Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effect of the internal and external factors toward margin murabahah at syariah banks for period 2011-2016. The type of data used in this research is secondary data of Islamic Banks publish in quarterly financial statements by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Through purposive sampling, this research got 54 observations from three Islamic banks in five years which fulfill the criteria. This research used quantative approach, using multiple regression and has passed the classical assumption test. Based on the result, it is concluded that there are 4 independent variables which areThird Party Funds, Operational Efficiency Ratio, Non-Performing Financing, and Inflation which having significant effects toward margin murabahah. Simultaneously, the variation of four independent variables can explain 63.81% effects to dependent variable. The remaining of 36.19% is explained by other factors outside this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) Identify the influence between the promotional cost against sales volume products batik local craft. (2) Identify the variable costs of the dominant promotion affects the sales volumes of local handicraft products batik. Analytical tools used in this research is to test assumptions, multiple regression analysis, T test and F test. The location of the research on Selaras Pinang Masak on JL. KH. Jakfar RT. 01 Mudung Laut, Peelayangan in Jambi City. Based on the test results proved that partially variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that can provide significant effects against the volume of sales of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, while variable costs of advertising and the cost of publicity does not influence significantly to sales volumes of products batik on Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City. Based on the results of the calculations found that the variable cost of sales promotions and personnel costs selling that has significant influence against the volume of sales of products batik on Saanggar Selaras Pinang Masak in Jambi City, in the study the independent variables that influence the dependent variable was dominant against the cost of sales promotions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of customer perception on PublicRelationtoward brandimage and to customer loyalty. Research used surveywhere carinsurace customer is the population. Research result showed that range score of public relation perception, brand image, and customer loyalty have good value. According to SEM analysis result shows that the higher the customerpersceptionon public relation causes the higher the brand image. and the higher the brand image causes higher customer loyalty. So, public relation has positive effect to brand image and customer loyalty. Hence, public relation as a marketing tool should be developed internally to craft the more comprehensive marketing strategy to make customer be loyal and winning the competitions.

Abstract

Movement of the creative industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly, the public began to be interested to explore the creative industries. Inti matahari provides services such as the manufacture of residential parks, offices, public facilities, garden care and agricultural facilities targeting a segment of the people who are becoming aware of the importance of landscaping and wanting to spend more money on landscaping and orchard garden. The problems that arise in Inti Matahari is the difficulty to penetrate the market to new consumers and because the landscape industry is an industry that has a period of costumer in the manufacture of landscape, income gains are sometimes not sufficient to cover operating costs. To the authors want to do research where the authors want to see whether the consumer confidence, percept design quality, pecived capability of order, reputation already owned by Inti Matahari affect the purchase intention costumer interested interest in buying landscape and also the author wants to see how big the influence of price will play a role in repurchasing intention costumer, although costumer already interested in landscape design that given

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) know how much influence the product quality of tourisism against the decision of visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City, (2) Analyze how much influence the decision against tourists behavior after visiting Tanggo Rajo tourism place in Jambi City. In this study, the factors which are considered to affect the decision of visiting are tourist attractions, transportation, accommodation, supporting facilities and infrastructure. The population of this research is the community that resides in the town of Jambi. Unit sample 100 people representing various respondents among groups of people. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques with test tool SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims: 1). Analyzing consumer perceptions of marketing delivery strategy and marketing communication services run on the object of Muarojambi temple, 2). Analyzing the influence of delivery strategy and communication of tourism service pemsasaran to the tourists interest to visit Muarajambi temple. 3). Recommends marketing delivery strategy and marketing communication services that can be applied in increasing interest and tourist visit to Muarojambi temple. The sample used is the community / tourists who numbered 110 respondents. Analyzer used average score to know perception of society, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the community / tourists give a positive response to the marketing delivery strategy and communication of tourism destinations Muara Jambi temple. From the results of hypothesis testing, there are significant influence both simultaneously and partially variable delivery strategy and marketing communications to the interests of tourist visits. It should be increased the frequency of attractions, cultural titles / festivals as one of the keys to successfully bringing tourists in Muarajambi, besides the support of other physical facilities. It takes the involvement of all stakeholders in the development of tourism potential and promotion through the choice of effective marketing communication strategy of tourism services to reach the wider market through the utilization of social media / internet, in addition to direct promotion through exhibition and tourism expo

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine, with a comprehensive systematic approach and framework for the analysis of the economic feasibility and methodology of the application of bamboo forest biomass technology as renewable energy for the environment and sustainable regional development.This study was conducted in the subdistricts of South Siberut and Central Siberut, Mentawai Islands district, West Sumatra, as an example for the economic development of underdeveloped areas that have bamboo forests suitable for renewable energy materials.The result is a sustainanle supply chain of renewable energy development that addresses technical complexity, economic scale, capital costs, and renewable energy funding challenges, for small to medium-sized projects and not connected to off-grid networks
