Abstract

The Corona outbreak has hit various joints of the economy. The spread of the virus, which requires human activities to be carried out through social distancing (social distancing) and at an extreme level, taking lockdown steps will have an impact on slowing economic activity (supply and demand) This study aims to identify the economic subsector that can survive and even increase amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The method in this study uses the System Literature Review (SLR), by examining several sources used as material in searching and obtaining literature including articles, electronic media and the web. These sources are used as the basis for analyzing and drawing conclusions in making the results of the study. The results of the research on the identification of economic subsectors that can increase in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic show that the economic sectors that are able to survive and actually experience an increase in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic are the agriculture , plantation, livestock, forestry and fisheries sectors. In terms of the subsector, the increase occurred in plantation crops driven by harvests in strategic plantation commodities including oil palm, cocoa and cloves. Then, the fisheries subsector is also projected to increase in line with decreasing rainfall that affects catches. Other economic sectors that are projected to survive are the electricity, gas and clean water sectors, as they are the basic needs of the community on a daily basis.

The research method is the method used by researchers in collecting research data. The method used in this research is classroom action research. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the ability counting the child at by using constructivist games has been successful with the number of students 19 people, with a category of 10 boys and 9 girls can be increased through the use of constructive play media. This study shows that there is an increase in numeracy skills by using constructive games for students of SD Aghia Sophia Medan. The findings of this study also provide evidence that using constructive games requires students to be active in learning, this is because students themselves are looking for the material to be studied, students also feel happy and challenged in learning because constructive games are applied by learning while playing.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is done in 2 cycles. The aim of this research is to know the application of cooperative learning model type STAD with macromedia flash in learning material about human blood circulation system to improve students’ learning result. Method in this research is qualitative method. The result of research shows that in teaching and learning activity, the activity of teacher in cycle I showed good and very good criteria with percentage 96.15% and the students’ activity showed good and very good criteria with percentage 73%. In the cycle II both of the teacher’s activity and the students’ activity got good and very good criteria with percentage 100%. The learning result in the cycle I, 57.89% of students got point under 70, in the cycle II got increase become 89.47% for the students’ who can pass the activity. Thereby, it can be concluded that by using cooperative learning model type STAD with macromedia flash can improve the students’ learning result in learning material about human blood circulation system. Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology in the 21st century affects all scientific disciplines, economics, and government, include digital technology for architect, design and construction. Indonesia Government Regulation Number 50 of 2011 declare Morotai Island as a National Tourism Strategic Zone. In 2018, the Research and Development Office for the Application of Settlement Technology planned to have Tourism Toilet in the Daruba Region, for visitors and local residents. This Toilet facilities is equipped with Biofilter Technology, Fast Sand Filter Technology, Reserve Osmose, and Sanita Pool. This application was also supported by the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology which has been widely used in the construction sector with the aim of monitoring the realization between plans and development so that it is more precise and efficient. Based on this, the study wanted to see what is BIM, the extent to which the implementation and evaluation of its application in supporting the development of Tourism Areas in Morotai. This solution was obtained by collecting primary and secondary data. The method to get primary data was by conducting interview with Project Owner, Planning Consultant, Contractor. This evaluation model consists of four components to evaluate which are Design, Installation, Process and Product (Results). Result of the study. Building Information Modeling (BIM), as an increasing technology in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry, has been applied to various research topics ranging from project planning, structural design, facility management, and others. Since the '90s, BIM has been implementing applications in several constructions in Indonesia, but it has not made significant progress. In Morotai's work, work was made based on field conditions. The work of BIM was carried out covering architectural, structural, and mechanical electrical and Plumbing (MEP) aspects. For architectural and MEP aspects use Archicad Software, while for structural use Tekla Design. The general description of the results of the architectural display of BIM is as follows. The Level of Design used in this BIM is Level of Design 5, or up to the Volume calculation level. Evaluation in BIM implementation make with Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). Discrepancy Evaluation consist of 4 stages, Design, Instalation, Process, and Implementation. Conclusion of this study, The application of BIM in the initial replication construction project in Morotai has not been fully effective in accelerating the planning process to the construction of tourist toilets and the technology contained within it

Abstract

AbstraCT The study aimed to investigate shifts in economic growth as well as inequality of development between provinces in Sulawesi Island by Klassen typology analysis and Williamson Index. The result revealed that during the last five years up to the research timeline (2014-2018), two of six provinces in the island experienced economic decline. The inequality rate in Sulawesi Island is relatively low, as reflected by the average Williamson Index value that is approaching zero or 0.0796. The Williamson Index value in 2014 was 0.142, higher than the value in 2018, scoring 0.036. The number suggests significant decline in inequality rate. Therefore, equal distribution of economic growth is essential by developing sectors with potential contribution in boosting the region’s GRDP. Moreover, the study also views the importance of taking into consideration the three causes of economic inequality, i.e., the region’s demographic character, human resources, and foreign investment rate.
