of flexibility, space for modification and privacy controls provided free of charge by existing file sharing service providers provide various obstacles in accelerating and exchanging information and data using file sharing media services, this is what makes various universities and their academics to develop their file sharing services. Purpose - to evaluate the results of the quality of information security from the Aufratia file sharing application developed independently by the UMG academic community. Design / methodology / approach - This research is a descriptive qualitative research type, while the root cause analysis uses the Fishbone Diagram. Findings - The Aufratia application still does not meet the ISO 27001 standard. Information protection is minimal and almost non-existent, making Aufratia unfit to be a release application and currently it is more suitable to be a beta version (tested) application. Research implications - This research provides a contribution in terms of developing file sharing application software that utilizes the internet. Research limitation - Research only examines one software, further research can be modified or compared with other software to assess the advantages and disadvantages that can be used to complement each other.

Background - Increasing an effort or business affects intense competition. One of them is in the coffee shop business in Gresik City. In need of effective promotion strategy to face the competition of the coffee shop. In this research the object to be meticulously is the Gresiknesia coffee shop that makes the art community as a promotional strategy. Using an EPIC model (Emphaty, Persuasion, Impact, Communication), researchers will measure the effectiveness of the art community as a promotional strategy at Gresiknesia coffee shop. Objective - The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the arts community as a promotional strategy in Gresiknesia coffee shop. Design : The study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. To measure effectiveness, researchers take data and information from four key informant and two non-key informant through observation and interviews directly with the support of documentation data. Findings - The result of the study was that the art community was instrumental in the promotion at the Gresiknesia coffee shop, because the reason visitors came to Gresiknesia coffee shop was to enjoy the event there in addition to enjoying coffee. In addition to the Gresik people, people outside the city also know the Gresiknesia coffee shop because of the art community. So the strategy used in Gresiknesia coffee shop is already effective if measured using EPIC models. Research implications - This research contributes to marketing management by utilizing art as an added value. Research limitations - The limitation in this study is to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies only in terms of promotion using the EPIC model.

Background - Innovation culture is a very important thing to be applied to a company with the purpose of maintaining the existence and survival of the company. The level of success in doing this innovation significantly depends on the ability, skills and interpreting the rapidly changing environment. In addition, employee involvement also influences the success of innovation. Innovation itself is often associated with KAIZEN or in Japanese terms it means "continuous improvement" which emphasizes human effort, morals, communication, training, cooperation, empowerment and self-discipline. Objective - The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy carried out by PT. Petrosida Gresik in motivating its employees to implement an innovation culture and to identify inhibiting factors in its application and what efforts must be made to minimize these obstacles. Design : This study uses qualitative research methods and the informants in this study are employees who are the originators of the application of an innovation culture in the company, and innovators who always innovate in their work. Validity test of the data by using source triangulation and member checking. Findings - From the results of this study, the researcher can conclude that the application of the innovation culture in this company has a positive impact on the survival of the company. Research implications - This study provides a contribution in human resource management related to corporate culture. Research limitations - Cannot interviews with the Manager of Human Resource Department because timing of the research during the Covid19 pandemic.
