Nanda Indriani. 2022. The Effect of Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Self Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest in Accounting Students of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial knowledge motivation, and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of accounting students at the University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The criteria for the population of this study were all accounting students in 2016 and 2017 who completed entrepreneurship course, namely 451 people. The research sample consisted of 212 people. Making the data obtained by distributing a questionnaire, which the conducted data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS version 18.0 program. Results of testing the hypothesis that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, so that the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, so that the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, so that the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the entrepreneurial spirit, family environment and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial interest. The sampling method used is probability sampling. The probability sampling technique used in this study is the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were 257 respondents. The data used is primary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial spirit has an influence on entrepreneurial interest. Family Environment Affects Interest in Entrepreneurship. Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research approach in which the researcher describes the research results in the form of words or sentences. The subjects in this study were principals, waka students, PAI teachers, BK teachers, and students. The types and sources of data obtained in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. While the data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis and interpretation techniques use data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that to formulate or plan a student discipline program at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo from the provincial education office and then modified by the school, as well as the father or mother of the teacher and adapted to the conditions in the school. The regulation has been regulated in the Minister of National Education Number: 20 of 2007. If the student's violation points reach 15 points, the student will receive an oral warning. If you have reached 20 points, then students will get a written warning. If the points are 25-40 points, then students will get a summons for their parents or guardians. If the student's parents or guardians are unable to attend, a home visit will be held, where the teacher will go to the student's house to meet the student's parents or guardian and make a statement so that the student does not repeat the violation. The maximum number of points collected by students is 100.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and provide an explanation of the relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination in class VII & VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Tanggulangin. This research method is quantitative with the subjects of class VII & VIII students totaling 99 students. Determination of the subject using a saturated sampling technique where sampling is done by considering certain characteristics. The variables in this study were self-regulation and academic procrastination. Data collection in this study used two psychological preparation scales, namely the Likert scale for self-regulation variables and academic procrastination made by the researcher. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination. Analysis of the data in this study using statistical product moment correlation test with the help of SPSS 18 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination in class VII & VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Tanggulangin with a value of r = -0.265 with a significance value of 0.000 (P<0.05). This means that there is a significant negative relationship between self-regulation and academic procrastination in class VII & VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Tanggulangin. So, the results of the initial hypothesis that the researcher proposes can be accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate problems regarding teacher interpersonal communication in motivating student learning along with what are supporting and inhibiting factors of teacher-student interpersonal communication during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. With the techniques of determining the informant using purposive sampling technique. The result showed that the teacher’s role was crucial in interpersonal communication in order to motivate student learning during covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of interpersonal communication between student and teacher were found in the form of technical, physical, semantic, psychological, and social environment factors. The supporting factors themselves are proximity to communication targets, supportive attitude, empathy, teacher self-image, to a positive learning environment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the delay of students in working on the thesis. The purpose of this study is to find out and provide an explanation of the description of the academic procrastination of students who are working on their thesis at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. This research method is descriptive quantitative with the subject of students who are working on a thesis totaling 292 students. Determination of subjects using proportionate stratified random sampling technique is a sampling technique used when the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous and stratified proportionally. The variable in this study is academic procrastination. The data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale, namely the Likert scale for the academic procrastination variable made by the researcher. Analysis of the data in this study using the help of Microsoft Excel. The results of data analysis showed that male students had higher procrastination than female students with an average score of 57.18, while female students had an average of 55.59. The results of the study when viewed from the Faculty show that the SAINTEK faculty has the highest level of academic procrastination among other faculties. The results of the study based on morning and evening classes showed that the evening class (56.6) had higher academic procrastination than the morning class (55.5).

Abstract

Learning media is an important aspect of supporting the achievement of learning objectives. However, currently learning Arabic in Class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo does not use learning media. Meanwhile, students have difficulty understanding Nahwu Adad Ma'dud learning and students need technology-based learning media that attracts interest in learning and is easy to use anywhere and anytime. So this research was carried out as a form of developing learning media, especially in learning Nahwu Adad Ma'dud which was aimed at eight grade of junior high school students to be more interested and motivated to learn Adad Ma'dud so that it was easier to understand. The research method used is Research & Development (R&D) by describing the responses from the questionnaire sheet as well as criticisms and suggestions from the validators, and the results of the responses are processed and measured quantitatively using the Linkert scale. This research is produce the development product of an interactive animation video with time duration 13 minutes that containing animated explain of the meaning, examples, and summaries of the 4 types of Adad Ma'dud. This interactive animation video development product reach a very good response by 86.16% from 15 students.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how accounting students understand the importance of information technology knowledge that accountants must master in running a business in the industrial revolution era, to find out how accounting students understand the importance of their ability to master information technology knowledge that must be mastered by an accountant and to find out the understanding of students who have a business about the knowledge of information technology that must be mastered by accountants to deal with the impact of the development of the current industrial revolution. In this study, researchers used qualitative methods. The informants in this. Study were students majoring in accounting for the 2018 and 2019 batches of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques used are Interviews, observation and documentation. In this research, the triangulation used is source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference in the understanding of accounting students who have current businesses regarding the knowledge of information technology that must be mastered by an accountant in the current era of the industrial revolution. Knowledge of information technology is very important for accounting students who are having businesses. Because accounting is an activity that does not escape the role of technology in matters relating to financial data. An accountant will go hand in hand with information technology.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information on how to adjust to the Lonto Leok student group and also to find out what factors hindered them in their efforts to adjust while studying at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, The technique of determining the informants used purposive sampling, and data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study reveal that in an effort to adjust to Sidoarjo, there are different ways, such as increasing friends, being active in organizations, smiling, being yourself, not being easily carried away by feelings and respecting all differences. In addition to this method, all informants in this study found factors that hindered self-adjustment, these factors were physical factors, development and maturity, psychological, environmental and cultural and religious factors. In addition, language difficulties became the main problem, they found difficulties in the realm of language, all informants also wanted to learn Javanese to make it easier for them in their daily lives. As well as peer support also helps informants in launching their adjustment efforts while on campus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the habituation of students' religious character in ISMU learning at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati. This type of research uses a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation by applying triangulation techniques, and sources to teachers and students of class II which was then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the habituation of the religious character of students in Islamic science learning at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati was carried out by habituation of praying before and before doing work, dhuha prayer in congregation which was carried out according to schedule, dhuhur prayer in congregation, reading and writing the Qur'an. before learning begins, tahfidz content, PHBI activities, habituation of religious characters in the content of ismu learning. The conclusion from the conclusion that the habituation of the religious character of students in SD Muhammadiyah 1 is done through habituation taught by the teacher using the tawaqi method, which means the teacher provides an example and theory after the students practice it.
